201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypton - next altcoin with a great potential on: November 12, 2019, 02:20:14 PM
I think this is an unclear project. They were not released and the name of the miner was also kept secret. I'm not sure this will be the third valuable coin after BTC and ETH.
202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Permission to Use Bitcoin Logo on: November 12, 2019, 04:10:04 AM
as far as I know, many products have used the bitcoin logo without permission from bitcoin.org. I didn't know that the bitcoin logo was copyrighted for something commercial. Some of my friends who produce shirts, cups and hangers have used the bitcoin logo without asking permission. But I applaud you because you value art work by asking permission.

203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whet is the best marketplace to buy Bitcoin? on: November 11, 2019, 06:03:09 PM
Many trusted exchanges to buy bitcoin and other coins, you want to buy any bitcoin on the exchange that is recommended here, and this is already widely used by investors and traders,

Binance
Huobi
Bittrex
Okex
Kucoin

Or you can search for Coinmarketcap with the top positions https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/

Choose one of these exchanges and use it well.
That is a very trusted place to buy crypto. I always use Binance and Coinbase to buy and sell my Bitcoin and Alts on the exchange. Exchanges listed on the top 10 coinmarketcap are good choices for trading crypto.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best time for promoting bounty projects on: November 11, 2019, 08:39:54 AM

The hype is over once again and we all hope to bring it back. The market right now is kind of dull, as if it was the scene of the landscape after a hurricane. Time will tell when alt season will come back and there will be lots of good projects to support and campaign. Hopefully in the next years, we can see the unleashed potential of many other existing cryptos.
I hope that happens again in the middle of 2020. Alts will open the way to get money for bounty hunters who campaign for their projects. I'm sure that time will come.
205  Economy / Economics / Re: Your Source of Investment Money? on: November 10, 2019, 03:34:58 PM
The source of money that I invest by joining a bounty program such as a signature campaign. Apart from that I also accept bitcoin as payment in making logos and graphic design services.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Saving for a House! on: November 10, 2019, 05:52:10 AM
We are saving for a house down payment of 40K.  I don't want to leave it in the bank as there is a old judgement they can take any time so i want to store it in crypto as we grow it over the next 6 months.  Is a stable coin the best option?  Thoughts?
Stable coins will not grow. You will not get more profit there. It's better to plant on top of CMC coins like bitcoin even though the risk is big enough, but you will get more money within 6 months.
207  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin cross $50,000 by Dec 2020? on: November 08, 2019, 02:20:25 PM
With so many good altcoins around, do you think Bitcoin can cross $50k by Dec 2020?
For the price of Bitcoin can not be ascertained, if it reaches $ 50K, it feels too difficult because the price comparison is too far from the current price, unless there is mass adoption in all countries, and every country legalizes it. But it is impossible right!
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose a good project to invest. on: November 08, 2019, 06:42:03 AM
indeed everything you say is important. but I think it can be faked by scammers.

team, they can make it look like all the team members in the project look convincing.
what they have done to prove its credibilitye, if attending conferences/exhibitions or even appearing in public including the way they do it. This can also be done by scammers, you can see there are many projects that do this but in the end it turned out to be a scam. one that I remember, namely the Envion project.

and others I think are the same, scammers who have the funds can do all those things. so I think instead of investing in projects that want to start IEO/ICO, it's better to invest in projects that are already 3/4 months in the market. we can see the true quality and potential. so the risk of loss is slightly reduced.
I am one of the scam victims of the Envion project. Their project was very convincing so I invested a lot there. I lost a lot of money there so I no longer trusted ICO to invest. I also strongly agree if we should invest in a project that has been running for 3/4 months in the market, but I choose in a large market such as binance.
209  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to receive a donation in bitcoins? on: November 07, 2019, 09:48:16 AM
In my life, complete devastation. A debt hole formed. The family is disappointed in me. Banks do not give loans and debts must be repaid immediately. The only person who stayed with me is my wife. I love her so much. I can’t cope with these problems and only my wife holds me in this world. Is it possible to receive a donation or a crypto loan without collateral online? And how is this best done?
If you are a healthy person and able to work, it is very unlikely you will get donations in the form of bitcoin or other coins. Especially without a guarantee in lending, it is very impossible. My advice is to work hard and be smart in thinking to get money.
210  Economy / Economics / Re: Where's my free money? on: November 07, 2019, 04:07:59 AM
Hey dude, why do you believe in McAfee so much? You should know that crypto cannot be predicted accurately. McAfee's predictions are sometimes right and sometimes also wrong. He invites someone to buy bitcoin because he sells it.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Harsh Reality About The Current ICO Project on: November 06, 2019, 11:59:32 AM
I feel cheated ... but the fact that every project that promises or claims tokens will eventually increase at a very high price is just nonsense ...
in a statement on the road map they promised to use project funds for further product development, but they were only trying to take advantage of the investors' black money ...
what they have to do is develop their product further, not just start doing it or say all the sweet promises ...

maybe it's one of the things they have to reconsider, if their project wants to be successful and the project product can be sold out in the market ...
I hope I'm not mistaken about this.
It's not just you who feels cheated by an ICO project. Friends in this forum who invested in ICO also felt cheated, including me. Many early coin offers turned out to be cryptocurrency frauds, with organizers involved in cunning plots, even renting fake offices and creating marketing materials that looked luxurious. Many of the ICO projects don't have original ideas. More than 15% of them have copied ideas from other cryptocurrencies, or even plagiarized supporting documentation.
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you trust bitcoin related services? on: November 06, 2019, 10:12:34 AM
Hi,

I have some questions where I have been thinking about the past week.
Why do you trust some website/company with your bitcoins?

Let's say a bitcoin casino, what makes you deposit bitcoin?
Is it the provably fair? Does it mean you trust a site when the game is fair?
Is it the looks of the site? The amount of users there are? If there is an open chat where you can see active users?

Or something else that doesn't have a game that's fair, for example a bitcoin exchange, how do you trust them?

Overall: What makes you trust bitcoin related services?

EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT

Another question: What does a new service need to earn your trust?
Before registering an account on several bitcoin service sites, I first asked several people at the telegram about the site. If they say that the site is safe, then I try it and then trust it.
213  Other / Off-topic / Re: ANARCHO-TRANSHUMANISM "A Maximum Seizure of Efforts" on: November 05, 2019, 02:59:43 AM
I wonder if gene modification/engineering is also part of trans-humanism? The likes of Star Trek (Gene Roddenberry?) saw this with great fear, not unlike some people see the evolution of AI with fear (Terminator's Skynet and whatnot).

Gene manipulation has a lot of potential and also a lot of controversy, not unlike clones. And of course, the "failures"...

I know that the likes of Elon Musk want humans to enhance with cyber-implants and such as a way to cope with AI.

Also, Anarchists are not necessarily opposed to (private/individual) capitalism, its the State.
Yes, that is also part of trans-humanism which will create Homo-Deus species. But that is not in line with Anarcho-Transhumanism. They want to concentrate all decisions in the hands of AI especially for the distribution of resources. The problem is that there is no perfect AI, and if it's all left to AI for decisions without human control, it's the same as having a machine president.
214  Other / Off-topic / ANARCHO-TRANSHUMANISM "A Maximum Seizure of Efforts" on: November 04, 2019, 03:36:29 PM
anarcho-transhumanism, a branch of anarchism that is rarely heard. Apart from this ideology being arguably new, the lack of a massive movement of this ideology caused its name to sink among other anarchist movements that were more massive and evenly distributed.

Anarcho-transhumanism is the development of ideas from crypto-anarchism which was introduced in 1988 by Timothy C. May, who wanted freedom and anonymity in the world of technology which included currency, communication, and trade. Of course, this is based on the government's being who violates the privacy of its citizens in every way, making us feel insecure wherever we are because we are certainly being watched.

One of the other influencing movements is transhumanism, which actually has been around a lot longer than crypto-anarchism but has just been legalized as an active political movement with the party that carries this ideology. They want power over themselves, want independence is not limited even by nature. They want the legality of experimenting on the human body, manipulating the human body with tools (bioinformatics) to exceed the limits of human beings themselves. Initially, this ideology was supported even by adherents of crypto-anarchism, with the hope of being a vehicle with the same vision, independence of technology. But like other political movements, especially those with parties, power became their focus so that their idealist movements had begun to be covered by political interests full of interest, especially when transhumanists supported several projects started by big corporations in the field of technology, the fall of capitalism was sufficient. Instead of struggling to be independent with technology, they instead became a billboard running the technology capitalists in the form of parties, especially when their sponsor is the state security department for military research, where it has read its direction.

Under such conditions, the anti-capitalists in the body of transhumanism finally separated themselves, bringing with them the ideology of technological independence that they are still carrying and modifying, this ideology which is then known to us as anarcho-transhumanism.

Anarcho-transhumanism is like any other anarchism, fighting for the welfare of society with the concept of self-governed society that is mutually responsible to one another. It's just that they want maximum freedom that is accelerated and not half measures. Anarcho-transhumanism is an adaptive ideology, which cannot run alone, but rather becomes a supporter and complement to the ideology of other anarchism.
For example, in the view of anarcho-transhumanism when struggling over the struggle for the means of production, an independence does not stop only when the means of production are seized and a workplace becomes self-managed, because, for anarcho-transhumanism, it is not yet our independence if we are still users, there is still a gap for us used by capitalists and rulers because they still feel we need them. In what need? In knowledge. We seized a tool but we don't know how it works, we only have limited knowledge for operations and repairs, meaning we are still not fully independent. Therefore anarcho-transhumanism requires a total struggle over the means of production including knowledge of the means of production, so that those who have the capability can reproduce the tool or if it is too complex to be reproduced, knowledge of how the tool works will give those who have the opportunity capability can make automation of the tool so that no more human labour is used to operate the tool. Such conditions are considered "fully independent" by anarcho-transhumanism, we seize the means of production, we can make the means of production, we do not need to operate the means of production and are free from the shackles of work.

Automating the work of this tool will also eliminate the patriarchal culture that shackles at work, we cannot close our eyes that patriarchal culture is still rooted even at the level of the world of work where the role of workers is divided into gender, if the work has been made automatically, gender wants you to be organized. how to box? It's become stale like that because workers are already genderless (machines). Within the scope of more specific tools, the making of tools can also solve the issue of equality of rights. A small (but critical) example is, women and people with physical disabilities who (sorry) are often seen as weak and unable to work in several fields, can gain equality of their rights by contributing to the lines they are considered weak using assistive devices, this can be discussed with other communities to exchange knowledge.

>> So if we don't work, what do we do?
We focus on other lines of our community that have not been covered by machines, which are still manual so that they are still draining the members of the community. We can also start sharing with other anarchic communities who have the same problems as us, exchanging technology, exchanging knowledge. Anarcho-transhumanism requires rapid change with technology and knowledge as catalysts.

>> Closing (and expletives)
This is the dream of anarcho-transhumanism, total independence, beginning with the struggle for knowledge that is often hidden by capitalists in order to gain control of the market because of the limited resources they deliberately make. Anarcho-transhumanism strongly condemns the existence of personal intellectual property rights, all technologies belong to the common good, not to be covered up.

Not only the creators of the tools in your company are smart! Give us full information and we will prove that open knowledge learned together can make us equal to the creators of your tools! How long do you want the capitalists to feel that you are smart and we are only able to be users and repairmen?

How long will the technology be controlled by capitalists until even our brothers who cannot walk have to buy a wheelchair and mourn their fate? Seize the knowledge of how a wheelchair works, gather rattan craftsmen and welders, we can make it ourselves!

The patriarchal system says that only men and women are allowed to operate machines working in administrative affairs? The tools we make are automatic, the administrative software we make automatically, which we still make heavy tools so that all can operate. Do you want to make a fuss about gender matters? Please focus on helping others to become independent and equal in their rights.

We humans both have brains, by allowing technology and knowledge to be controlled by capitalists and especially those backed up by the government, they are just as saying that the only ones who have the brain to think are them, we don't. Don't want to just be a user, don't want to be enslaved to a machine, it's a machine that has to work for our independence and prosperity. Don't be afraid to be replaced by a machine if you don't obey, just when we know how the machine works, they won't dare to frighten us, because our knowledge is equal to the creator of the machine. Do not want to be watched by the government, we can not be seen with technology. We can solve all problems with the help of technology, don't want a monopoly on knowledge.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: November 04, 2019, 02:01:43 PM
To all bounty hunters on this wonderful forum i want to know if its advisable to continue with the bounty you have been promoting for 12weeks that got extra 8weeks added more, have you promote projects this long that ends up with good end results? Thank you
You should just leave it, I think the bounty program that extends its campaign does not reach sales targets. That means the project that will be run by the developer is not good so investors are not interested in the project.
216  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Replace Banks? on: November 04, 2019, 06:33:51 AM
Of course, the blockchain can replace the bank. Blockchain technology will replace banking services and poor registration processes so that those days will be a thing of the past, where people have to visit a local bank or find the right officer to help them with their documents. Blockchain technology will simplify the process and make it easier for everyone to use it. What's more, blockchain technology, combined with a variety of smart devices, will help investors track investment conditions and find out whether everything has been repaired or replaced on schedule. Individuals will get updates in real-time and this will help to eradicate all the complexities associated with the current system.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs really DEAD or simply cleared a path for better projects? on: November 03, 2019, 10:43:12 AM
I think investors do not trust ICO because there are many scamming cases carried out by the ICO project team, so they choose to invest in coins that will be listed on the exchange (IEO) or those that have been registered in exchanges such as binance.
218  Economy / Economics / Re: Can a Stock Market Crash affect Bitcoin? on: November 02, 2019, 07:04:04 AM
I was thinking that investors would think the cryptocurrency market as an alternative to traditional investment products.
Having said that, my point was that those two markets have a reverse impact.

If the stock market goes down, then investors would start searching for alternative (more profitable) investments and turn to Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
The last days stock market crash seems that lead the market cap of the crypto market down.

Does the Stock Market has impact over the Bitcoin price?
Although bitcoin is an alternative for shareholders when the stock market is crashing, I think bitcoin is not the only best alternative for shareholders to save their investment. Maybe they will choose commodities like gold or oil that are more stable than bitcoin which has price volatility.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Share Your Experiences on: November 02, 2019, 05:11:38 AM
I knew bitcoin when in 2011. At that time I opened a local forum site called "kaskus" and discussed bitcoin there. I was very interested and finally, I bought it with a friend I knew through Facebook. I bought with all my salary for a month. I want to buy something with bitcoin but no online shop accepts BTC as payment. I thought bitcoin was a scam at the time, I regretted having spent my salary on bitcoin and decided to leave it in my wallet. when 2017 the bitcoin trend is very lively to discuss and I was very surprised to see the price of bitcoin in 2017. I was lucky to still keep bitcoin in my wallet and still keep a private key on my laptop. that's my experience when I first knew Bitcoin.
220  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin using or need! Vs stable coins on: November 01, 2019, 02:09:57 PM
Stablecoin supported by Fiat is also limited by all regulations that come with fiat currencies, sacrificing the efficiency of the conversion process. This means they have less liquidity than ordinary cryptocurrency. Besides, there is always a risk that the underlying asset is damaged in value. Think about Black Wednesday in England, or the 1998 Ruble crisis that occurred in Russia. If such an event occurs on a fixed stablecoin, it will be a disaster for the stablecoin as well. Stablecoin that is based/supported by cryptocurrency (crypto-backed currency) also comes with their own set of problems. Being pegged to other cryptocurrency makes them far more vulnerable to price volatility compared to fiat or commodity-supported stablecoins. They are bound to the health of a particular cryptocurrency (or a combination of cryptocurrency), which means that if the cryptocurrency takes a deep nose-dive or falls very sharply, stablecoin will eventually be the same. If a price crash occurs, they will automatically be disbursed into the underlying cryptocurrency asset, where they are no longer stable at all.

This is another disadvantage to stablecoin which is categorized using cryptocurrency: they are difficult to understand and are the most complex form of stablecoin, which introduces a much higher risk of things that go wrong in a complicated process.
