201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins dominance over Real Estate in terms of profitability on: May 30, 2024, 05:30:35 AM
Real estate is a strong asset here profit is guaranteed but not instant or quickly. it require long time.
I also believe that real estate is quite a good investment to make. It seems that it is one of the few investments that increase in value over time. If you buy a good house now, see again in 10 years and surely it will be even more expensive than when you bought it.

It does require you to be patient if you want to maximize profit though so if you are looking for roi right immediately then real estate might not be the best for you.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BEER 🍻 MEMECOIN, will this narrative fly? on: May 30, 2024, 05:04:49 AM
BEER memecoin on Solana aims to unite beer drinkers worldwide, positioning itself as a universal currency of enjoyment.
With the amount of beer drinkers in the world, it is no surprise that many would join in on this memecoin craze even if it is not for the purpose of having profit but just something to have fun with.
Quote
What do you all think about this? Could this narrative drive it to a billion-dollar market cap?
I don't want to get ahead of myself since it is still a memecoin after all but I can think of ways to utilize this coin. It can be used to buy exclusive or rare beer drinks which could drive up the price of the token itself. So while I can't say for sure, there's definitely some potential there if it is done correctly.
203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Donald Trump's stance on Bitcoin is changing, the Trump pump is beginning on: May 30, 2024, 04:31:40 AM
We don't seem to have too many choices here, so I think it's better to choose Mr. Trump than support Biden when he is trying to oppose and prevent the development of the cryptocurrency industry.
It's hard to trust and believe all what is Trump is saying as I don't think I have ever heard him acknowledge bitcoin or crypto when he was in the position. So it seems that he is only mentioning crypto now because of the election. Even with the uncertainty, bitcoin enthusiasts' best option for now is Trump. Whether his intentions are clear or not, the fact that he is even considering bitcoin is a huge thing in itself already.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Swap crypto or sell first then buy? on: May 30, 2024, 04:14:44 AM
he should only swap the coins and keep. Besides, after selling coins into fiat currency, there might be an emergency, and you won't know when you will use the money to solve it.
I think it's also easier and convenient rather than taking it out of the platform. At least that way you can easily swap it when you want to or when you feel that the price is best to buy now.

There's also a higher chance to save the money if you don't directly hold it.
205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My first Bitcoin on: May 30, 2024, 03:51:49 AM
Now is the best time to buy Bitcoin as it is falling
Actually the best time to buy bitcoin was a few weeks ago when it dropped lower than $60,000. But it's still a good time to buy bitcoin now before it goes and reach a new ath. Just try to accumulate as much before it creates a new ath.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOW I STARTED CREATING A PROJECT WALLET BASED ON TELEGRAM? on: May 30, 2024, 03:29:32 AM
and what are the requirements and steps that I have to prepare first?
First reflect on your abilities.

Do you know any software that could create a token and most importantly do you have a hardware to support it? For now I don't see any need for you to plan at such a large scale yet since you are only starting.

You have no one to submit requirements to as it is open for everyone.
207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin become better on: May 30, 2024, 01:49:05 AM
The question there is: is there any country that has a Bitcoin backup? Can you name a country that has done that? For sure, you can't identify any country that did that because, first of all,
Bitcoin is decentralized and the government is centralized, you know?

In short, what you are saying is impossible, and that cannot be possible. At least it will never happen that Bitcoin will be regulated under government regulation; remember that.
People are imagining the future of the United states of America with bitcoin because many politicians are coming out and promising the crypto community of good things. Let us be reminded that these politicians do not care about anything but themselves.

they can and they will lie to our faces if it meant gaining your support and your votes. Whatever the government says and how much they want to say that they are in favor of bitcoin or cryptocurrencies, there will always be a level of resistance and cautiousness from the government.
208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are banks against cryptocurrency? on: May 29, 2024, 11:59:35 AM
What we need to do is do what we are doing without letting them know about it. You don't need to disclose the fact that you are involved with cryptocurrencies or posses Bitcoin and make transactions related to it because they can create issues out of these things, but they wouldn't know if you know how you can keep your things private.  Smiley
People who are involved in cryptocurrencies are the ones most obsessed with keeping privacy and being anonymous in all platforms as possible. Especially in times like this when our information can be easily gathered, shared and used against our will.

In a case where the government has some ill intent about people who use crypto, I do suggest that we all try to keep it a secret. Not just the government but people in general since you never know the kind of harm you can encounter.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How are your meme bags doing? on: May 29, 2024, 11:29:28 AM
it's feels fearful to invest on.
Memecoins investors take so much risks that they should be considered soldiers at this point lol.

If you are someone who doesn’t do well under pressure especially one under time I don’t think you should invest in memecoins. Memecoins profit can be created but it will come out very quickly and you have to act as quick. If you are indecisive and someone not confident, then investing in memecoins wouldn’t be best fit for you.

However if you feel like you can take such risks then you can try to invest on memecoins. Getting involved with memecoins depend on the kind of investor you are and kind of investor you can be.
210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing all your fortune with just 3 years on: May 29, 2024, 11:13:44 AM
This can make someone crazy losing 127 million dollars  and the sad part is that this is His hard earned money and His whole life and maybe of His family also .
and 3 years? maybe he battle a long trying to chase his losses and sadly ending him losing everything.
211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Exposure to bitcoin at young age on: May 29, 2024, 11:08:57 AM
Do you think if someone knows about bitcoin and just spends time learning about the technology and how it works without taking advantage of it to make a profit? I don't think anyone can do that, especially young people who always desire to get rich and even have the idea of getting rich quickly.
It’s true that some people are too greedy but I don’t think that that should hinder them from learning about bitcoin still. Greed and impatience can be changed over time with effort and dedication. New knowledge is always helpful if we just learn how to manage and control it.

Besides not a lot of people would be able to invest right away no matter what they try to do due to lack of funds. Still it’s nice to have that knowledge in store.
212  Economy / Gambling / Re: My betting strategies on: May 29, 2024, 11:03:55 AM
And in my opinion, in general, the main thing in gambling is to constantly ensure that the rate of loss of money from your game, calculated over certain time intervals, for example, per month, decreases on average.  In this case, you can safely assume that you simply began to pay a little less for the emotions and pleasure of the game.

So I think that experienced players generally, over a period of time, end up spending their money on gambling in such a way that it does not in any way affect their normal life activities.  And even their family members are not outraged by such waste of money.
Well, if a player manages to switch to a game mode where he wins even in the long term, which apparently happens quite rarely, but still happens to some lucky players, then in general everything is OK with such a player and with his finance.
And in general, everything is fine with such a player’s passion for gambling.
Yeah one should gamble for fun only and should not trouble their daily life specially shouldn't affect family members with its consequences. Main moral is "bet only that amount which one can afford to lose".
Sounds like investing here in crypto mate lol. that magic advise about investing the amount or funds that we can afford to lose and never to lose more or to extend what you are or how you are dealing in gambling

Quote
i think everyone uses those Strategies like OP mentioned for betting. Checking H2H history; if having back to back games resting main players for big match etc. Most of the time this strategy works too excluding some exceptional cases. One should go for big odds taking risk only If  he is feeling super lucky as sometime luck always follow whatever one say or do. After all everyone wants to win even if it is small in amount.
well in gambling the more you risk is the bigger chances of  winning high, this is why  when i gamble? I go straight betting my capital and will go home once I lose.
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are online/crypto casinos the most profitable digital business? on: May 29, 2024, 10:24:19 AM
I can't think of anything more profitable at the moment. Although I don't know in depth the income from online casinos.

However, to create an online casino, you need a lot of investment and be willing to pay for advertising and interact in a forum like this.

I don't intend to have an online casino, I'm more interested in having an e-commerce.

One of the factors that makes me believe this is that there is already a whole audience ready to play in casinos, as they are generally people who bet out of addiction, to make money (or even when they lose, they play just to pass the time). In addition to the fact that there are costs for servers, employees, online attendants, programmers and other costs, unlike physical casinos where the costs are for installations, maintenance, energy and employees and security guards...

Do they make more profit than digital banks, CEX exchanges, etc.?

Maybe compared to the bank, yes, the casino is more profitable because there are more gamblers and large deposits. The income is also high, especially if the players in the casino are rich. But compared to the CEX platform, I don't think the gambling casino online is more profitable.
if they are competent enough and reliable then indeed that casino will gain really an extra ordinary income and may become one of the biggest income provider in online industry.
we have seen this in our popular casinos here in our forum.

Because there are more people who invest in cryptocurrencies or bitcoins compared to gambling, it's just another thing that people think gambling is good; there are more opportunities in exchange compared to gambling. That's the truth.
actually it is not about investments but the business itself mate that is the one that have been asked here.
214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get your Dad (or Mom) to buy Bitcoin? on: May 28, 2024, 10:07:34 AM
Indeed quite a long text you have written here, I'll rather say its quite impressive that you want to explain what bitcoin is point to point to your old dad, I would hardly believe that he would last more than 5 minutes listening to you
Anyone regardless of their age would lose focus and start drifting away if they are not interested in the topic. Our parents, not wanting to feel 'inferior' with knowledge, tend to reject any new knowledge. They don't want to bother themselves with something as hard and complex as the internet.

or rather get ready for a while lot of questions to be thrown at you, anyway it's good post you made and that's fact.
It's better to ask questions than pretend that they actually understand it and make wrong decisions afterwards.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top altcoin that you won't buy anymore on: May 28, 2024, 09:42:06 AM
I think it depends on you're luck with the particular coin even if the coin is very trusted which is proven and tested for a long term of investment if you are not lucky in it then you need to let go with it and find another good altcoins to buy, its depend on our own decision and own strategy we need to go to coin that give us profit not just selecting a top altcoins.
In picking a good coin, there's lots of things to consider.

First you have to pick a coin that isn't a scam which isn't an easy task considering the amount of coins that are being released in today's time.

Second even if a coin isn't a scam there's no guarantee that that coin will have value in due time.

Third even with a success, we can't be sure if it can be maintained in the long run
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't advice anyone to invest on Bitcoin if he doesn't have Alt. income on: May 28, 2024, 08:12:14 AM
I was approach by a friend who told me that he wants to invest on Bitcoin that he needs a guideline and that he was told that immediately he invested on Bitcoin that he will start making money, The advice I gave to my cousins was not to invest in bitcoin but to save in bitcoin.
Did you copy this?
The reason why I'm saying this is because it was not quite long ago when I was approach by a friend who told me that he wants to invest on Bitcoin that he needs a guideline and that he was told that immediately he invested on Bitcoin that he will start making money,
I don't know if you want to add by making comments. Don't just copy and paste the text you want to discuss as it might seem like it directly came from you. Quote the post you want to talk about, you can find the quote button at the top right.
217  Economy / Economics / Re: First they ignore you: Are we (the Bitcoin/crypto users) about to win? on: May 27, 2024, 01:27:52 PM
I am scared of politicians. They lie so much. And when vying for office, they lie much more. And now that the elections are close, they will lie 100 times more to win over the support and votes of the crypto community.,
See this is why we shouldn't believe in politicians too much and even if they promise us one thing after the other it shouldn't allow us to be soft and too dependent on these politicians. Don't be fooled too much. Instead we should find for politicians or characters that have genuine support for bitcoin and cryptocurrency even before they were aiming for a position so at least  we know that they actually care for bitcoin or crypto and its community and they are not just talking about it to gain votes.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Girls in crypto world on: May 27, 2024, 12:33:34 PM
BTC is for everyone, as well as other than BTC. Yes. Women also have the same rights when it comes to investing, it's just that there are shortcomings that men don't have, but they are very superior.
I don't think there's someone more superior between men and women. They each have advantages and disadvantages that they all use accordingly when investing. Research says that men are most likely to invest in large sums while women only invest in small but regular amounts. This implies that men tend to take more risks while women tend to play safer. Even though, they have different methods both can be profitable and I believe neither is superior.

219  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Reddit Bitcoin moderators tantrum on: May 27, 2024, 11:45:31 AM
Classic Reddit. Mod behaviour varies wildly across subreddits, I wasn't aware that r/Bitcoin is one of the trigger happy ones that immediately hand out lifetime bans. Then again I haven't been on there for a long time and I feel like the sub's quality has strongly declined over the last few years.
I was honestly never active in reddit as I feel like it is just full of trolls and are often visited even by people not that knowledgeable with the topic. It also has been a running joke where no one basically takes reddit serious as it is full of weirdos of the internet community.

If they continue like this how do they expect for any kind of discussion to flourish over there.
220  Economy / Gambling / Re: House Edge on: May 27, 2024, 11:39:21 AM
Just a small correction, a provably fair game hasn't to be open source as you suggested. All you need to know as player to verify the fairness of a game is how the outcome is determined and the variables used to determine this outcome.
Also, you can verify all the results at any time you want. So, it will be easy to know when the casino start manipulating the results.

Yes, bro, talking about casinos, in my opinion, it's a matter of luck and we can be clever so we don't get cheated, sometimes there are also those who jump into casinos with high passion and have a lot of capital and the way of playing can't be mastered carefully so they can easily be cheated. casino games because not only do they benefit us because casino games in my opinion are already high level games for senior gamblers with enough experience and are not easy to trick, because they also usually have a backing at the back so they can't be cheated by them, that way it will make him profit and cannot be cheated by mere trickery.
Gambling is becoming on how we are treating this , example if you are gambling to have fun then you will never let yourself losing tons of money but that is far different if you wanted to become instant millionaire because that is the way why people ending up losing everything that sometimes bringing troubles even in their own family and friends.
try not to brag yourself from irresponsible gambling instead know when to stop and when to start.
