Seem to be a good news if it comes true. I will grab some Big Mac right away. The price will be higher as BTC become more popular and accepted.

The hedge funds are plowing in, in preparation for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange listing bitcoin futures on December 11th (the estimated date of launch).
To be a true hedge fund you need to be long as well as short, so owning the underlying asset (bitcoin) allows them to then short on the CME. Having a lot of coins also means they can manipulate the price a bit. For example say they have gone short on the CME and want to force the bitcoin price down towards settlement time - easy, just sell the actual bitcoins you have bought.
Prepare for a very wild ride when the futures are launched.
So do you think this increase is due to "big money" coming in? That would explain the very sudden surge in the price but I'm not entirely sure how sustainable this would be. Yes, the investment in crypto currencies are increasing as you can see in the market cap. More and more people involve and spend their money, the price will be up.

Bitcoin is rising too fast. It is not normal. How do you think? I predict Bitcoin will fall at 7k on December
BTC has gained our trust eventually because we have been predicting the price will go down at some moments but it get back and reach another height right after very quick

Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"
I don't think there is anything on a market that can beat Ethereum, I would not even compare the two. EThereum has many unique features and has its own niche, plus there are much more projects that are based off Ethereum I totally agree with you. Eth is a good coin with sustainable advantages that help the market to develop in the long term. I would keep buying ETH.

Ark is a crypto that will allow interoperability between different blockchains (this basically means that different chains can send information between each other). Example: Ethereum communicating with Monero.
Currently they have developed this already for Ethereum. The Ark blockchain is able to communicate with Ethereum's and vice versa via smart bridges. After talking to the devs, they say that Bitcoin is also coming soon.
Ark is also developing a VM which will allow for smart contracts to be deployed on Ark.
As someone who is heavily invested into Ark it would be nice to get the communities opinion on whether this is a shit project or not.
No coin is shjt because they were developed by a lot of time and efforts of many people. Appreciate it or not is your choice. I personally earned some income with ARK.

Since few days I have been reading a lot about Universa. They look so promising to me.But I would like to know your views too. Many famous personalities also involved in it.After electroneum and confideal, Universa attracted me so much with respect to ICO's. They claim many advantages over other blockchain enterpises. Especially it has targeted ethereum and has many advantages technically.
I have 50 Universa and it will be great if the price reach even to NEO right now. Everyone have dreams and not many come true. Let's hope.

This is an absolute guaranteed win. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/internxt/They are going to have their app out early next year. The mc at 1.5m is tiny when you think about the genuine demamd for cheap mobile storage. Sia has a mc of 200m down from highs, storj has a mc of 80m down from highs. INXT has an advantage its going for the mainstream not the crypto gulag only. This will soar 10x in the next month. Interesting opportunities. Remember that chances always come together with risks. So bear you own. High risks high return is the principle.

After browsing different social media I've noticed that Bcash shills and anti-bitcoiners in general use the same old argument: "Bitcoin is the worst coin because it can handle only 3 transactions per second due to 1 MB blocks, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum are superior because they have bigger blocks". But with activation of SegWit, which happened more than 3 months ago, it is no longer true - the block size can be as big as 4 MB already, although on practice it will be closer to 2 MB when most of the transactions will switch to SegWit. When translated to transactions per second, the theoretical maximum has increased by the factor of ~2.4 You can often hear from altcoin supporters that Bitcoin is a dinosaur and is valuable only because it was first, but SegWit is a great example that developers work on improving Bitcoin, and unlike altcoins that just mindlessly increase their blocksize while ignoring the potential issues for decentralization, SegWit increased efficiency of Bitcoin's blockchain and made possible the Lightning Network which may completely solve the scaling problem.
Lightning Network developers are trying to give a false hope to the people that are looking forward to it. They've been stating that they will have that thing launched for a while now. Yes. I do not really care about forks anymore. Just like a new altcoin is arriving and grab some if you believe.

exactly 1 month ago today the amount of bitcoin you had was worth $230 and today it is worth $350 and you are still complaining that you "missed out on" $50 ($44 to be exact) because you missed out on selling at ATH?!
if you need the money take it and be happy about the profit that you have already made. if you don't need the $350 then just leave it be, it is not really a big amount of money. but leaving it will give you more profit in long term than cashing it out now.
Price goes up and down. That is just a normal practice of the market. Many people keeps selling because they want to cash out and afraid of price drop.

I have 1BTC, Should I sell 0.25BTC and buy 1BCH incase there is a 'flipping' This way, I would have 0.75BTC and 1BCH ??
I think it is better for you to hold another coin apart from BTC because BCH and BTG have a strong link with BTC.

What will happen if all 21 Million BTC are mined? Or 20.999.999....
Who confirms transactions then? How high will be fees? Where they put the transactions? They have to find a new block for this as far as I know.
Would be nice if someone could explain this.
Price will probably go up if it becomes popular and accepted by the communities.

McAfee is just a crazy predictor. His predictions are not practical at all. I do wonder sometimes how he predicted the future price, and on what basis. For instance, if he had predicted $25k to $80k than it could be more practical. His first prediction was $500k and he risked his manhood, which was unnecessary. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) And now he doubled the risk by predicting $1m... His manhood now on double trouble. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) I don't want to die before 2020 and want to see his prediction. Agree that the prediction looks not reasonable. No one can know about the future. Price could go to the moon but also come to 1$. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ))

Both BTC and BCH become more and more precious. I think bitcoin is diamond and bitcoin cash is cash ... this one for storage and the other for transfer payment, they help each other and not vs!
I think Bitcoin is much more popular in term of popularity, attractiveness and values. After holding Bitcoincash for a few weeks, I dont have good feeling of it.
