201  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading skills on: September 22, 2021, 04:52:25 PM
Well, we all know how technical crypto trading is and how hard it has been for newbies traders. That made me want to know what are your best trading skills and techniques that can aid a newbie in trading?
Before having expertise in trading, of course must have failed in the past. However, in terms of trading techniques, nothing special for me. It all started with small numbers in trading, I once started with a nominal $45 to be able to master the market conditions and make my main strategy to open buy when the market goes down and sell when I get a little profit. as my trade progressed and once made the mistake of selling out of panic. So I play a trading role if market conditions are dump, I choose to hold.
202  Economy / Speculation / Re: What make people panic sell? on: September 22, 2021, 03:33:24 PM
Some people panic sell because they are human beings which we all tends to make irrational decision sometimes and secondly the price at which bitcoin is some people already concluded that the profit they have attained so far is enough for them so they sell off with any slight drop in price.
When someone decides to sell at a slight decline and has made the expected profit, this is a wise decision. Some Bitcoin holders don't experience as you say, they panic when a dump occurs and if they sell it they will lose. However, with various conditions, both the influence of social media and daily needs, he decided to sell it. Actually this should be avoided when have made an investment, if haven't made a profit, have to wait until the pump occurs.
203  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is not a Game . on: September 22, 2021, 02:12:28 PM
trading is more suitable to be called a job, not a game or anything.  because trading has capital, buying and selling systems and also a variety of techniques.  Trading must be carried out according to these techniques and cannot be considered a game because it has a big risk
Of course, when trading we must be prepared with all the risks. I agree with what you said, that what we use is capital not free money. So technical trading must be studied well. In addition to having trading techniques, trading management and risk management are also required, this can help us control our finances and not panic easily when market dynamics do not match our expectations.
204  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If not invested then do it now... on: September 22, 2021, 12:26:56 PM
It is not easy to decide to invest in Bitcoin if we are not prepared to do so in the long term. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and require mental stability not to panic when prices experience a big drop. Wealthy investors who already have their Bitcoins have sufficient finances to meet their daily needs, if they hold it in the long term it does not affect their mental and emotional more controlled.
In contrast to traders who do it in the short term, they often panic when a dump occurs. So as a result of the need to meet daily needs forced to decide to sell it.
205  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you want to quit trading ? on: September 22, 2021, 08:52:42 AM
This is why looks like trading are for the people who have a strong mind this is a psychological battle between losing and winning for your trades. Many people already quit the trading because some of them cant handle anymore too many losses of their money if you already see this kind of problem and having self-awareness stopping or quitting trade is a much ideal thing instead of losing a lot more money and can't handle any more. Still, there are people who keep continuing trading because they know there's a right time to win trades by using their mistakes and learn from experiences.
Yes, some people who cannot control their emotions will continue to lose and eventually leave the trade. Long-standing traders have also failed in the past, but they take lessons as you said mistakes are experience and in the future will learn from that experience.
206  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what are you investment strategy on: September 22, 2021, 07:49:42 AM
At the moment, I still do not have enough experience to create investment strategies for myself. But I am learning and sometimes I try to come up with something. Recently, I just accumulate different cryptocurrencies and wait for them to rise in price and then sell them to get profit. But unfortunately, this strategy of mine does not always work, since I constantly need money to live and I take it from earning on cryptocurrency. As a result, very often I sell cryptocurrency before it starts to grow and bring good profit.
I also often do the same as you do. Sometimes considering my insufficient financial needs make me sell assets early, I sell some and I hold some. So I can't maximize the profit from my first investment.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do you see the true bear market coming? on: September 22, 2021, 06:39:59 AM
Like the title says, when do you see the true bear market that we saw that happened in 2018 with every alt crashing insane amount?
I think a bear market will occur if Bitcoin experiences a continuous decline, because generally Altcoins will follow the Bitcoin price as experienced in 2018. It is very difficult to predict when a bear market will occur. but no need to wait for it to happen, Selling potentially high risk altcoins is a better move than the dilemma when a bear market occurs which drags on for a long time. The bear market is also a momentum for investors to collect all the Altcoins and hold for the long term.
208  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why risk management is so important for Every Trader. on: September 21, 2021, 07:20:40 PM
Today Market Suddenly dump, so I explain why need risk management is so important for Every Trader.

📌 If you enter a $100 trade and lose 15%, you’re down to $85.

📌 If you make 15% profit on your next trade, now you have $97.75

📌 It's harder to recover losses than to preserve funds. Don't think how much you can make on a trade. Think of how much you can lose on a trade. Risk-Reward ratio is key.

🎯 Also win % does not make a successful trader, but strategy and risk management do.

For example:

✖️ One trader has a 60% win rate but his portfolio is down 6% using a 2/1 risk-reward.

✔️ Another trader has a 30% win rate but his portfolio is up 12% using a 1/5 risk-reward.

Expect to lose short term. Plan to win long term.

📌 So, it’s necessary to have very strict rules on risk management that help you to always preserve the capital and not to take crazy risks.
risk is the real proof when it comes to trading. It takes mental stability and being able to control emotions when the market situation is beyond the initial target when trading. So the importance of risk management because the market is so volatile that risk has become a part of trading. So for a trader at least minimizing losses is very important rather than continuously losing his assets.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Dogecoin survive without Elon Musk? on: September 21, 2021, 06:28:10 PM
Ever since Elon Musk started tweeting about Dogecoin, the cryptocurrency has been on a road towards non-stop success. Price per coin rose considerably since the beginning of the year. Those who held DOGE before the pump, already cashed out massive rewards. The momentum will keep going until Elon Musk decides to stop tweeting about Dogecoin. After that, DOGE could either retain its price or go all the way down the drain at a very fast pace. Dogecoin was never meant to be taken seriously, so anything can happen in the future.

What do you think? Will Dogecoin be able to survive without Elon Musk? Or will it simply vanish like the rest of the other "shitcoins" on the market? Is the DOGE hype over? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
Elon's influence on Dogecoin has been huge ever since he started tweeting about Dogecoin on his Twitter account, but no one knows how much he holds Dogecoin. When he stopped tweeting about Dogecoin the price slowly dropped, I see the durability of Dogecoin is very dependent on Elon Musk. Dogecoin is a popular coin in cryptocurrency, but to stay at the highest price I'm no longer sure without Elon Musk.
210  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Continuously Loosing money in Trading!!!! on: September 21, 2021, 01:00:24 PM
Hello everyone,

I am doing Trading since last 3 to 4 years And in this journey i have seen many updowns(profit and losses), But recently from few weeks i am loosing  my money continuously with the same strategy  i have been using since last 2 years. I don't know what happened to me. So please anyone can guide me through this situation, it will be very helpful for me.

Thank you.
You need to re-learn the state of the market, market conditions are not always the same as they used to be. You have to change your strategy to suit the current market conditions. As time goes on crypto technology continues to evolve and the market charts will continue to change. If the market is always the same as 3 years ago, of course the profits we get will increase without big losses.
211  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Bitcoin meng-Angkasa, Sinkronisasi Blockchain Tanpa Internet on: June 02, 2021, 01:26:24 PM
212  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Perang Mata Uang: Kejatuhan Nilai Dolar, Kebangkitan Bitcoin? on: May 31, 2021, 01:31:19 PM
213  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Pajak 0.5% Untuk Aset CRYPTO??? on: May 29, 2021, 01:38:34 PM
214  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: (Diskusi) bursa kripto baru di indonesia on: May 29, 2021, 12:24:12 PM
215  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Sadarlah, Orang Terkenal Bukan Untuk Kamu Jadikan Pegangan! on: May 28, 2021, 05:40:26 PM

216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS HACKED: Hacker steals $110,000 worth of EOS on: September 15, 2019, 03:07:34 PM
what, EOS hacked?
what happens with crypto, I know that EOS is one of the safest platforms, if EOS is capable of being hacked then another altcoin can be easily hacked. if this continues, crypto will lose public trust. after last month the Binance exchange was hacked.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra – The Good, The Bad & The Ugly on: September 15, 2019, 01:33:41 PM
there are a few points I can take from your article:
1. Libra like banking which distinguishes it from commercial banks is the use of blockchain.
this point will be a problem for a country because libra can kill state banks.
2. a centralized system (the policymaker is the founding council), even though the username is anonymous, and the user will still be tracked, because libra users must register AML through facebook or Calibra.
this second point, libra will never be the same as bitcoin or altcoin, libra is more like a virtual currency than what we call cryptocurrency.
this is my view.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Create and Trade own crypto on: September 15, 2019, 01:09:07 PM

Hello Everyone,
I wanna create my own business and one of my colleague told me I can create my own crypto and make it tradable (it can help for fundraising).
Do you know if it's possible ? How Can I do it ? Anyone has a useful tutoriel for this ?
Thank you !

That's actually a good idea, but you have to really think carefully. I want to share my experience here, in 2018, we once planned it, until we already had a smart contract in ERC, and were ready with a whitepaper, social media was ready at that time, then when building relationships with entrepreneurs in the real world it was very difficult, first they don't believe in crypto, second, the country doesn't have legality about crypto, so we cancel the plan, because we don't want to deceive people with the project we planned, we want to make the original, but the ability to reap real investors is indeed very difficult because we took the gold-mining base.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects plan from the very start on: September 14, 2019, 10:36:25 AM
1. Attract investors with good discount price
2. Make enough money from IEO fund raising
3. Use very low fund to list on shit exchange
4  Abandon the project slowly

This is all planned from the beginning....

Now the question is which developer doesn't know that listing on low exchange won't do any good? are devs that stupid? no they are not, infact they are the ones that understand more about crypto that any other.

this has happened so far, the points you mentioned have been proven, developers are not responsible for the projects they build, they no longer develop projects after being registered on the exchange, investors usually have benefited from bonuses or in initial sales, the losers are investors who buy tokens on the exchange, they expect tokens will increase in the future, but unfortunately the tokens do not go up, instead they fall.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 3 Key Facts About Centralized Cryptocurrency on: September 14, 2019, 10:23:54 AM
I have a slightly different view in terms of centralized and decentralized, first I want to say that there is no single token/coin that is not controlled in cryptocurrency, all hold on centralized systems, only different methods between centralized and decentralized, secondly, blockchain is data storage The biggest ever created, with the blockchain system we can store data in the form of complex algorithms, what needs to be understood is that the creators of these algorithms must have the ability to control the algorithms they make.
third, the death of several altcoins, the fall of ETH and rising prices for bitcoin is inseparable from the influence of using the parent blockchain, so I think centralized or not centralized is just a term, because after 2017 we begin to understand that there is something/someone who manages blockchain-based cryptocurrency. Do you agree?
