This is an old video on richard olsen when he was with Oanda.  It gives you a good idea of how Lykke was started and how he wants finance to get caught up with technology we have today.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Peerplays - First Ever Blockchain-Based Gaming Platform on: March 15, 2017, 07:28:19 PM
peerplays is not charging you guys 5.00 a coin its 50 dollars on this 2nd round of funding. So what they are doing is 10xing everyones holdings who bought on the first crowd fund who paid 2 to 3.00 a coin. The people paying 5.00 a coin will not get a 10x on the 2nd crowd fund of the coin. So the president i talked to confirmed it. So basically if you bought in the first ico you get a nice deal the people who are buying now are paying like 50 bucks a coin because you wont get a 10x inflation like the first round. So this is imo a rip off for the 2nd round buyers. He thinks its ok to boost the ico pric eto around 50 bucks cause they closed it at 41 on market cap that has nothing to do with a ico price. They are going to have 10 millions and who knows who these 4 million dollar private investors are they can easily flood the market with peer plays and destroy the price of it. Maybe they hold and it stays around 5.00 but I doubt it. This 5.00 price is a rip off. Its double the price of the first ico and your not getting a 10x inflation like everyone else ( including the private investors) from my understanding.

peerplays uia's were traded at $41 before they were locked at 23rd of december. so if you are calculating a little bit, it is a quite fair deal that is offered to the new investors. remember: the tokens are locked since december and can't be traded since the end of may. nearly half a year our money is blocked and we are taking the risk that they are not running away with our money... so tell me, what risks are YOU taking, if you are investing now, at a time when the peersplays blockchain has been developed and ready to take off?Huh

That has nothing to do with new investors. If it got halted that is not new investors problem. So if it got halted at 41 they should be 4.10 cents if they want to follow the market cap. Not 5.00 and tell people they are paying for a 41 million market cap. The people buying into this ico are being over charged. An ico is about getting it cheaper before it hits the market. Not the market price when it was really high. So if there is no lock out period for the 4 million from private investors ( who remain anonymous no proof of other investors) they can flood the market with peerplays and sell all of their shares and destroy the price and buy back at a lower price. I just don't think they will get many more investors in this ico. I been wrong before but this is very fishy to me. But gl with it I do hope it works out for everyone as I have heard the co founder is well known and respected person in the crypto community. So we will see but I am just going to wait for it to hit the market and expect the 4 million dollar investors to sell off and I can get it much cheaper. I do like the idea of it. And if I am wrong I guess I will miss the boat on this one.

https://steemit.com/check/@texasvsjohnson/peerplays-imo-is-ripping-of-the-2nd-crowdfund

The president of peerplays confirmed this was true in the link above they believe there new ico is worth 50 million market cap.  That the 2nd crowd is not getting 10x coins but everyone else is. So your paying 10x more then everyone else. Your paying more then what the market price was before it went down. I believe it was around 40 a coin. So if they 10x everyone else but not the new crowd fund investors they don't get 10x and are actuallying 10x the 5.00 so 50 dollars a share... They think its fair but I sure don't. But it does sound like a great idea what they are doing. I just find it shady instead of charging 50( which probably nobody would pay they give 10x coins to the past investors) So invest at your own risk doesn't mean it wont be great project and doesn't mean it wont take off when it releases. Its just my personal opinion its over priced.

Thanks Tempus, I can wait till then though it will be more interesting to see the Business Report and get clarity on the business model, the markets and revenue streams and the strategic direction of Lykke.

Do you also know what is the number of outstanding Lykke coins? At the moment some are held by the company and by the founders, but I guess it's not clear to me how many coins are in distribution to the public. Coinmarketcap shows this number as 30,000,000LKK.

There are basically 4 groups, or even 5:

Company
Team-Members
Angel-Investors
Sept-Oct 2016 ICO-Investors

Plus: LKK1Y-crowdfunding

The 30 million LKK are those that were sold to the public during the ICO in Sept-Oct 2016. The LKK1Y are forward-contracts and not on the market yet but will stream in in about 1 year.

The 30 million is most likely not totally correct because no LKK are restricted but it can be assumed to be about right because the company, team-members and Angel-Investors are in for the longterm.

I personally believe that also a majority of ICO-buyers are longterm-focused.

The market cap is definitely going over 1.4 million. They made Feb 9, 2017 to Feb 28, 2017 $1,973,554.46  alone on the 1 year lykke contracts. So more then likely after the 1 year contract is up the market cap will more then double in price. To raise almost 2 million in that period of time shows how people are engaged into this project. People have a lot of faith and trust in Mr. Olsen. I also bought more 1 year lyke after the 28th and I am sure others bought some as well. So its probably over 2 million. To get the 20% discount is probably the best deal of any coin on the market right now. I am sure the coin will more then double and could turn into a top 5 coin in a few years. All the things they are adding to turn this into a decentralized forex is the best project of all the cryptos I have researched so far. There so many scam coins hitting the market its a breath of fresh air to find one thats legitimate that is ran by a man who is very successful in forex industry.

Maybe give the developer a break. He is trying to fix it and update everyone. I don't know what more he can do. Coins will be hacked like ethereum. They fix the problem and make the coin even more secure for the future. Its good to have these problems early on so these problems don't come when there is more investors. They are going to fix it. It could be listed on poloniex soon which will turn the price right back around. I don't really understand much about this project. I thought it was a copy of zcash. But if it send out bitcoin anonymously it does have some potential use for bitcoin investors in the future.

The hacker dumped the price to 152 sat on cryptopia, so well good job jl777 ,now my investment worth a dust Angry
Only 15k KMD was dumped on cryptopia. So, it does not affect anything.
Price on Bittrex is pretty stable.

Bittrex is full of bots that pump up the prices on the cryptos. Its nothing close to stable.
