I HAVE RECEIVED MY FUNDS!!! AFTER 14 DAYS AND COUNTLESS HOURS, TRYING TO GET THIS DONE...... THAT BEING SAID.......CONSIDERING HOW MUCH THIS HAS COST ME....I CAN'T SAY THANK YOU. ALSO.....I THINK URSGAY SHOULD BE FIRED!!!  OH & I FORGOT TO SAY THAT, FAILING TO SIMPLY REPOST THAT MY FUNDS WERE RETURNED TO MY MTGOX ACCOUNT......WOULD HAVE BEEN THE PROFESSIONAL THING TO DO.........CONSIDERING THAT YOU DO IT FOR EVERY OTHER PERSON ON HERE!! Can I please receive my mtgox coupon code? It's been a week since my order and URSAY said the code would come 'soon'
I know you guys are trying but I'm really getting impatient.
I just sent this manually He sent it but it is apparently invalid... what part of the mtgox coupon do I enter? The whole thing including the 'mtgox-usd-' part? Or jsut the numbers? Making sure it's not an error on my part. Go to 'add funds' then 'redeem mt. gox code' and yes the whole mtgox-usd-everything; believe so at least. yeah that doesnt work. invalid code. EDIT: Goddamnit he just sent me my ORIGINAL coupon code that wasn't supposed to be used, due to it being a deposit And so now I've sent my MtGox Account Name and all I get back is static ONCE AGAIN!!! Angry Angry YOU GUYS HAVE NO CONCERN FOR YOUR REPUTATION...DO YOU? YOU JUST CONTINUE TO MAKE UP STUFF AND THEN WHEN I DO IT......IT'S DEAD AIR FOR ANOTHER THREE DAYS..... What list were you on? I'm on the 4/6 list and nothing let I personally did some work on your issue today and you should be getting a new Gox code soon. URSAY, I had the same problem as Fyouself I believe. I need a new mt gox code as mine was not working and I would truly like some helps. My deposit was 4/3 and I'm on the 4/6 list as well. Thank you. Yeah good luck getting the code though |

Curious...why are we making new lists when the old ones are DEFINITELY not resolved? Why not a ....master list?  ? where you slowly work on a first come first serve basis....that would be the most logical and FAIR way no? I completely agree. Why do we have to post on a forum? Why not a central support website? ? Never, ever using bitinstant again. ever. |

If i was just depositing money into mt gox to then later bid on and buy btc then am i getting a btc coupon for the amount of money i deposited against the price of btc at that time?

Dont understand why, If i'm on the 4/6 list, my issue hasn't been fixed. It seems more and more lists are being created but no one is being helped. By my count there are 3 lists filled with people and only 1 support person helping people. What is going on and why does it take so much time to fix these issues? why didnt the transfers work in the first place?
