URSAY,

I have made a order through blockchain.info 4 days ago and don't received any quote ID or order ID. Could you help with this?

My ZipZap acct # is 929681716

Resent your order thru manually.  You may see some results soon.  Thanks!  Cheesy

URSAY, is there any chance you could try to push mine? I'm on the 4/9 list
22  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: April 11, 2013, 04:07:23 PM
I'm sure some of your have seen GOX's public announcement that they have suspended trading today.  This will obviously effect our ability to resolve many of the back logged orders today.  Sad

How will this affect those of us who did moneygram>zipzap>Bitinstant>Bitcoin address?

Ursay, please answer this.

I made the same type of order, but in my order event log, I have an event that says "Coinapault Order Loading" followed by "Mt Gox Order Loading".  Is this supposed to happen that way? I don't recall it happening in my previous transactions.

Will my problem be addressed at all? I haven't received a reply to ANY of my emails.

I don't think they are replying to many emails, unless they solved the particular issues. URSAY has been here day and night working to help us all(despite those who throw nothing but insults at him and the company) but he is one man so these things are likely to take time. I did receive an email from Roger Ver(Director of Business Development) from BI. he said that they are working on scaling up their support needs but again, that requires time. The formula here, I believe, is submit your ticket with URSAY and wait. People are trickling in stating their problems are resolved so that is some progress. We have to understand that the users on this forum may represent a very small amount of issues compare to the ones that are potentially out there and that it is going to take time to work through them all

Thanks for this.  I am showing that I resent your order thru on 4/10.  Sometimes this resolves your type of issue and other times it does not.  Regardless, we are working to find a resolution ASAP.  Cheesy

So far nothing in the blockchain :/ fingers crossed regardless.

Hey URSAY, any updates on where the various lists are in the support process? I am on the 4/9 list myself
26  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: April 11, 2013, 02:55:40 AM
Thanks URSAY for your help today. Although my issue hasnt been resolved I have faith it will be soon.
Go get some rest!!

Me too, on the 4/9 list with no resolution as yet. Have my fingers crossed that it will be resolved soon.

Did anyone from the 4/9 list get their problems fixed yet?

Not yet, wallet still empty. I'm waiting patiently and just watching this thread. URSAY is doing what he can and we should really appreciate that someone is going to bat for us even though the workload is immense.

Good morning, URSAY, good luck today!
29  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: April 09, 2013, 07:12:56 PM

Time is money.

Anyway I want to say Ursay is probably doing the best he can. He's not responsible for whatever this problem is, his job is simply to interact with us on behalf of the company. The majority of Bitinstant is not responsible for this either, it's probably just a few guys who make a heinous error combined with the increase of demand.

Can we all agree to refrain from taking our anger out on Ursay? Whoever is to blame it's not the new employee.

Agreed, he is on this forum 12+ hours a day recently trying his darnedest to get everyone on an escalation list. I understand it is a process and sometimes it can be a long one depending on the length the problem has been going on. He is doing what he can and I am sure he is swamped as well as any other rep working for the company. The key here is be polite, to the point, provide the necessary information and wait.

Moving to finalize 4/9 escalations.  This means I will need to do other things besides posting here every 30 sec.  I will be back in a bit.

Thanks for all of your hard work.

Has ursay (or any other bitinstant employee) actually resolved a single problem on this thread? All I see is replies saying their problem has been escalated; I've yet to see anyone post saying their issue was resolved.

Is bitinstant actually solving issues? Or are they just stalling while they "escalate" the problems?

Like everyone else on this thread - I'm waiting for my coins (or money back). I am pissed off as anyone, I've left 5 voicemails, 100 e-mails... nothing.

Ursay though, is the only one I've seen from the company working his ass off to try to fix the problems that are coming in quicker than he can grind them out. He's working 24/7 and doing more than anyone else I've seen. Try to cut him some slack. He is a hard worker for a shitty company. Hate the company, not the hard working employee.

I feel kinda bad for Ursay. If this is Bit Instant going belly up, he's at the bottom of the food chain and probably won't get paid for all of his hard work. I have my fingers crossed but at the same time I am figuring out how I am going to deal with losing the money I put in.
