201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why ICOs fail on: March 25, 2018, 11:29:40 PM
I think one of the main reason why ICO failed is because of few interest in the marketplace. I recently joined ICO and where not able to reached the soft cap. One major reason they state is because of the volatility of the market wherein ETH falls really low and the market acceptance was low as well. Mostly probably their should be a twik in the process since the project is very promising.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you learn about other cryptos? on: March 23, 2018, 10:50:29 PM
Coinmarketcap will guide you about the information of all cryptocurrency. Added of not added coin if its listed then then project is really good or does have real uses in the future. Sometimes they included scam token on coinmarketcap but if users will found it scam then it will be delisted on coinmarketcap.

I also utilized coinmarketcap since it provides already the details of the Alts, plus those alts existing in coinmarketcap is already a project that is on the working stage, meaning ICO is done funding requirement was met. For ICO Alts, my reference is ICO bench and another website bountylord to have a glance about new ICO's in the market.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best crypto to buy now? on: March 23, 2018, 10:43:33 PM
Hi - Newbie here..I would like to put down 1000 USD next week.. What would your advice be to me?

I would advice to put 33% on BTC, 33% on ETH and another 33% to other Alts, I recommends CREDITS. Check it out, the value of this token will eventually increase more. The project ICO finishes its hardcap on a very short period which means that people acceptance is highly there. So check it out mate. Smiley
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and too many participants on: March 23, 2018, 10:36:54 PM
Correct so many people now joining bounty programs, and for me that is ok since it creates more awareness through a lot of people about projects. Currenty, bitcointalk already have there merit system in place and that's actually what makes it hard now to rank up in order to be paid nicely. Just keep providing valuable comments in the marketplace, it will come back to you in a nice way.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Google Will Remove Crypto-related Ads Starting June 2018 on: March 22, 2018, 11:53:13 PM
I think this is great but banning only crypto currency which is not legit. This way, we know that anything posted in google, they already reviewed and that means its all legitimate projects. They only thing we have to verify is they project will be successful or not. Go ahead google but don't ban all.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best exchange on: March 20, 2018, 06:40:39 AM
I need some help!
What exchange to use in order to withdraw cryptocurrency after ICO?

It depending what exchange the ICO you buy listed, the good exchange for any one team want to listed after ICO is binnace, Bitfinex, Houbi, Okex, bittrex, polo, hitbtc, kucoin, bit-z,... and some exchange come from korean

Yes it depend on the ICO on which exchange they are going to be listed. So far, I just experience three exchanges namely; houbi, kucoin and idex. The transaction I did went ok, so  its good to go and I’ll use it again next time.
207  Economy / Economics / Re: Stock market vs. Bitcoin??? on: March 20, 2018, 06:32:12 AM
i did not directly trade in stock market but i invested through a fund manager. I just invested a small amount but its already a material amount for me. I did not touch the investment for three years and when i decide to withdraw it after 3 years, I lost around 40% of my investment. Its sad but thats the reality of investment: there are risk. In BTC, there are much greater risk but greater return as well in a short am
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin now you think had a good future on: March 18, 2018, 11:19:49 PM
I believe in btc and eth , because whatever the forecast this crypto currency will remain and will eventually move and conquer new peaks Wink

Same here, these are the two major player right now and they will continue to dominate the market. But in addition, I also think the LYMP (LYM), Beluga (BBI) and Gilgamesh (GIL) is going to have a bright future as the usability of the coin is very much needed.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: March 18, 2018, 11:04:18 PM
We know that the whitepaper is the most needed to enter an ICO so we are careful to read it because this will be a landmark for our investment. Although not all the readers know all about the whitepaper because the only important page here is their mission, blockchain, proof of concept, about the coin and so on, so let's make a summary. Actually, reading whitepaper is confusing but we really need to work it out, to know all the importance of an ICO.

You're right. Reading whitepaper is very important to really learn about the full picture of the project. Every details are there. Sometimes it just that the whitepaper is too long. There are time that I'm only reading the important pages as you mentioned. Then I'll go ahead with my decision if to take part of not. But yeah, please read the whitepaper to know the project. Cheer guys.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know which coins are good? on: March 16, 2018, 12:27:26 PM
The only way to know which coin is good is to spend time with it. Meaning, know all the details about it. Read white paper, the team, the project itself, the partnership and so on. Those are factors very necessary to know if the coins is good or not.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO or buy later on exchange ? on: March 15, 2018, 05:57:09 PM
There are pros and cons if you buy during ICO and if you buy during exchange already. ICO is great because you can received bonuses and discount. The only problem is when the ICO did not reach the target investment and your investment is in trouble. Now, exchange resolve the issue about the project since it already able to reach the exchange, the only thing is, most token increase during the exchange period higher than the ICO price. No discount or bonuses whatsoever. But there are a lot of times that exchange price is lower than ICO then that is a good buy. If you believe in the project then go ahead. Pick any option, you're in track.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: CREDITS - A genuine 100x coin on: March 15, 2018, 05:49:37 PM
I think credits is going to be great. the project is great and the only thing they have to prove is the full delivery of the project. I joined it's bounty program as well and I'm sure it will create a massive breakthrough during year 2018.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin on: March 15, 2018, 05:41:26 PM
In the next year ETH will overtake BTC as the number 1 cryptocurrency.  I would unload your bitcoin while you still can.

There's definitely a chance that it would happen, but not in the near future. ETH has some better features than Bitcoin, one example is the Smart Contract.
And there are a lot of start-ups, ICO based on the Ethereum blockchain, making ETH one of the most used Altcoin.

I agree with you. Yes, there is definitely a chance that it will happen. But as you said, not in the near future. the price gap between bitcoin and ETH is very high and that will take years and will take a lot of peoples acceptance to ETH before it will happen. Lets wait and see. Smiley
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: March 15, 2018, 05:27:27 PM
I strongly believe in altcoins and I think that their future will be very bright. BTC, ETH, and LTC are expensive, and investing in altcoin can bring good profit with a small investment.

I do believe as well that Altcoins will have a good future as long that this coin is legit and will have a good use for the community.  ICO and Alts serves as new idea being form in the blockchain system which what is our digital community is requiring. I hope that this will be put in place and in use in the near future.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Current Strategy Investing or Holding. on: March 13, 2018, 07:54:44 AM
Basically right . Holding a coin during this rainy season will be the best option. Its like, don’t do anything right now. As long you are holding a legit and a coin which is already tested by time. And I’m soure as well that there are coins that will make it big this year.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how to choose good altcoin on: March 13, 2018, 07:44:42 AM
In choosing a coin, I basically reviewing the whitepaper. Checking if the project is viable in the blockchain community. Checking also the team and partnership is very crucial in the decision. So goodluck to us Smiley
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins You Think will Grow on: March 13, 2018, 07:38:27 AM
I think the majority of the legit altcoins will grow in 2018, but my top picks are WePower, VeChain and EZToken.

I have the same felling. fOr sure majority of legitimate and valuable token will grow this year. Im currently holding chsb, lymp and credits. I’m sure they sill have there share in the marketplace.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A new way to earn cryptocurrency without investing? on: March 11, 2018, 11:55:17 PM
Hello crypto lovers!

I found this article on CCN today, and I think it's a great little platform. Although it is a paid advert, it is a co-creation platform where you can earn cryptocurrency for free and requires no investment. Has anyone heard about Crowdholding? What do you think about them? Below is a link to the article I found.

https://www.ccn.com/crowdholding-new-way-earn-cryptocurrency/

And here is the website where the platform is if you want to have a look.

https://www.crowdholding.com

hmm, I'll check this out. So this platform is also like bitcointalk that you provide your feedback and later on pays. But I saw one of the comment here that they cannot yet transfer the coins to a wallet for some technical concern.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best paid bounties? on: March 11, 2018, 11:29:37 PM
I usually use bountylord for reference as it provides all the needed information and link in just one viewing.  Then from their, I'm reviewing the background of the company then I'll join if it does pass my criteria.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is product important for a project? on: March 09, 2018, 03:06:59 PM
Yes of course a product is a huge factor for the project. Imagine if you already have a working product and you are just utilizing the block chain or a crypto to just further and enhance your business. Many investor will be very interested on the project since you have a working product already.
