201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 12, 2022, 08:40:50 AM
Aubameyang is 33 of age but still plays like a player's who is early 20's , Aubameyang can still be in a good firm in the next 3 years  for Chelsea,  just as Ronaldo who is in 36 but still doing better in his performance. Chelsea still need to have strong players to strengthen their squad.
Aubameyang and Ronaldo have very different characteristics and when compared, Aubameyang wins for good qualities because he can work well with the team, while for Ronaldo, even though he is a professional player and has a lot of experience in football championships, his character is what has been seen when he was at Manchester United, it is clear that his true nature is not friendly and cannot work as a team well.
But when the whole Chelsea's club doing bad without no outstanding players, no matter how good Aubameyang 'work well with the team' as you said means little for Chelsea. They need someone reliable, and willing to go as far as telling teammates: 'you suck' to motivate them out of their comfort zone. Ronaldo had that kind of character and overall better personal skill than Aubameyang.
My guess, Chelsea will have to rebuild their club again with new faces since this lineup is going nowhere. Better get Ronaldo as a temporary standing to keep Chelsea in the top 4 and rebuild later. After the Abramovich fiasco, the new owners don't know how to invest and operate a football club, changing hands too fast leading to Chelsea's confusion phare we see right now.

on the other hand, FaZe are so inconsistent lately dropping maps left and right. I expected a close series yesterday but boy i was so wrong, quick 2-0

no way i'm risking on money on the last three matches of this group, every series including MIBR - FTW will be a 50/50 gold nova tier game  Grin

I was confident about a FaZe win on Nuke. They were much better than G2 there. However FaZe still continued to play badly on even their best map. m0NESY was really unstoppable here with 28 kills. broky's 1v3 clutch was really delightful but FaZe were still very inconsistent during the match. After the first half ended 10-5 FaZe needed to win the pistol round to make a comeback but they failed again. G2 kept their dominance and defeated them. The final round was really interesting. FaZe couldn't win that easy round and missed the chance of playing OT.
Yesterday's match between Faze and G2 is disgusting, guys. We all thought Faze at least have a win on their best winrate map, Nuke. But somehow they lost to G2 at 2-0 quickly. In the first half of map Nuke, G2 took the lead with 10-5. In the second half, G2 hit at 14-5 then 'nicely' lose 5 rounds to Faze, 14-10 now. G2 lead again at 15-10, just one more round and the game is set but again, they 'nicely' let Faze took 2 more rounds to 15-12 before finally ending it with 16-12 overall (pic below) See, under bettors lose, over bettors win the pot prize.

I know, top teams like Faze or Navi did their bullshit, keep withholding their strats at this group stage. Just do enough to barely pass the group stage because why reveal your card early, right? Maybe C and D group stage will be the same, top tier teams will do their bullshit again. Almost thought I was at least right on my bet at under for map Nuke yesterday. Really disappointed.

Not just the last three rounds in this group stage, I think I'm done here. No more betting at this group stage no matter how confident I am. I'll hold back till the playoff match for the ESL pro league.

I think this is not a thread to ask other members to review your post, this is a thread to post your merit countdown to the next rank.
Dude, I just want to thank anyone if they're willing to read through my posts. It wasn't a demand or anything. Just a simple expression of gratefulness for a chance, that's it. OP's post mentioned this too.

After all, if you really believe they are cheat the campaign with alt, then why don't you tag both accounts instead of waiting for a DT member to do it for you?
I can tag him but it'll not show on the default DT list to warn bounty managers and remove him from any future bounties. Just like I said, Gianluca95 already tagged him but as long as it hasn't come from a DT member, it means little to him (cheater) since he wasn't 'blacklisted' yet and can still enroll in bounty campaign (Trident Protocol right now).

In my opinion, the two accounts you asked to tag by DT are not cheat the campaign, but they are trying to cheat the campaign. Cheat and trying to cheat seem like two different things to me, so I'm not sure if they deserve the tag, but it just depends on who is reporting and who is going to follow up on the case.
You drag me into this conversation because you think what should and shouldn't be done in this thread. What were on-topic and off-topic. Then somehow, you shared your opinion on things that don't relate to the main topic too. See the hypocrite here?

Quote

What the hell? Both are the same. Being caught red-handed trying to enroll your alts in the same bounty campaign vs already done it without anyone knowing and getting away with it, only later found out. Same thing.

Kayeshlyn, at that time, WAS already in the YAS signature campaign. He posted a POA for vittosport by mistake and deleted it right away. I spotted it and wonder why he did that, check ninja.space and hola, caught red-handed. Just see pic below, I don't want to drag this conversation to be more off-topic or on whatever goalpost and define from you on cheat and trying to cheat. Dude, I really really don't see why are you so hostile to me and defend that cheater?

My Countdown to Sr Rank
Number of Merit(s) left: 119

Big thanks to anyone willing to spend time reading through my posts. I posted a lot in the esport thread on the Gambling discussion since I was a big fan of CSGO. Sometimes, in the Economy section too.

Also, since this thread typically receives some DT members' attention, I want to hijack it to ask if any DT members are willing to give two accounts below negative trust for alts cheating in the bounty campaign. Tho one of the bounty managers, Gianluca95 gave them a negative trust, he isn't on the DT list. I tried to pm Hhampuz to let him know but he seems busy. Been more than 2 weeks. Those alts are still able to join in the bounty campaign right now.

Accounts Connected:
Kayeshlyn
vittosport

Proof:
Kayeshlyn posted a POA for vittosport in YAS.BET Signature Campaign thread

[Archive]

Miscellaneous:
Bounty cheater tried to enroll his alts in the same signature campaign.
Kayeshlyn is in YAS.BET Signature Campaign, manager Gianluca95
vittosport is in AfterBurner.Finance Campaign, manager Hhampuz

Faze vs G2 is now live, map ban/pick is below. G2 picked Dust2, Faze picked Nuke and Mirage left over. Insane 100% win rate there for Faze in map Nuke. Weird that G2 didn't ban Nuke instead of Inferno. Although G2 is bad at both, they still have a lower win rate on Nuke vs Inferno. And Faze on Nuke is their best map. My guess is G2 will not try at all in Nuke, save energy for map 3 if possible so high chance it'll be under for map 2. Tho I don't know about this, G2 isn't that great in Dust2.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto has the highest potential?? on: September 10, 2022, 10:51:34 AM
Ethereum, no bar. Think a coin already at #2 doesn't have any more potential to grow? You're wrong. Once you know about all the juicy stuff behind post-Merge, shading, and such... you'll realize Ethereum is the best smart contract layer2 right now and soon will leave every other smart contract gimmick coins in dust. No, they're already doing it right now. Sol, BSC, Poly, Tron,... all crap compared to Ethereum.

207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: September 10, 2022, 10:40:22 AM

This is today's program in the ESL Pro League. I see only one match that might be competitive and that is FaZe - G2 obviously. G2 have impressed people a lot by their recent performance. HooXi and jks started to get better after some matches and the team are in a good form recently. FaZe are still a very tough team to defeat for G2 of course. But G2 can at least show some resistance even if they lose here. Winning one map and not getting embarrassing scores would still be good for them against the number one team. Outsiders and BIG should be able to win easier. BIG finally won a match after a long time. It was still not very easy against MIBR but this was very important. With the help of this win they can play more confidently against FTW.

I think FaZe @1.52 and Outsiders @1.31 are great choices for the day. BIG have only a 1.03 odd so I don't think it's worth betting on.
Both Faze and G2 have 3 wins right now at group stage B and will meet each other tonight. Whoever wins, going to be at the top of group stage B, at 4/5 rounds. Guaranteed a spot to the playoff with a result of 4 wins, 0 losses. BIG also doesn't have any chance to get the 3rd spot for the playoff, Outsiders will take it easy.

FTW is a stepping stone for other teams right now with 0-3. Kinda feels bad for them but this is the CS pro scene, hope they and MIBR gather as much experience as they can when matching with the top-tier teams.
208  Economy / Economics / Re: Working hours | How many are too many? on: September 10, 2022, 10:13:15 AM
Typical for almost every country with basic labor laws is 40 hours a week or 8 hours per day, 5 days per week with the weekend off as rest. The real thing, workers in the manual labor jobs are being pressured to work more than that, 40 hours plus ~10 hours more in overtime. Countries in Asia like Japan, Korea, and China have it worse. Overtime seems like a normal thing even in white collar jobs, not just manual labor jobs. I remember China has the 996 motos that every company in China applied. This means you work from 9 AM to 9 PM, 6 days a week. That's like 72 hours per week, hot damn!
209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: September 10, 2022, 09:50:43 AM
Regards the criticisms Qatar and this edition of World Cup are suffering, I think first of all it is FIFA's fault, because they knew or at least should know the local rules, culture and traditions of the Qatarian society before announcing the country would held the event this year. Since many of the local laws such as alcohol, homosexuality and sex outside of marriage prohibitions are frowned up by another participant nations, and I would say most of them, the event shouldn'd happen in Qatar, because of course a part of those guidelines will have to be followed even by foreigners. And it was FIFA which created this situation.
This is completely nonsense why these countries are not allowed for this every country is having right for applying and going with their own rules and laws and FIFA or any other sports authority can do anything like this for banning countries those are strict about their laws regarding alcohol, homosexuality and sex outside marriage you are not going there for long time it is just matter of three or four weeks and just because of these crap things you want nothing entertainment happen in these countries are not good.

As they already announce few updates about alcohol and other things we all need to accept this and as this is matter of honor for any country he is going to do this all so fans and players can do adjustment for few days, and then they have right done things which they want to do after end of event in their own country if FIFA or any other sports authority will bring any rule or law for banning these countries then surely they can suffer badly for these shit things.
The same way the country is sovereign on its decisions on what is better for their people, the federation of FIFA is also sovereign on its values and principles. If a country doesn't respect or follow those values and principles of the federation, FIFA shouldn't host any events on that country to not hurt their convictions and what they believe. I think it's contradictory to defend the country setting their own rules, while attempting to force others (in this case FIFA) to agree and indirectly endorse those rules. Not that FIFA is concerned about any of these points, as profit is everything what matters for them.
More about FIFA's crooked, bend rules and against sportsmanship just for money. International league or organization like FIFA has become really disgusted. No more sportsmanship to unite the world and connect countries, different people, cultures, and beliefs,... all set aside for sport. Someone has a different value, worships different gods, wears a different cloth, and such but once the game is on, things like that don't matter, everyone is welcome.

But no, FIFA doesn't care about enforcing that sportsmanship and unity anymore, all about the money now. Rich countries can now do whatever they want to push and flex their power, for the agenda just because they can with money thanks to FIFA's crooked.

Two-week delay to honor Queen Elizabeth's death is too much. I think a day off as national mourning of Queen Elizabeth's death and everything will be back to normal. I know Queen Elizabeth's death is a very big event in England but Premier League clubs can't just postpone for two week because of that. The Champion League is ongoing, a tight schedule with matches from both Premier League and Champion League close or even overlapping with each other will be big trouble for England's clubs. They won't have enough time for players to rest or recover from injury and will lower the performance in both leagues.

Last year, covid broke the calendar of games, and this year officials want to break it due to the death of the queen. I respect the queen and national traditions, but I think such a long mourning is unreasonable. Do not think that I'm cynical, but dying at 96 is absolutely normal - I think that many of those who sit on this forum will not live to that age. In my opinion, a minute of silence at the beginning of each game would be enough.
Matches for this weekend were postponed, and every kind of open or outdoor activity halt as well. That's at least 2 days off because of the death of the queen. Maybe even more coming to the next week, keep mounting for the of the queen. Just seems a waste of all the mounting, halting everything for over a long period of time because of the death of the queen. England takes the death of the queen seriously and anyone that wasn't Brits really doesn't get it. Guess Brits want to take a break while the world keeps on going.

@emrecemsan
I say don't bet 2-0 on the G2 vs BIG since BIG is still a bit unpredictable. A bet 2-0 on Outsiders vs FTW match seems the safest here, in my opinion.

I didn't bet on 2-0 G2 win but it happened again. However this time there was a more durable team against G2. Both maps ended after one OT. Maybe this is a sign for a recovery but we will see what they will do against MIBR today. I won't bet on BIG in the circumstances but I think they can finally get a win even if they have some difficulty.

Yeah, 2-0 but it was really shabby wins on 2 maps since both have to come to OT to set it finally. As I said, BIG is indeed unpredictable and shouldn't count on it. Talk about BIG, they are now 1-1 with MIBR, and map 3 is ongoing.
It was an easy win for G2 on both maps against FTW. They are the temporary leader of the group at the moment. Depending on the result of FaZe - Outsiders match this can change of course.

FaZe are highly favourite side to win this match absolutely. Outsiders have shown a good level of performance so far. They beat BIG and FTW both with a 2-0 score. However none of these can be seen as a big challenge for Outsiders. FaZe are the number one team in the ranking now. They are even the biggest challenge for Outsiders so we will see what they'll be able to do. MIBR won a map against FaZe so Outsiders can do the same too. But FaZe can still win this. Outsiders are really disadvantageous against them if we compare their win rates on all maps. FaZe would ban Dust2 (83% WR) and Inferno (70% WR) quickly and capture a big advantage already.
Faze vs Outsiders will be the most anticipant match to see for tonight. Although yeah, Faze is strong and #1 HLTV but since they're the #1, their strats are heavily studied and analyzed by the other teams. Outsiders as ex-Virtus.pro lineup around Jame & co. They had the best win rate on the Overpass map. Most of the time, other teams did ban Overpass beforehand hence the low amount of time Outsiders/Virtus.pro played on Overpass. Typical Inferno is the 'commonplace' as most teams are confident on this map so it is picked or left over in the ban/pick.

Faze want to ban Vertigo and Overpass/Dust2 while it was Nuke and Mirage/Ancient for Outsiders. Inferno, Overpass/Dust2 and Mirage/Ancient as left over, not so sure.

It's merely an opinion. The traders who have been making the profit enough to make them professionals would definitely laugh and disagree with using the word "overrated". It's probably correct to say it's "overrated" for the plebs like us who couldn't use Technical Analysis properly.

I do wonder if all those traders who called themself at the professional level hit that level thanks to Technical Analysis aka "candlestick patterns overrated" or just by luck and insider's news/connection. From what I understood, people called candlestick patterns overrated mainly because of the amount of hype for it. Some traders thought being good at Technical Analysis is enough to make 10x of their initial capital, not by the luck of investing early or thanks to the bull market time.

If it took too much time to properly use it and anyone who failed despite full-on Technical Analysis, is considered as 'noob', 'git gud' or 'not the true master of Technical Analysis' then I think I have to disagree. Better spend your time somewhere else. Like understanding the difference from layer 1 to layer 2, many terms in crypto to know which one is better when investing in a new coin. Yes, candlestick patterns are overrated for crypto.

On the other hand, i'm surprised with NiP's announcement as they pick up Aleksib and bench Plopski from their roster.

https://www.hltv.org/news/34566/nip-sign-aleksib-plopski-benched
Aleksib is a good igl, really. He has a decent aim plus with his big brain, can easily tilt a game or outsmart even top-tier pro players. Not too hard for him to search and join any tier-1 CS pro right now. Tho I don't know, plopski is a good player too. Seems a bit of waste for plopski to be benched like that. NIP is now having device (main awp, take a break from 2022 competition) and plopski (igl) benched. Early Oct for IEM Rio starts to see NIP play with Aleksib as igl.
214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 09, 2022, 09:32:48 AM
Roma's performance in this match was completely unexpected. Roma's performance has been quite good in all the previous matches. Especially their defence was very strong. But against Udinese, Roma's defence completely crumbled. Udinese didn't attack much. Even so, Roma conceded four goals.
Roma is like to a switch that is occasionally turned on and off. They haven't impressed me with their performances thus far, but I don't believe it is sufficient cause to fire the coach. They should take it extremely seriously because there is space for improvement. Specifically, their defense, pace, and finishing. Udinese will definitely make it to the Conference league if they keep at this pace this season.

@Swordsoffreedom Mourinho’s team are known for strong defences, but after losing 4 - 0 they again lost yesterday and knowing Mourinho I’m pretty sure that he’ll be super upset with his player’s. Furthermore Roma can’t afford to fire him especially when he’s building this team into genuine title contenders, therefore I believe that they’ll give him some more time to turn around the results.
Jose Mourinho continues to make positive changes for the progress of AS Roma after his arrival last season even in his first year he immediately presented the title for AS Roma, I think because last weekend's 4-0 defeat cannot be a reference that he has failed and Roma's performance has been poor . There is a decline in performance in certain weeks is a natural thing in football, because if you look at the overall quality of Roma's game is now increasing after being handled by Jose Mourinho.
And I don't believe that Roma will sack Jose Mourinho just because of last week's defeat, that won't happen. Mourinho has been groomed for a long-term project with Roma.
To be honest, it wasn't Mourinho's fault in this game where AS Roma lost 0-4 to Udinese. AS Roma lost both Wijnaldum and Zaniolo before the match. Forced AS Roma have to play double pivot midfield with Cristante and Matic. The result is a disaster but not too many options for Mourinho as AS Roma don't have a list of reliable players to sub and replace.
As Mourinho said after the match ended, you lost 1 match with the result 0-4 better than losing 4 matches in a round with the result 0-1 each.

Lewandowski in the upcoming match Barcelona vs Bayern on 14 Sep in Champion League. He's full of confidence. The hype around him this week and now carry on with such strong momentum. Lewandowski is the key player in the upcoming match and Bayern definitely wants to do something about that.

Lewandowski: Brother, are they ready to face us..?
216  Economy / Economics / Re: Ocean Shipping Rates May Never Return To Pre Pandemic Levels on: September 09, 2022, 08:55:03 AM
They eventually do. Shipping is a very classic example of a cyclic sector and does go down and also up. The reason is that when prices become sufficiently attractive, other competitors will build ships and everything will stabilise or go opposite direction eventually. Now, the cycle is usually very long and the price includes a heavy exposure to bunker fuel, which is a product of refining.

Fossil fuel prices must return to pre pandemic levels for shipping costs to stabilize.

High fossil fuel costs, shipping costs, place china's export market in jeopardy.

The container ship industry is operating at a loss. As the airline industry has since 2020. While the graph charts appear tenable on the surface. They are not long term sustainable.

Markets won't wait for issues to be resolved. They're scrambling to find local alternatives closer to home.

Globalization and global markets are at stake. If anyone cares.
True, the amount of shipping needs have dropped considerably as China maintains an iron fist on covid lockdown, Russia cut off from world trade. While fossil fuel costs are still at high, increase the shipping cost overall. Heck, most countries haven't back to the pre-pandemic amount of tourists traveling to their countries per year. If traveling needs back to pre-pandemic level, the fuel cost will increase futher, pressure on the shipping cost too. We've been set for something worse later on.
217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: September 09, 2022, 08:25:54 AM
I heard the news after the death of Queen Elizabetz leaving the world and there are reports that all sports will be postponed including the Premier League match for tomorrow although in the article there is no official mandate from the British government but this will likely be postponed for all sports that will be playing this week, I know this honors Queen Elizabeth, who died at the age of 96.

This is what I read source today. https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1666710/Premier-League-postponements-Queen-Elizabeth-II-dies
But in the google data there is still no change in the delay, I am waiting for the latest news again.
And as of now, the exact timing of the postponement is still under discussion between the Premier League and the British Government, and
It is also reported that all Premier League clubs have reportedly agreed to this postponement to mourn Queen Elizabeth's passing.
And if it is true that there will be a two-week delay, surely many EPL football fans will be a little disappointed because this competition is always eagerly awaited on the weekends. But that's understandable because we have to honor Queen Elizabeth's death.
Two-week delay to honor Queen Elizabeth's death is too much. I think a day off as national mourning of Queen Elizabeth's death and everything will be back to normal. I know Queen Elizabeth's death is a very big event in England but Premier League clubs can't just postpone for two week because of that. Yesterday's matches were boring, Faze 2-0 FTW, Outsiders 2-0 BIG, G2 2-0 MIBR. Maybe my wish for a less complicated group stage come true and group B become too one side in terms of the power gap between Faze, G2, Outsiders vs BIG, MIBR, FTW.

Tonight's matches with Outsiders vs FTW, G2 vs BIG, Faze vs MIBR might be swift as yesterday with all matches ending in 2-0.
G2 showed a much better performance than I expected and impressed me. I was thinking like they would lose one map. But it is good to see them getting better in time. If we look at the performances of the new transfers we can see that jks was really good today. He needs to continue to get many frags like this to be helpful for real. HooXi was also not bad today. Especially on Ancient he was a big help with his 16 frags as well.

BIG were terrible I'm afraid. They couldn't win even one map against Outsiders. k1to and syrsoN were horrible on Dust2 with 9 and 6 frags respectively. They still have a long way to go to be able to come back to their old days.

Of all teams on the one side of the power gap, BIG seems the best to upset the game there. I don't know, they win against Outsiders in eco or half-buy rounds. But in full buy rounds, with big guns, they lose easily. Tabsen did some impressive clutch and the dude clearly could have done better with his skill.

@emrecemsan
I say don't bet 2-0 on the G2 vs BIG since BIG is still a bit unpredictable. A bet 2-0 on Outsiders vs FTW match seems the safest here, in my opinion.

Day trading/ scalping every day is risky as hell, dude. Not recommend anyone into the thing unless you have really a lot of money to make less than .1% gain to be considered as a nice profit, scale with your big fund. No chart, candle pattern, or technical analysis from the normal point of view to save you.

The crypto market is tricky and unpredictable unless there are events like the Having or the Merge or any things similar where we can spectacular around it with high probability. You can not apply normal stock knowledge and expect a decent gain every time.

What a performance from Barcelona last night in the champions League, very beautiful football that shows passion, xavi has not  achieve anything yet as a coach in Europe but I believe he will turn out to be a world class coach, I think he wants his players to play like him when he was still playing,is been long I saw Barcelona play with passion like they did last night, and another thing I observed is that Barcelona have a strong team that can compete and lewandowski will reduce the missing we have been missing Lionel Messi.
Lewandowski is such a very good striker at this momeny and he was in the same class with benzema. This is a successful buy from barcelona. It seems like that lewandowski is the best answer after barcelona was missing lionel messi to the PSG.
It seems like that the golden time for barcelona was coming again after he was coming to the camp nou. It seems like that this time barcelona is equal with real madrid from the various purpose.
True, Lewandowski is a classical case of Xavi's well-spent money on transfer players for Barcelona. I think I remember Barcelona got Lewandowski for around €45 million. They sold Aubameyang to Chelsea for €12 million around that time.
This Means Barcelona got Lewandowski for just €33 million and Lewandowski's performance makes that price tag very cheap for his skill. Definitely going to skyrocket his worth from now on. I do think Xavi is a world-class coach right now.
