I tried to check their post but I have not got that. If there is form then anyone can post your info by that form. Better check their accepted participant. Spammer usually does that to waste time of manager. [/ |

But if the bounty on the alternative cryptocurrency then there might have form and from that form, anyone can fill the form and as a result, they will appear on the sheet. I think you will provide more info asap. |

Questa situazione l’abbiamo capita un po’ tutti. Dispiace vedere che un utente di un certo rispetto come VOD abbia deciso di sbilanciarsi. Spero che una volta chiarita la vicenda anche lui possa cambiare idea @Coinfan
Ho di nuovo spostato il messaggio in questa discussione.
Alla prossima volta, potrei valutare di cancellare ogni tuo prossimo messaggio nell'altra discussione, eventualmente bloccare questa, ed eventualmente chiedere il tuo ban.
La situazione di Coinfan è therocktrading è abbastanza controversa.
Il rischio, anche probabile, è che sbloccando i soldi per Coinfan, senza essere sicuri che la sua situazione sia completamente limpida (cioè che Coinfan non sia immischiato in qualcosa di illegale), è che metta a rischio l'intero servizio di therocktrading, e quindi anche tutti i soldi dei suoi utenti.
35000 euro sono nulla per therocktrading, ma se c'è qualcosa di illegale (riguardo alla situazione di Coinfan), liberarli verso Coinfan, appunto mette a rischio tutto il servizio, compresi i soldi degli utenti, che finirebbero magari anch'essi sequestrati dalle autorità, per chissà quanti mesi se non anni. (conoscete la giustizia italiana ...)
Per questo passare per l'arbitro metterebbe più al sicuro la posizione di therock, nel liberare i soldi verso Coinfan.

Evidentemente se non l’ha chiusa qualcosa ci sarà. A fare un selfie ci vogliono 5 secondi. Fra l’altro le decisioni dell’arbitro sono di dominio pubblico, quindi la tanta paventata privacy che questo utente ha sbandierato va completamente a farsi fottere  Guarda a me non pare abbia detto così.
Da quello che dice eliale attendono l'arbitro che darà i documenti che fino ad ora non hai voluto dare a quel punto libereranno i tuoi fondi.
Frà l'altro vorrei precisare, l'arbitro non è un giudice che delibera a seguito di una denuncia, l'arbitro è un giudice che cerca di mediare le due parti coinvolte per evitare di andare a processo. Se non si trova accordo durante la mediazione allora si andrà a processo.
Da quello che ho letto credo di sapere anche come andrà la mediazione.
L'arbitro chiederà alle due parti le richieste e quando l'avvocato di The Rock Trading chiederà semplicemnte i documenti di identità dell'intestatario del conto l'arbitro non farà altro che chiederli all'avvocato della controparte per chiudere la mediazione e chiaramente obbligherà in sede di arbitraggio The Rock Trading a liberare i fondi bloccati a seguito della ricezione dei documenti.
Secondo me considerando che uso da parecchio The Rock Trading e mi fido abbastanza, avresti chiuso la problematica inviando te per primo i documenti richiesti.

Secondo me è un problema tuo . Perchè a me va (postepay evolution). Un problema simile mi era successo circa due mesi fa. In pratica non andava tramite app , ma quando però mi loggavo sul sito , da desktop andava tutto ok. Ho risolto disinstallando e reinstallando l'app. Salve, qualcuno conosce il motivo? Io ho chiesto all'assistenza e mi hanno riferito di provare a cambiare carta, ma non sanno nemmeno loro il motivo.
