I did message the eBay seller for a recent pic with a recent block number and they provided one so they are likely legit.

Which ebay seller?
Do you have a link to the listing?

Sent details in PM

Can anyone give me any estimate or links to recent sales? I am thinking of listing mine for sale. Thanks!

eBay had a listing for the buy it now price of $525 that was graded at 8.5.
I don't think it sold and seller pulled it.
It's harder for collectors to part with their stacks now, so maybe eBay is the way to go for top USD.

My .00002 bits~

Good luck!

You can check sold listings on eBay The 8.5 went for $525.25 on April 29th.

Another one sold for $590 on the same date that was still in the plastic (same seller as below, but actually showed pics)
Another auction for 5 (brand new in plastic, but no photo) of them went for $2,100 on April 9th (same seller and buyer as the March 28th auction)
Another auction for 6 (brand new in plastic, but no photo) of them went for $2,500 on March 28th (same seller and same buyer, but only had 4 feedback so these two auctions are sketch)
209  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Sale] Ballet Crypto Bitcoin Halving Special Edition Wallets | W/ Free 0.01 BTC on: May 05, 2020, 12:59:10 PM
people are asking one question over and over and I dont see it addressed, why are the wallets $129 with free shipping and with .01 BTC at halving at the actual website here:

https://store.balletcrypto.com/collections/ballet/products/halving

yet you price them at $139 (not sure if free shipping or not) and the discount code of 5% off from minerjones can be used at your link

https://www.balletmoney.com/order-form1588534630934

which site is valid and which price is valid?

when minerjones asked you simply said the price is 139 not 129 however on the actual ballet crypto website, they are indeed 129 not 139

Bumping this for visibility. Would be nice to hear an answer.

Honestly probably better to just let the thread die lol

How many people are in control of the BalletCrypto account? Post one is signed off as Tendai while the next two posts break the multiposting rules but are not signed. I highly suggest you community managers at Ballet Crypto read the rules of the forum. Merit abuse and multi posting aren't the best things to be doing here.

Aswell BTCC Mint is defunct and the account should have been retired as the Mint was, not used to prop up Ballet Crypto. Operating in grey areas and acting with shady behavior it is easy to see that the same people that worked at BTCC Mint now work at Ballet Crypto. Much like the free shipping coupons you guys sent out for the trash shipping materials you sent the BTCC Titanium Tenth rolls in that were valid for one year but you shut the company down a month later before people could use them.. I'm just waiting for Ballet Crypto's next gaffe and I'm sure it comes sooner than later.

I am a user of your products and have gifted many to get people started in bitcoin. I just find your business practices very questionable.

Thanks for your feedback teeGUMES. I personally signed the apology to express regret for violating forum protocols. We're a small team, and a couple of people have access to the account.

We try to be transparent and acknowledge our mistakes when we make them. Many of the same people that worked at BTCC Mint do work at Ballet Crypto, but none of us were in charge of actually shutting down BTCC Mint. Indeed, one of the reasons why we started Ballet was because  of our love of physical crypto collectibles.

I guess your definition of well aligned and my definition are not the same.  Roll Eyes

Here is one more photo:

Not really sure what's going on between the two prices, two sites and different forum accounts posting stuff, besides whatever fuckery is going on with that...as a warning to other OCD users both my wallets have the scratch offs poorly aligned.

The catch offs are aligned well on all of our coins. That picture is from a design sample we had in the office. I'll send out more actual product photos as soon as we get them.

Stryfe posing a good question.  I was looking at it as minimum bid increments but in reading the text is sounds like .0025 is the only acceptable bid increment.

Seems silly to only be able to bid by 0.0025 increments.

Putting my bid in @ .1 BTC

220  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SSH Wallet Scam? on: April 29, 2020, 08:42:03 PM
I don't think you understood the OP. I'm just wondering if this is a common thing or not. I'm not questioning whether or not to "use the wallet". Many people scrape Pastebin for user/passwords that may be accidentally posted. I saw this get posted and was surprised when the user/pass actually worked and claimed to be a BTC wallet. I've never seen this SSH wallet scam before and couldn't find anything on the web about it which is why I posted it.

Yes, this is extremely common, and the oldest trick in the book. Make people think they have somehow lucked or won money, and then ask them for a fee before they can withdraw it.

You see it everywhere, Bitcoins, virtual items (think csgo, other ecash stuff), usually this is done through something like you posted, where the user thinks he has "stumbled" or "lucked" on a large sum of money, while in reality, it was infact all planted and or rigged.

You just stumbled upon a slight variation of this scam where they planted an SSH combo to a server that supposedly "hosts" a bitcoin wallet with 2.7BTC, but of course, before you can "withdraw" it, you need to deposit money first.

It's all the same scam.

If it's so common, why is there literally no posts anywhere on the internet about it? lol. It's pretty dam clever.
i just made this account

to say thank you

i'm a tech savvy person and never got into btc.
i somehow found these credentials. and the same prompt appeared. so i bought 0.01 btc and made a wallet. it is not transfered yet so i can get my money back.
at the moment i'm attempting to brute force their ubuntu os and dump their data and destory their stuff.

No problem, exactly why I posted this on here because there is basically no other information on the web about it. I'm glad you didn't fall for it and waste your .01 BTC Smiley
