201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin that two people highly esteem on: July 14, 2021, 02:23:23 AM
Lately I've been seeing tweets from Elon Musk and Matt Wallace who very often glorify Dogecoin and even they both seem to dislike BTC and ETH, thus saying that the Dogecoin transaction system is faster and cheaper than BTC and ETH, even Elon Musk himself immediately said that Dogecoin will be superior to Bitcoin and Ethereum after upgrading.
How do you guys react to this kind of thing?

transactions are faster and cheaper indeed that is a fact of doge. I myself also sometimes use doge for transactions between exchanges, because this is more profitable than using other coins. but if doge is said to be better than bitcoin, i don't agree with this. bitcoin is much better and I think Elon Musk or matt wallace know this fact too. the reason they pay more attention to doge maybe because from the beginning their statement is just a joke.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Let's look at the movement of cryptocurrency prices this week, which seems diffi on: July 13, 2021, 12:44:06 PM
whether investors' appetite for risk assets has decreased due to the surge in global coronavirus cases. The majority of the six cryptocurrencies with the jumbo market capitalization and most liquid transactions monitored are in the red this week.

I want to correct your statement, the recent red market is not caused by corona. but the impact of the china ban, and the FUD created because of it. China's btc mining ban became an important issue this month and made the market suffer a lot. and I make sure this is not because of the effects of the corona pandemic. and that investors' appetite for crypto assets has declined may be true. they may think the bull run is over and are waiting for the next bull run.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think the London hard fork will lead to a recovery in the crypto asset ma on: July 12, 2021, 03:30:45 AM
after the london hardfork later ethereum circulation will be reduced in the market and transactions will be faster. If you look at it, this hard fork has a chance to recover the market. besides the ethereum hard fork, we also have an event that is no less important, namely the meeting of Elon Musk with Jack Dorsey. some people say if this meeting produces positive things then the market also has the potential to rise.

so if both of these things go well, then I'm sure the market will recover and continue the bullrun.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China says no to miners mean something else on: July 11, 2021, 01:53:55 PM
What do you guys think about this? I have friend in China and they told me that their government don't want people to mine any more even if you decide to pay them 10% of your mining reward or pay more electricity bill, their plan is no more miners in the country, what do you think is going on here?

My own reply is the government don't want self made millionaires, they want more workers for the government and crypto mining isn't making that happen, am I wrong?

you're not wrong. indeed that is one of the reasons why they issued a ban. their government doesn't want their citizens to be independent, they want to always control their citizens. besides that crypto mining also has an impact on the environment. So the Chinese government's decision is indeed the right one. and it also benefits them. even so I am also disappointed with the ban, because the ban issued by China always creates FUD.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Difficulty Bomb Delayed Again on: July 11, 2021, 04:44:40 AM
This sucks real bad, since developers keep delaying ETH 2.0 after each upgrade. I know they want to make sure the new upgrade is as secure as possible before rolling it on "mainnet". But the many delays are making people desperate as the current implementation of the ETH blockchain becomes heavily congested. If this keeps up, Binance Chain or another competitor could take down ETH's position as the leader of the smart contracts industry.

yes this is very disappointing and makes me angry. ethereum developers like making promises that are never kept. many people including myself have been looking forward to POS since last year. but it's always having delays. indeed ETH 2.0 should be launched soon, or slowly ethereum will lose its position. competitors are getting better every day. and ethereum is still struggling with scaling issues.

206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How crypto currency change your Life? on: July 10, 2021, 11:42:28 AM
my life changed when I invested in crypto. I made a huge profit during the 2017 bullrun. It was my first time investing, and I doubt that crypto can make a profit. but my doubts disappeared when i got 10x profit from my investment. you could say crypto gave me a new understanding of the digital world. although it has risks, but the profit generated is worth it. and as time went on I started to understand about blockchain and all things crypto related.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will The Sorrow of BTC Be The Pleasure of Altcoins? on: July 10, 2021, 06:24:43 AM
usually when the price of bitcoin collapses it will make the conditions of the exchange worse because altcoins will definitely go red and a lot of prices will drop, so when the price of bitcoin is not good it will definitely be a nightmare for many other coins.

That is due to the fact that a large percentage of trade for the altcoins happens w.r.t Bitcoins. Altcoin vs fiat trade is usually smaller in volume. So when the Bitcoin prices go down, it is natural to expect the altcoins exchange rates to get negatively impacted. And also, in 99% of the cases investors of altcoins will be investing in Bitcoin as well. So the market fluctuations will have a strong interlink. The new projects will also get affected if there is a downturn in Bitcoin prices. Because the ICOs get most of the funding in the form of BTC or ETH.

yes you are right, therefore bitcoin is the center of the market. altcoins will always experience negative effects when bitcoin collapses. I've never seen a case of an altcoin rising when bitcoin fell. every time bitcoin falls, altcoins will fall following bitcoin.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nigeria To Launch Digital Currency on: July 09, 2021, 04:16:12 PM
The currency is issued by the central bank of Nigeria and it is centralized. so it's not a crypto. this is the same as the china project, where he started planning to create his own digital currency. and this will have no impact on the crypto market. i would prefer if nigeria legalized bitcoin like el salvador. rather than creating a new digital currency which is centralized.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You Guys Think About So-Called "Shit-coin" ? on: July 09, 2021, 10:46:14 AM
to me shitcoin is a coin that has no real use. The coin thrives on speculation and market manipulation. like meme coins, coins like doge, shiba, and others are one of the shitcoins. The coin thrives on the influence of influencers and repeated market speculation. shitcoin is so bad and littering the crypto market, it will just be a dump when the time comes.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 21 July is going to big for btc price? on: July 09, 2021, 03:26:16 AM
Btc going to big move after 21 July because ELON MUSK going to meet JACK DORSEY, this meeting purpose is how to mine btc, which enargy are used in btc mine
You can check also: https://twitter.com/jack/status/1408102135040970759?s=19
What is your thinking about this meeting? Is possible to grow up btc price after this meeting?
  Drope your point? Tnx

I can't predict the outcome of that discussion. if the meeting ends with a positive result it might make the price of btc go up. but don't get your hopes up, because maybe nothing will happen after the meeting, and the price doesn't move. don't speculate too much about this meeting. because the results may not match what we think.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: You think Token Based Casino Have A Better Chance In The Market Now? on: July 08, 2021, 04:07:14 PM
DEX and NFT are doing great now in the market do you think a token-based casino have a chance in the market now, I have an account and actively playing on a casino where its token will be tradeable in a Decentralized Exchange, what are its chances to land in the top 100 in the market and what does the developer needs to do to achieve it.

still have a chance, but not too big. need a massive promotion to be able to attract users. and all that can not be done with minimal funds. that's why crypto based gambling platforms are less popular. because it loses competitiveness with mainstream gambling platforms that have large funds.
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if influential people buy Bitcoin back and forth? on: July 08, 2021, 01:56:22 PM
if they buy in bulk back and forth, it will create huge volatility and make the market very dire. the price will rise suddenly and then fall without us noticing. it will only make the crypto market very inhospitable. and slowly the level of people's trust will decrease. there is no positive impact from this. bitcoin will have a crisis of confidence, if that becomes a reality.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market is recovering, what steps are you taking? on: June 29, 2021, 04:44:12 AM
Over the past weeks the market was dipping everyday that if you bought the week before, you was already at lost by the next week. This frustrating market cause may Investors to stop buying and waiting for the buttom. I just opened my binance app and noticed market is recovering, and I just wanted them know what the community at large is doing but I'll see the individual response just to pass time while we wait for full market recovery.

what are the decisions you're making now, will you wait for this new market development not to be a trap before investing again or you'll risked it and buy more coins?

I'd better wait until the market completely recovers and the situation is much better than it is now. I'm afraid this is just a momentary recovery for a deeper fall. The impact of bad news about crypto mining and China's ban is still being felt. so I better play it safe by waiting for the situation to get better.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are all altcoins dependent on Bitcoin? on: June 28, 2021, 02:57:24 PM
I want to understand if all altcoins are built upon the foundation of BTC. This is because when there is severe crash of BTC, all other coins, I mean all, also crash.

Is there no independence in the cryptocurrency world?

Thank you!

there are, for example stablecoins like USDT don't rely on bitcoin because USDT is fiat backed. the price will remain stable even if bitcoin goes up or down. but it is undeniable that the average altcoins are too dependent on bitcoin, as a result when the bitcoin crashes the altcoin market will be very impactful.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: At what point do we confirm the long term aspect of a project is guaranteed? on: June 28, 2021, 03:05:32 AM
Everyone use to shout and claim that bitcoin and ethereum are the coin of the future. YEAH I accepted that with no arguments.  Bitcoin is classify as a store of value. the same way we classify Gold.
My question is, AT WHAT POINT OR DAY DO WE SAY THAT THE LONG TERM ASPECT OF BITCOIN HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISH?
When do a long term project becomes successful?

when mass adoption is already underway. bitcoin is growing today as the adoption rate of btc continues to increase. and if you want to see a successful project, look at its adoption, a successful project always has a real use. without it, the project will not survive.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still thinks that crypto is manipulation free? on: June 26, 2021, 11:30:08 AM
It's not the right time to start buying crypto coins right now because the next chapter for crypto with be filled with lots of bad news just to pull crypto value down and down so that they can buy for way cheaper price, who are they anyways? We'll figure that out yourself, bear market is 💯 real and it's coming, be prepared for more bad news

there will be a lot of bad news in the future and that will be a way to make the market crash. who is the culprit?, I don't know for sure he aims to buy more. but the one thing I'm sure about this is that there will be plans to pump up the market again. every time the market crashes, there will be a new ATH after. so be smart in making decisions.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China Has Ordered All Financial Institutions To Cut Crypto -Related Services on: June 25, 2021, 02:37:20 PM
The People’s Bank Of China Has Ordered All Financial Institutions To Cut Cryptocurrency -Related Services.  READ FULL DETAILS HERE:  https://worldpublicityblog.com/index.php/2021/06/25/the-peoples-bank-of-china-has-ordered-all-financial-institutions-to-cut-cryptocurrency-related-services/

And China continues its war on crypto currencies. In my opinion this is all politically motivated to force people into buying the digital yuan. China wants to control the crypto market like they control their own currencies. It is up to us all to fight back. I would never buy a coin that is controlled by China. We as the investors should make a big circle around anything from China.

China makes coins for its citizens, so they don't even care whether outsiders want to buy it or not. as long as the citizens' money doesn't go out they won't care about anything else. it's like when their government banned social media. then they made a special platform for citizens to control.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will stable coins take control of Bitcoin as crypto adoption in the future? on: June 25, 2021, 02:16:51 AM
A stablecoin is a cryptocurrency that is backed, added, or backed by an underlying asset. low volatility with stablecoins being the main benefit to continue to attract both individual and institutional interest. Exchange rate stability is useful for both holders and those trying to integrate Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies into the wider financial system.

adoption in what?, investment or decentralized currency?. when it comes to currencies, stablecoins will be far superior and they will be adopted more quickly than any other type of crypto. but when it comes to investing, bitcoin will always be the number one choice. institutions will make bitcoin the first choice.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [SMC] Safemoon Cash, a thesis for marketing on: June 24, 2021, 05:06:10 AM
I know this project is pretty good, they have pretty good quality. they also have many support exchanges like Lbank, XT.com, Hotbit, Probit and most recently they are planning to list on gate.io

but i don't like the name, because this project looks like copying safemoon project. if only they used a different name that didn't sound plagiarized, I'm sure that would make it better.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be Prepared for the big dump. on: June 23, 2021, 06:20:32 AM
Hi friends, from the title i said be prepared for the big dump of the market and why im saying that ? because first, we all know that all altcoins without any exceptions are affected by bitcoin price, and i will tell you to open trading view, go to bitcoin chart and choose the monthly chart and you will see something will freak the hell of you, a big tall candles without any red candles and all indicators are showing an overbought sign so i believe we will see a very big dump soon..

what do you think?
Seeing the FUD news that is so incessant, since Elon said that bitcoin mining is not environmentally friendly and the Chinese government also responded to the mining ban in their area, whether this is just a strategy to kill bitcoin and altcoins or just make them richer.

Only people who dare to take risks and can see there is an opportunity now to return to take profits in the future. When the OP made this post he was just looking at it from a technical point of view and today happened, and is this the low point? Let's see

this is not a low point, I believe it is because bitcoin is still in critical condition. the effects of FUD and bad news are still continuing, and it will only get worse. maybe in the future we will see bitcoin prices below 25k. and that would make the altcoin market really terrible.
