According to the World Bank data, India, with a population of more than 1.2 billion, is the world’s largest democracy. Over the past decade, the country’s integration into the global economy has been accompanied by economic growth. Annual GDP growth is expected at 7.0% in FY18 and inflation remained stable. India remains the world’s leading recipient of international personal remittances, claiming 10.9% of global inflows, followed by China (10.6%) and Philippines (5.4%). Total remittance inflow to India was $62 billion in 2016. The Indian telecom sector has the second largest subscriber base and internet subscribers in the world. In the last two decades it has transformed lives, and many sectors of industry and economy from healthcare to financial services. Its growth is inextricably linked to mobile services as a fundamental requirement for business. The users have been empowered from mere passive consumers to active participants and have benefited from low tariffs, availability of affordable smart phones and an evolving Information and communications technology infrastructure. It is at the core of the Government’s Digital India vision. According to the Boston Consulting Group report: Bill payments (mobile and utility bills) show large potential of tectonic shifts to digital payments. Around 30 billion bills worth USD 103 billion are generated every year, of which, 70 percent are paid in cash. Remittance / fund transfer: Peer to peer transfers or remittances will continue to be an important use-case for digital payment instruments. Digital payment instruments like wallets and assisted payment service providers help urban migrants send money home without the need for queues etc. as compared to banks. Thus, the adoption of digital payment instruments for fund transfers is expected to grow exponentially.
Payportal Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Payportal”) is a privately owned company that has been established in 2011 under the laws of India by international experts who have been in the payment services industry since 1996. The Payportal establishes relations between service providers and their customers by processing on-line recharges, bill payments and domestic money transfers in the most secure and convenient way through a Payportal wallet. The business area of our Company is Delhi where we successfully manage 80 distributors and 2300 retailers. The Payportal team has grown to over 20 people with the most in sales. During 2017 Payportal has processed around 500 million rupees in payments that was 45% higher comparing to 2016.
The Payportal team is aimed to success, they started and they don’t want to stop where they are, and with the help of investors, they can get to their aims faster and they can put new goals ahead of them.

Payportal is a very perspective project that is planning to gradually develop the way of money transferring and paying bills in India. But all the startups need supports. That’s why we created PPTL tokens.
A key objective for Payportal is to rise sufficient capital to execute our plans. The strong cash position will give Payportal a clear runaway to acquire new customers, expand within the current area of Delhi and NCR and other geographic markets, pursue new licensing deals, develop new technologies, expand the development resources and continue adding significant innovations to our wallet technology. Their PPTL Token (PPTL) is an ERC20 UTILITY token, and aims to provide the development of the Payportal platform. PPTL can also be seen as a loyalty token allowing investors to show their affiliation with and support of the project. It does not represent equity.
Here are some numbers and info about the tokens, that Payportal offers.
Total PPTL Token supply is 20 000 000 They can be purchased with ETH 1 Token = 0,002 ETH SOFTCAP: 3000 ETH, HARDCAP: 24 000 ETH
This is how the tokens will be distributed.
70% of the tokens allocated to the investors (14,500,000 PPTL), 15% for rewarding team and advisors, 5% is used on Bounty program and marketing, 10% for company reserve.
That’s how the sale will go
Early investors are rewarded and only limited tokens available to avoid low average price.
Private sale – starts at April 16, 2018 During this phase 2,000,000 PPTL Tokens are available with 30% Bonus + Extra bonus. Extra bonus is negotiable and depends on the investment amount. The initial period for the Private sale lasts until May 06, 2018 at midnight CET. The Public Pre-sale dates will be announced at the end of this period or immediately if all tokens from this phase have been sold. Private sale Minimum transaction limit = 100 ETH.
ICO dates will be announced after private sale stage. ICO lasts until July 15, 2018 at midnight CET and consist of three stages offering PPTL Tokens with a decreasing bonus. 2,000,000 tokens are available in the final stage with no bonus applicable. Tokens that were not allocated in the Pre ICO will be added to the ICO pool. Unsold tokens during the ICO will be burned. PPTL tokens will be non transferable until the end of the ICO.
So, after all the investments are made there is going to be another stage of work for Payportal team. After burning unsold tokens, the Payportal will issue its own crypto currency called PPTL coin (PPTL) in equivalent of existing Payportal Tokens at the end of the ICO. Payportal Token holders will be able to exchange Payportal Tokens for PPTL coins at the rate: 1 Payportal Token = 1 PPTL coin. PPTL coins, later, will be listed on several stock exchanges.
