I rarely use web wallets, instead of using windows wallets to store my coins.
I would prefer to have full control of all my coins.
Web wallets are a little bit risky of losing my coins.
If you download the Web wallet and run locally it's just as safe as the wallet. |

I hope the next big announcement is about something different to airdrops. The number of miners is dropping and interest had plateaued. An easy to follow plan for 2019 could spark more interest.
Please refer to the roadmap. Mn are coming along well and we're on track with our internal schedule. When we're satisfied with progress we'll share the information prior to releasing. If there is any major delay or obstacle we'll also share that too. IMO MasterNodes are bad idea ... MasterNodes are in fact pyramid structure. Its against decentralization. I disagree. MN are no different from people accumulating large bags to sell during a pump. It's also the same as PoS where people want maximum coins for greater stake weight. Mn aren't just a revenue stream. They should, if implented correctly, be a cornerstone of the platform and be utilised for advanced functions. By your logic, what do you consider is decentralised? Should everyone hold no more than x Genx? How do you enforce that? Doesn't make sense to me but interested in hearing your thoughts. |

What time a super lock mean?
Lucky miner will get the whole rewards of the supper block if they solo mine the coin?
And, how about cases of miners who joined pools to mine?

super block to come, it is amazing factor of Genesis Network random block rewards.
At specific point of time, miners can have chance if luckily enough to win different blocks with significant difference in block rewards.
I have mine GENX during last three months.
Too bad I don't have anything to mine this algo.  Went though my HN savings just before GENX launch. same here, though I'm very tempted to get a 2080 GPU and start mining. But then the money I am going to spend on a GPU can get me enough GenX coins for a MN. So i'm torn between these two choices.. You'd be better off picking up some second hand 1000 series cards and having the same hash power and using the remaining money to buy genx. |

Friday is superblock day ! In ~90 minutes a superblock of 100,800 GENX will be mined, no better time to start and mine GENX ! You can find all the pools available right here : https://genesisnetwork.io/miningpools.phpSuper blocks is great for miners, but it's not cool for traders. And trading isn't good for miners when they pump and dump. This is a good way to keep both parties happy as the super block interval is fixed and you can keep track of it. |
