WAY tokens is launched on Ethereum blockchain, a switch to Binance chain could be an option. Binance is a good option and there’s a chance you get listed on binance DEX too. Binance DEX is now becoming popular among the cryptocurrency community, there is nothing wrong if you want to try something new, especially when your coin is at home. That's really a good idea it's just like taking an advantages and benefits on it when you successfully became part of it. Riding with flow of the current situation is a great advantage. Do you guys think shifting to Binance DEX will help with token sale? As if now it seems they need to focus more on marketing so that they can reach hardcap. It depends, Because I think not all the projects who chose to shift to Binance DEX are becoming more successful or getting a lot of more people. It will just going to depend on how does the project works to their developments. |

I'm of the opinion that potential investors in the project may want to go through the posts in the forum to know how the project has been faring. Tgats In any case people would always like to here latest updates or want to have discussion with project team. They should be active at all platform. The team hasn't been very outspoken lately, I can't remember the last time I saw an update on this thread. I understand the tokensale is yet to commence, but the team needs to give the community some reassurance that the project is still in motion. If that so I think they prepared something so that they are so busy in the ICO I hope they will have good news or updates in this project. And soon they will be active again here and all their social media accounts. Well maybe they are really preparing so hard on their ICO but they must give some updates or news too to their members specially the investors because it's really not good if they didn't know what's happening on the project. |

Bitcointalk may not be as influential as it used to be for crowdsale but seeing an empty announcement thread like this should demand at least one post in the thread by signature campaign members, except cases where signature campaign is not part of the bounty. it will keep the thread active for hunter and interested investors. That's one of the current problem too, It's good if they are really busy on developments but I guess it will be more good if they will going to appoint someone or atleast give some updates to their supporters so we will know if they are still on it. |

The bounty has been ongoing for a while and should be ending anytime from now, or possibly ended already. The team has been organising a quiz competition in the official telegram, but it was suspended lately. I guess you need to wait a while for the airdrop to commence, but the bounty is over. I was also searching for bounty but it seems that social media bounties was going on for a while and may not be worth to join now. Better to wait for new one. Last time they are doing some quizzes, but as of now its been pause for good I think. And I hope they will release some updates or announcement for bounties for their project I'm willing to participate in it. Well everyone are waiting on their upcoming bounty if they are planning to have one. It's also a good way to attract more supporters of the project so I think they will really going to have sooner or later. |

But you’ll be amazed when you take a look at the data on jobs and payments, they get when you use their platform. Some workplace, would ask for private details and that’s not right. I don't think they will going to show those sensitive informations of their users. Aside from that it's about the connection between the people who wanted to seek a job/s and the company who's the one offering it to them. That’s right. They don’t need to show those details to other users. Using smart contracts, companies offering jobs would be paired with people seeking jobs. Exactly, it is an automated process. Employees are going to register their details and exactly what they can do on the platform and employers will be automatically matched with them based on the criteria they indicated that they are looking for. Yeah, It's just like a match making websites where the job seekers will input their details and they can see the work that will match on their submitted data or details. Both sides will really going to get a good benefits from it in terms for convenient way of job hunting and find an employee. This platform will help for getting job work, and I think they will mention the minimum pay for that job but will not ask for bank details. That actual money transaction will be between employee and employer? It will really be fine for them to show the salary for the jobs but I think they don't have that rights to ask the personal details specially the bank account details of their users because it's one of the most sensitive informations. I was thinking the same too. The bull run came at a good time and i hope the bull run positively affects the bow project and attracts more people to it. Well most of the projects are really being affected by the market status but those who shows more developments and looks promising are really getting more people. I don't believe it too because it might one of the way of some people to attract more investors specially those newbies who wanted to have some quick and sure return because the owner of the coin is one of the biggest company in the world.

The listing of tokens in the best of my understanding is automatic on the exchange where the IEO was conducted. Hiway had its IEO on DCOIN and Exmarkets exchange and would be listed in both exchange most likely after the completion of the tokensales. That’s why projects go for IEO for tokensales and not ICO. The advantage being that you get listed faster than you would with ICO. That's really a good idea but how about the money that they needed for the project funds? They will going to get it from IEO or they already have enough money for the developments of the project? |

I think Hiway needs promotions, be it airdrops or bounty. People needs to know about the an amazing job market place.
Most definitely, this project is too brilliant to be operating lowkey. Airdrop and bounty are definitely very much needed to boost its presence in the cryptocurrency space but I think it also has to do with the fact that they have a low cap. The low cap issue Could be a major reason to the low activity of the project. There are so much to be done, but when the funds are not forthcoming, one could be stranded. I do hope that the team devices a way to make the project more accessible to the investing public. Low funds will really going to be a big problem to the project to keep the developments but they still chose the low cap. Maybe they have some other way on how are they going to make it to the top. The issue at hand is that the low fund is affecting the project approach to raising funds because the tokensale has been dormant for a while, there's no trending news on the project. We need something to be excited about during token sale to increase participation. It could be a new partnership, Airdrop, giveaways etc. That's what everyone wanted to have too. More interactions or events will going to help to increase the chance of getting more people to participate. I hope they will going to do make something soon.
