201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Spike on the News? on: July 07, 2020, 08:20:02 PM
I don't think so, In the previous month Bitcoin is going back and forth in the price range of 8000 to 10,000 I guess it has no influence with that rumor, I don't even hear about that rumor until now. But news really influences the market price now maybe if the rumor real and they won it will have some impact on the market price in the future.
202  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to trade all of the coins? on: July 07, 2020, 07:53:19 PM
There is no exchange that lists every coin that exists, I prefer to find an exchange that lists the majority of good and popular coins. Focus and familiarize its features. Stay away from low volume exchange most of them charge a lot on fees. travwill suggestion is a good option too, I have tried meet one app before they have that feature on their MEX you can trade on a different exchange in a single app but I doubt if they have stop-loss feature.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What PayPal's Entry Into Crypto Means For Users on: July 07, 2020, 07:10:24 PM
Many users will get angry and disappointed and many users will be happy too, Why I said there are people who will be angry? because in previous years Paypal is very strict on transactions with regards to crypto. In fact, they have to disable or ban some accounts with the transaction to buy bitcoin and some other cryptocurrency. But now they are adopting it which is good because they have huge users, I guess this change of policy more people will benefits.
204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can we still enjoy the anonymity in gambling in the long run? on: July 07, 2020, 06:23:00 PM
If the government will interfere I am afraid they will require and regulate all gambling sites according to their policies, and require users to initiate KYC which is not good some users wants to stay anonymous. I guess the government can do that, they can force shut down a website if they want to if it is not following their regulations. But if their regulations help adoption why not and they will accept bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies fully legal around the world.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: July 07, 2020, 05:46:45 PM
I really think it is a good investment, there are times before that all markets are down but this coin is going on the other direction which is upward and not affected by BTC corrections. It is sitting on top 4 on Binance active markets LINK/USDT derivative category. And the idea and the team behind this project is pretty solid in my own opinion.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Back then and Now, lesson learnt on: July 07, 2020, 01:27:40 PM
That is a common newbie mistake, I think most of us did the same mistake trusting new coins before, especially on ICO days way back 2017 to 2018 in those years new coins are popping out everywhere. Jumping on it without knowing the real team or idea behind it. Experiences really helps us grow and to be better and not to do the same mistake again. Now, I improve on spotting which projects are better and have potential.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins for bounty hunters on: July 06, 2020, 09:17:29 PM
It is simple most of the projects started from scratch they cannot afford to pay any stablecoin, they are trying to promote their project hoping to attract investors to invest in their project. To be honest, bounties now is not really an effective promotion only projects with their own funds can survive but those project that is only depending on their sales are left to dust and turn to scam or sh*tcoins. Bounty hunters cannot really demand these things, bounty hunting is like a gamble there is no assurance if you are going to get paid for your efforts or not.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What did you look out for before investing in an altcoin? on: July 06, 2020, 06:32:19 PM
What I am looking for now is their marketing and genuine partnership, of course not just ordinary partnership, a partnership with a reputable project is a plus point. When a reputable project trusts them there is a possibility that they are good and have potential. There are some unique ideas of a project but they lack strategy and marketing so it is a waste. I prefer a project now with good marketing and partnership, I guess those are still attractive to investors.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What Happens To The Altcoins If Bitcoin Drops Strong? on: July 06, 2020, 04:31:33 PM
There are times that some altcoins move in different directions even if the bitcoin is going down but that does not happen usually. Most of the time altcoins are dependent on bitcoin moves. Bitcoin as of now has a 64% percent dominance from other cryptocurrencies there is no question why most of the altcoins are always affected. So the answer to your question is obvious it will surely go down too excluding stablecoin of course.
210  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Someone should start a class action lawsuit against Paypal on: July 06, 2020, 04:02:35 PM
If PayPal will really go forward with cryptocurrency I guess they are swallowing their policy in the past, they are really against bitcoin and cryptocurrency before. You can see some conversation on paypal community here about bitcoin. It is both good and bad, It is bad what they have done in the past closing users account due to crypto transaction and now they embracing it. The good thing is, this will help adoption given that paypal have a huge number of users around the world. I guess they should enable or reimburse any lost fund on all users to make up with what they have done in the past.
211  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: While using bitcoin there should be privacy on: July 06, 2020, 08:35:36 AM
When you do KYC on a particular platform at least once in your life, there is a possibility that it will be compromised someday so there is no such thing that is 100% privacy, even p2p the platform sometimes requires you important details. As you said bitcoin ATM is the best choice but there are only few of them, We have bitcoin ATM in my country but only on capital city which is unfortunate. ATM has a camera on it so your privacy is still not secured.
212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any successful and relatively new casinos? on: July 06, 2020, 08:18:12 AM
How do you define successful casinos? Like they have already doubled or more their capital or what? or just successfully launch a gambling platform. For me, we cannot really tell if the casinos are successful already when it is new, on early-stage promotion and marketing takes place it does not mean that they can afford to fund a big promotion means that they are successful already it is their strategy to attract users. I guess we can tell if the gambling site is successful if it is running for several years and continuing to provide better service and acquire huge daily users/players.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the market saturated with too many stablecoins? on: July 06, 2020, 07:47:56 AM
To be honest I am really suspicious of these stablecoins especially USDT which I keep seeing they have minted a huge amount of dollars several this year and in previous years. I have a question on my mind do they really have that amount of dollars deposited somewhere on a bank? There is no proof to support that. It is an easy money I guess no doubt big companies like binance, coinbase, etc. are creating their own stablecoins.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Justin Sun and Oikos Price Dump!!! on: July 06, 2020, 05:24:06 AM
Yes, a simple tweet as that could affect the project and it is strong because it was tweeted by the founder of Tron himself, some investor might already sell their assets after they read that tweet so U guess that is the reason of dump. People are easily getting affected with updates and news now either positive or negative they act accordingly no matter if it is FUD or real, social media is really powerful now.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You want the best for your new project? on: July 05, 2020, 06:17:13 PM
1. P2PB2B
2. Vindax
3. Exmarket
4. Bitcratic
5. Latoken
You can add probit on the list  Cheesy I guess some of these exchanges will shutdown soon or exit scam, so better stay away from it. These exchanges only depending on new projects that launch an IEO with them to make some money. They didn't have a good trading volume so pretty sure they didn't earn a decent amount from traders' fees. I heard some exchanges are already shutting down only good ones remains.
216  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who will do the IEO of the crypto exchange market? on: July 05, 2020, 05:16:23 PM
I don't see Latoken and Probit as popular and trusted maybe popular IEO exchange for sh*tcoins. Almost all IEO that conducts there is 50 to 90 percent dump after listing and not really good. Binance is indeed good but people will small amount of funds cannot participate even you have the funds it is not guaranteed because their IEO is lottery-style it is purely base on luck but almost all of their projects are profitable.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always look at the coins MAX supply on: July 05, 2020, 04:39:42 PM
I cannot totally agree, Do you know that Ethereum does not have a total max supply? Its supply is increasing and it is sitting on the top 2 cryptocurrencies. The success of the project and the ability to spike in not based on supply, it is on the project's dedication, quality, developments, marketing, and the whole idea of course. There are coins that have low supply but a total sh*tcoin so basing on supply does not make sense.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: should i invest to this project ? on: July 04, 2020, 07:52:18 PM
I made a little review on their connections, they have connections with chainlink I double-check the link from twitter if it is legit or not looks like it is genuine they have been mentioned by chainlink on this tweet, For me, chainlink is a reputable project and it is listed on top exchanges. That is a plus points but being mentioned by them does not mean that the projects are really good and will succeed in the future but I am seeing it has potential. The concept of the project is not that attractive for me but we will see.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can I just delete my wallet and use my 12-word recovery key as my “storage”? on: July 01, 2020, 10:53:18 AM
Of course, you are free to delete your wallet as long as you have backup your passphrase or private key. You can log it back any time you want to. If you are planning to hold a bigger amount I suggest buying hardware instead of keeping yourself uncomfortable with your paper wallets thinking it might be lost due to hack or phishing. Hardware wallets have a disadvantage too if you lost it goodbye to your coins, while paper wallets if you made many backups you can recover it right away.
220  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you make a trade or investment decision? on: June 30, 2020, 11:54:51 PM
I usually ride on some big coins updates, like forks, mainnet update. Those updates usually make the coin/token pump. I get some wrong move sometimes but in majority I earn more profit. Look out for news like on coinmarketcal and other popular cryptocurrency sites. Every trader has their own strategy, this strategy might work for me and not for you.
