They say in the website, their service is totally free to use, there's no extra fee or anything but there should be a way for them to get benefit by providing this service, even if they say "it's free". it's obvious because tokpie has a small listing fee even i heard they do free listing to increase their users rapidly. Yeah, I agree with hotbit and probit, have a bit more class than in tokpie, even there one suitable place to hold trading contest. Even there are more medium class exchange that looks good.

If the KYC system is disruptive, they shouldn't be able to get so many investors and raise more than $5M, because investors will feel more annoyed. If it was improved, it might be even better.
Of course there is a logical reason that makes you get rejected. You just have to try again and find out where the problem occured.

Is that supposed to make it as a reliable reason? while what I think is different, trustworthy is about who is the mastermind behind it while you are not even willing to be open to the public, not the system that you make smoothly and without errors. So if a user's funds are lost, then their account is got deleted, is it a system bug?
