It really depends on the people who you convince with. If the they are open minded and willing to give it a try, well lucky for you. If not, be ready for a ton of words that might hurt your feelings. Gambling is still thought to be a bad habit in terms of hobbies. In this type of world we live in, we cannot easily change the minds of the people around us. Just because it is good for you doesn't mean that it is good for the others. But, you convince people in a good way, not harming them or 'stepping them on their ego', basically people will have an idea that there is still good in gambling. So be really careful when you are asking out people to join you.

Yesterday I watched a video about addiction on youtube: https://youtu.be/ao8L-0nSYzg. It was a real surprise to me that according to recent research people are addicted to drugs mainly because they can't bond well with people and are not able to live a satisfying life. The research shows that when an addicted person appears in a loving and caring environment, the addiction kind of disappears (even heroin addiction). I wonder what are your thoughts on this matter and whether you think you could say the same about gambling addiction. It is indeed true. People that don't have that much social life and doesn't interact with other people like having a decent conversation, a little chit-chat about the things in life and so on are mostly the people who could be easily addicted on something bad, the reason why is because they think that their life is useless, they are worthless person who don't deserve to live because nobody loves them. And we can't blame them if that is what they are thinking, the only solution for that is to let them know that there are people out there who are willing to help them, to hear them out, to be their crying-shoulder, to be someone who could they trust, it will not be an easy job, but I think that is the only way to save them. I think that was harsh. You never know if someone is being loved or not and at least the Creator loves everyone. Besides, hackers are alone people too most of the times and it is not like they are desperate for love of others because they love their work. There are many gambling addicts out there who are rich guys and play this game for enjoyment alone. Yes, I don't believe that gambling addicts are lonely, maybe some of them are lonely but we can't generalize like that for all. As you said, some of rich people gamble just for fun. |

Both Strategy and Luck will mesh well into your games, If you do not have any strategy within your game, then I don't think you should be asking for luck to appear in your games, I mean if you do not use your brain and not become strategic with any moves you do, then I don't think luck is even necessary.

It is a sign of being addicted in gambling. I honestly got the same experience of it before but not too much, as I remember it happened to me only two times, I had a weekly campaign that I joined before and after I got payed every week I spend it all on gambling after I lose all of it in that week, and bet again the other week with a thought that I will recover what I had lose, but ends up losing all of it
I am happy that you learnt your lesson. It is fine to lose money if you gained such a valuable thing. Gambling can never be a source of income and this is the reason why it cannot also help you or anyone in recovering the lost money. So the best is to not play this game but is fail to do so then better is to not at least try recovering what cant be recovered. Interesting to hear that Kyrie Irving doesn't want to sign a extension with the Celtics. He even haven't had the time to show his skills in a Celtics uniform and now his thinking of leaving them? He knows that the Celts are going to be good even without him judging from the Eastern Conference Finals last season. Is he thinking of joining another team that has a star and be a potential super teams?
I think not considering that the Celtics will have Hayward back to it's roster and this could make them a team to beat at the East. He may have problem with the Celtic's front office . Is it possible that Kyrie will team up with Lebron James again, I mean they work better together and they are a threat. There are a lot of surprises actually but I hope he will be in a team that has a championship potential, and I also hope he will be fully healthy to finish a season, especially the off season.
