Did the first round start?

"Rounds will end on Sunday 1AM forum time and I will aim for posts to be counted within 4 hours."

Since the round ends on sunday I guess it's a yes.

22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] PROPTHEREUM - Asset Backed Token on the Blockchain on: November 16, 2017, 02:05:23 PM
Looks like an amazing team and an amazing idea. Will take part in the ICO for sure.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let the BCH die on: November 14, 2017, 04:13:18 PM
Yup that's exactly how I picture it. Once the segwit2x hardfork got cancelled, they pumped BCH so hard.
They did that just to capture everybody's attention hoping that it goes mainstream or something.

HAHA better luck next time. Yup I'm actually one of the people who benefited from the pump. But that was it. I was in just for the money (the same way I've always been as I dumped my BCH when I got them back in Aug).
24  Economy / Lending / Re: I need a loan of 0.01 BTC. Can someone help me? on: November 10, 2017, 12:11:24 AM
Now this is an easy way to get red trust.
If I were you, I'd edit or delete the thread and lock it at once before ruining the account.
25  Economy / Services / Re: Rayneh - Signature campaign and bounty campaign manager on: November 07, 2017, 11:32:48 PM
I would be interested in doing this in the future as well or can I start now?

You gotta be kidding me.  Roll Eyes
You've done already what's enough to keep you out of any trades/management or dealing with money stuff.

Can't you see your -8 trust rating ? Just become a good person before trying to handle such jobs and obviously no company will ever think about hiring a user which has this under his name "Warning: Trade with extreme caution!"
26  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Legit exchanges now ? on: November 07, 2017, 11:18:28 PM
I'm back from a 2 years "vacation" from a place where you don't have internet.

In my time we had Cryptsy and Btc-e.

Now what are legit/solid exchanges. Far from USA/Canada & other police states.

Well all I know about and use are Poloniex, Bittrex and Cryptopia.
They're legit and work fine for me.

Just out of curiosity. What were you doing for 2 years !! And without internet ? Were was that ? In a pharaoh's chamber ? Cheesy
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What do you think of this ICO ? on: November 06, 2017, 12:45:50 PM
Hello everyone.

So basically I'm one of the many ICO hunters around the forum.
I've invested in Electroneum and I think it's solid and great.

I'm ready to invest again. I've seen a lot of ICOs.
But none of them attracted me as Propthereum did.

It's backed by property and actually looks fantastic.

What do you guys think of it ? Should I go in it ? It will start in about two weeks or so.

Here is its thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2344842.0
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Popcoin pow/pos 100% roi on: November 04, 2017, 10:41:12 PM
Where is your team located btw?
At this stage we are in Hong Kong

Yeah right, your "team".
This is just one single person who created a coin for free using https://www.walletbuilders.com/ .
There is no team, no developers, nothing.
He just made it for free.

Just felt that it's a duty to tell everyone.
29  Other / Archival / Re: Custom BTC address! on: October 29, 2017, 02:10:02 PM
OK and after you use vanity gen to create the address and send me the private keys.

Now what ? You still have access to the address and will take whatever is sent to it at once 1
Not a good idea.

you are right, it's a matter of trust in any form of transaction.. i trust too much humans and i hope i'm not the only one because otherwise we'll be screwed.

Well unfortunately this can't be done on this forum. People have scammed hundreds and thousands of times which made trust impossible.

Plus you can't give the keys to your home to a total stranger and expect nothing to happen, can you ?

31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CPU mining] Yenten [YTN] on: October 28, 2017, 11:53:09 PM
another junk shit coin..
Please elaborate, because this looks like a pretty nice coin. New algo, no premine, CPU Only.
The purpose of the coin is not clear. How is the coin good?
P.S. extracted the second block

The devs want Japan to adopt the Yenten alongside the Yen as an official currency. Pretty cool purpose eh Grin

Edit: also this:

"Yenten is made for reducing MEGA WASTE of electricity by ASIC on the earth.
When this cryptocurrency spreads, reduction of CO2 emission would be realize by Yenten."

So it's just regular yescrypt?  Need to see if you can actually get a confirmed block I think.
I guess we need to wait to find out.
If blocks are found then it's a normal yescrypt and the other letters in the op was a typo Cheesy

I doubt it but here's hoping it somehow works Smiley We need a pool
If not then the algorithm hash has to be published somewhere in order to be implemented.

2018:  CPU mining, exchange, etc...
2019:  CPU mining, exchange, etc...
20XX:  1Yen < 1Yenten.

Wow what an amazing roadmap Cheesy Cheesy
Your long goal is to be more than 1 yen Huh Do you realize how much a yen is ?

34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CoinonatX-PoW/PoS-Masternodes-75% APR (CXT Sister) -NEW THREAD on: October 28, 2017, 12:27:25 PM
Why is so hard to write which port is necessary to be an open for CoinonatX masternode. I think that I am seen somewhere in thread and now I listing xx pages to find this info.
Is it can't edit OP in the thread and change xxxx or YYYY with a real port number?
thanks
There is no such thing !
You set your rpc port to whatever you want.
It's just used for the communication  between the masternode and the daemon.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ENT] Eternity - X11 - No Premine on: October 27, 2017, 08:56:02 PM
Eternity can now be mined on yPool.
No registration is needed :

  • Stratum  : ypool.co:3150
  • User     : YOUR_ENT_ADDRESS
  • Password : c=ENT

Example of CCMiner command line :
Code:
ccminer-x64.exe -a x11 -o stratum+tcp://ypool.co:3150 -u EXMNdRn6prb7vNzQW4Xay71511PmZEwCgB -p c=ENT
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Which makes more sense? on: October 26, 2017, 08:18:08 PM
Wasting time and money mining dust or simply mining SXAS on your smart device just by linking all of your social profiles to Saske?

Oh come on you mean using gpu cards and real mining equipment to make real money or give you access to you social media accounts to get something that has no value ?

Well, whoever hired you or if you're the dev, you suck at marketing.
This is the worst way of publication I've ever seen.

Lock this thread and leave.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GO AHEAD.... STEAL MY SEED!! on: October 26, 2017, 07:52:26 PM
It's either you've had bad past experience or you're a serious paranoid.
Anyway, there is no need to challenge thieves and fraudsters. They're already trying every single trick they know of to try to steal your coins.

If you notice, lately phishing web wallets has been spreading and they're doing it on all of them (blockchain.info, myetherwallet etc. .. you name it).

Perhaps buying a hardware wallet was the best idea.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum heading to the moon? on: October 26, 2017, 12:59:17 AM
Ethereum is another coin that is really interesting and totally has a lot of potential in the future to grow more and more.
Low transactions fees, fast confirmations (literally take less than a minute) and an ever growing smart contracts system.

What else do you want from a crypto currency ?
I guess the only thing that is holding its price down at a certain range is the fact that miners sell their ether on a constant basis.

Which means that I assume Ethereum's price will be much much higher when it switches to proof of stake. Well it's when they decide to do it which is totally unknown until today.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: so...LITECOIN on: October 26, 2017, 12:56:06 AM
I see litecoin as one of the most undervalued coins ever right now.
It's been around side by side with bitcoins for a while. Its transaction fees are amazing right now and transactions are confirmed in minutes.

Yes it got pumped in June and again last month but I feel it should still go up much more than that. I might be wrong too.

40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What can i mine with 2GB GPU ? on: October 24, 2017, 11:40:07 PM
Well since you got 6 of them, you can mine a lot of coins.
Just choose anyone you want and use a time machine to go back to 2015 and you'll be fine.
