Even though ICO's have lost the appeal lately.
I was just wandering about the legalities. The SEC website confuses me. In the eyes of the SEC are true utility tokens still classed as securities in the USA? Is this why many companies avoid the USA when it comes to ICO's?
If a company from outside the USA releases a token, do they have to comply with SEC regulations to enable usa investors?
I am not from the usa but live here now. Is it a resident or a citizen issue?
investors are afraid to ico projects and its not easy to bring back the credibility of ico projects with just that. Accept that ICO are no longer existing, another projcets will come replacing sto,ico ,projects. |

Altcoins cant stand alone without bitcoin. Altcoins price will still depends on how high or low bitcoin price is more over if theres no bull run that will happen this year. If bitcoin spikes up expect also bullish trend on some altcoins.

Am not looking out for bitcoin price to skyrocket any longer cos I do know for sure, it will exceed more than 9k before end of January. Am after the bitcoin halving coming up soon cos after that, bitcoin price will be mind blowing
it already exceed 9k this month and now bitcoin price is down again and maybe its only some sort of correction. Bitcoin still have a high chance to reach $20k again after halving, but not higher like the prediction of some analyst. $30k is enough this year. |

All the bounties ive joined in 2018 are mostly scams, i dont remember any bounty on that yeat were i get more than 500$. The highest reward i get from that year is only 300$.

How is the token even in demand and last when I saw the price, it was $16 and now $108 on Livecoin with volume? they are still working on the project after scamming us. Anyone is in contact with them? They were still active on telegram till November posting nonsense articles.
theres no way to contact the team ,you cant even post on thier telegram group even if you message the admin its useless. I registered on thier website and uploaded the documents needed but always failed. |

My portfolio until now is the AE and DTEP that I got from the bounty last year, I will continue to hold until I reach the target price. That is a token / coin from Bounty, not I bought, if I want to buy Crypto for investment, of course Bitcoin is the best choice.
remember that holding is somehow risky, if i were you i wont wait for my target price to come i will sell it as long it has a price cause i only got those coins for free. |

The price of this coin is high and it keeps on going up , im sure bounty hunters of this project is too happy if they recieve thier bounties. But reading the replies it seems like no one will recieve the rewards bounty , i feel sorry to all the participants .

Ako maraming advice na nakukuha pero iilan lamang ang naapply ko sa sarili ko dahil gumagawa ako ng sarili kong desisyon o sarili kong startegy sa trading na sa tingin ko magwowork o gagana na hindi masasayang yung perang inipon ko para lang iinvest sa mga coins so far naman maayos naman ang naging bunga pero ang ginagawa ko mas iniimprove ko pa maigi para mas lumaki ang profit na nakukuha ko.
Mas okay talaga kung nagsasaliksik tayo at bandang huli tayo ang magaanalyze ng kung anong bagay ang makakatulong sa atin, okay din minsan na humingi ng opiniyon ng ibang tao, icheck ang iba't ibang opinion, pero dapat nasa sa atin pa din sa huli kung anong gagawin natin, kaya siguraduhin na lang natin mga desisyon natin and make sure na handa tayo palagi. Mahirap kasi na ikaw lang ang magdedesisyon lalo na kapag investment pinag uusapan dito. Yung iba alam na ok ang isang project pero yung iba mag bibigay ng info para magdalawang isip ka sa project at makaiwas sa scam in the end ikaw na mag dedecide hindi naman kasi pwedeng mag iinvest ka without basis sa isang project diba. para sa akin lng sir mas ok n ako ang magdesisyon para wala akong sisihin n ibang tao pag failed ung projects, ok naman magtanung sa ibang tao as long n tlagang may alam sa mga project na nagsisilabasan nagayon. |

Well to be honest, its almost the same thing
Both tokens are new
Except the fact that one is listed immediately on the exchange whom conduct the IEO
One is not
thats one of the advantage of ieo to ico, but getting back before once ico reached thier hardcap it will immediately listed on a good exchange , projects conducting ieo to unknown exchanges does not even help some of the projects. Ive joined projects that thier ieo is being conducted on latokem, p2b, most of them failed. |

Seems like thier own token is not as that valuable compared to coins they listed on thier platform ,waited for years and yet nothing good happens on this coin. The only way is they need to list the token in a major exchange.

For me holding is not a good idea anymore because of my experince last 2018. From 5000$ worth of holdings down to 500$, which is the most painful that happened to me, so i decided not to hodl anymore.

Yup kind of as IEO are more trusted as compared to ICO view but at last it depend on project. It is also true that on average basis IEO receive more funds than regular ico and we are seeing trend shifted towards IEO.
but we cant deny that ico are also good the old times ,the only reason why ico fails is because of scam projects that uses ico just to steal money from investors. Before ,a project can reached its hard cap in just days using ico which is the most exciting when you joined on thier bounty campaign.. |

We all know ICO is totally dead, so, there will be no successful ICO bounties! STO bounties are more than shit, doing STO bounty just waste of time, trust me! And then come to IEO! IEO hype is gone, it passing a very tough time nowadays! All the shit exchange's bounty is also shit. Just count how many shit exchange's bounties you did and how much you earned! Good exchange's IEO doesn't have bounties most of the time. So, there left post ICO/IEO or self-funded project's bounties! Those are very few and their budget looks penny! Right now many bounties are running but according to my research, I could not pick 3 good bounties!
So, what do you think about the future of bounty? It looks uncertain to me!
what will you expect in this time were scam ico, ieo are gradually rising almost everyday, bounty hunting nowadays is not anymore exciting compared to old days were almost all bounty are profitable. |

Wait ko n lng na pumalo sa 0.06 ang presyo bago ko ibenta ipx ko pag natapos bounty campaign. Sa ngayon ang kita ko per week ay kulang kulang 300 lng which is mababa tlaga. Not worth it tlaga pag sumali jr member at member.

Absolutelly yes that bitcoin will reach 9000$ and maybe near $10k before the end of this month. BitcoinSV hyped ended so bitcoin will be the next, from 8600$ at current price to 9700$ by the end of the month.

maybe this year ico will rise again, of course, with new strategies such as payment using existing coins such as ETH, XRP, BTC, and others.
I see several projects that want to raise funds and promote their projects to pay using ETH and BTC to their campaign participants.
I hope this will become a trend this year where all ico make payments like that.
even they operate again this year i dont think they can easily attract investors to invest on thier project because they have already a bad reputation in world of crypto. |
