yeah this is also a concern I have. The idea right now is to have "voting periods" where certain rules apply. So the first period could have very simple rules and if we see that there is something like farming we (all the validators + maybe community) could just up the difficulty of the verification process. What do you think about that?

sorry for the delay. It is just a lot of things to do right now (besides boobs) but slowly the slots are freeing up and I hope to get the project running in a bit of time.

No - this is one thing that really should set this apart - as it is all about anonymity and therefore one has to provide a picture that follows a defined guideline (so it is hard to fake). Face is absolutely not necessary.

in the last days I was a bit busy as we founded the first Blockchain  Incubator here in Austria and that was a lot of work. As Olivious also stated for the project I am waiting for the code of the Heart-Bot - and I hope that I get it this week so we can start.

For now the supporters from here will be gathered in Slack and we will start the community. In one or two days (depending on when I get the Bounty Bot from our friends at status.im) we will then open Slack for public registration and the bounty-hunt will begin.

there is no source code yet. As it states in the "roadmap" we will use the time from now till end of July to define all details of the coin WITH the community so to an awesome final result . During that time bounty-hunters in our Slack-Community can collect Boobs Genesis Tokens (BGT) by making quality contributions that can then be redeemed for Boobs Validator licenses (if you have enough of them) or sold to others that want to get these licenses and dont have a enough BGT for it. (At least that is the idea for now)

We have the DEV team together so the programming of it  should not be a problem.
