Yeah, you are right with this statement. But as of now chipmixer was now closed and the campaign stopped also, because of some issues they've faced. Vindax is one of the new exchange platform nowadays were it became noisy in terms of IEO. But like what you said the volume was too low,
perhaps in my observation exmarket is much better to vindax. But I'm not saying its not a good exchange that's not what I mean and I never create an account yet to this platform anyway.

Honestly, for what is good to dex compared to centralized exchange platform they're not asking their client users to submit any KYC, but  they're are some DEX even though no kyc but they are asking you to import your Private and ethereum wallet address before proceeding the actual trade to their platform, in which I think is not safe and risky and that DEX was Etherdelta, Fordelta and tokenmom, and more.

Yes,they have the right to do so, but they are abusing their rights for not paying the participants, and most of the time in the end
they will suddenly applied KYC requirements for each participants, which is not in the rules of the bounty anyway. And even for locking the bounty for 4 months were it was only announced after the project was done, which was very unfair for the bounty hunters.

Probably, at this point of time it is very seldom to see that a project paying Ethereum, well for what I know was that they are
always used erc20 to pay their participants using the utility token for the project and will be distribute the rewards using
erc20 of ethereum platform.

Why are you asking anyway about these two exchange platform? do you have bad issues encounter using these
platform? Or you just want to hear anyone about their review or experienced about the exchange?

If it is giving a good performance now in the market it means, it was a good sign for us to buy em then hold in a long term. But if you think is not, its up to you to buy em or not.
