201  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you check Bitcoin price everyday? on: January 18, 2018, 08:25:10 AM
Yes I always look at the bitcoin price everyday and everytime to know the update of bitcoin price at the market, because I'm watching if I have a profit if i sell my bitcoin and when I can sell my bitcoin to gain profit.
202  Economy / Speculation / Re: I LOVE BITCOIN on: January 18, 2018, 06:00:44 AM
i love bitcoin too, even though its price drops considerably, we know that its price will rise and still in the next few days, I'm no longer worried about the fall of the price, because I use this opportunity to buy a bitcoin at a cheap price instead of selling and just wait for the price jump.
203  Economy / Speculation / Re: Hold or Sell on: January 17, 2018, 07:42:40 AM
today the price of BTC is down by -36%.
For those of you Bitcoin owners what are your plans in these circumstances?
  • Hold your Bitcoin?
  • Selling Your Bitcoin?
and would you like to give me a reason. thanks. Smiley
if you look at the price of bitcoin today is now at 11k-12k at such amount you will not get profit. so for me I'd rather hold my bitcoin and wait to increase the bitcoin price again.
204  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late, to invest? on: January 17, 2018, 06:16:54 AM
Hey guys.

Newbie to the forum here... :3

I've been wanting to invest in Bitcoin since the 3k$ mark. But I just haven't had the time, yes I know it was a big mistake waiting...
But I have about 4000$ to invest into Bitcoin (It's currently sitting with shares, will take a few days to pull out), I was wondering is it too late to invest it? Will it still grow? Will we see a big drop/crash soon?
My shares barely profit, if I make a few $$,$$$'s from Bitcoin, I would be more than happy since it would be doing better than my shares my advisor put me on.

I'm happy with Bitcoin, alt coins are too unstable for me in my opinion, and they have a much higher risk than Bitcoin.
Is it too late to invest?

no it's not too late dude in fact it is a good opportunity to buy bitcoin at low price, bitcoin price is around 11k-12k so it is a good news for all traders because they will use this opportunity to earn a great deal. my advice to you is to buy bitcoin now and don't miss the opportunity to correct your mistake before.
205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Here you see that Bitcoin drop every year mid january on: January 17, 2018, 02:57:55 AM
That's why we need to keep calm and hold our bitcoin until the bitcoin price will recover from the deep down fall. I'am sure this coming february the bitcoin price will increase again and many users are regret it because they sold their bitcoin at low prices.
206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is bitcoin over? what should I do? please, help me. I need advice... on: January 17, 2018, 02:06:02 AM
This message is from South Korea. A few month ago, I was interested in Bitcoin and I searched and googled cryptocurrency. It was amazing and surprised. After that, I got to know lots of cryptocurrency coins. I thought that cryptocucurrency will be the center of the 4th industrial revolution. As time goes by, value of cryptocurrency has increased. I started invest in value of bitcoin, Ethereum and some altcoins. However, as I purchased coins, coin markets are down likes ski slope. In Korea, a lot of people purchased cryptocurrency on speculation. I was so sick of speculation. However, cryptocurrency was a hope and light of the middle class. Some people made a lot of money. Cryptocurrency speculation was overheated in Korea. Compare with cryptocurrency world market, Korea market is very higher. We called it Kimchi premium(korean market coins are 30% higher than world market). However, if someone makes money, someone must lose. I heard that only top 1% control cryptocurrency market. It was so sad. If it is true, the value of cryptocurrency was not fair as new currency. I invested in bitcoin, ethereum, etc for their value and future. However, because of overheated market, I also became a speculator. I had invested in all the mountains such as money for marriage, house and parents' money. After, I lose everything, I regret and figure out that how I was stupid. Still a lot of people believe that cryptocurrency will make people rich. People believes that high risk makes high return. It migh be true. I hope that people should invest in value of cryptocurrency not for money. I want cryptocurrency help change people's mind. And someday, I hope bitcoin, ethereum and altcoins are settle in world currency. Also, please don't make same mistake just like me.
Thanks for reading and please advice me.
keep calm dude don't panic and do not be surprised if the bitcoin price drop this month it's because of the panic selling in market, no one knows when the bitcoin will end or disappeare. I suggest, If you want to recover your money well this is the chance to buy a bitcoin in a low price do not waste the opportunity. instead of selling your bitcoin hold it and wait until the bitcoin price will increase to gain profit.
207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm late! on: January 16, 2018, 08:52:35 PM
I am too late to learn about bitcoin? It definitely yes! Why? Because he available bitcoin is lesser nowadays.  But I'm curious if bitcoin supply will growth. What if bitcoin grow it supply? But butcoin has a finite numbers.
It is not too late if you just now recognize the bitcoin currency, don't worry about bitcoin price nowadays because it's the opportunity to buy bitcoin at low price. i suggest you do not be too negative thinking and since you're new to crypto currency you must learn on it first, do some research and read some thread or articles about bitcoin currency in this forum in order to increase your knowledge and skills. And i think you need  to improve your English language. good luck by the way.
208  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin now slowly drop should i sell? on: January 16, 2018, 12:11:49 PM
Bitcoin now drop for a while should I sell this or hold what should I do?
I have huge btc in my wallet.
Please share your opinion about this.
that's the wrong decision if you sell your bitcoin at the bottom of the bitcoin price you will not get a profit and you will surely regret it later when you see that the bitcoin price rises again. I suggest you to hold your bitcoin first until the bitcoin price increase again maybe next month the price of bitcoin will increase.
209  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Friendly countries on: January 16, 2018, 08:57:48 AM
I hope that here in the Philippines too bitcoin become legal because some people here think that bitcoin is scam.

It's not impossible mate, Philippines is also a bitcoin friendly country. You can use your bitcoin now as a payments in some restaurants, you can pay your utility bills and even tuition fees in selected universities, and cashing out your bitcoin using your coins.ph wallet is so easy and it's 100% free fees in any security bank outlets.

In Philippines? Hey guys look this user's comment. It looks like Philippines is ahead of even Japan. you can even pay your tuition fee in Bitcoin.  Roll Eyes
I think it is not a bitcoin paid for the tuition, restaurant, bills and the above mentioned. The coins.ph wallet has the ability to convert bitcoin into philippine money so before you can use bitcoin as a payment you need to convert it first into peso. Coins.ph has many supporters such as security bank, union bank, remittance and many more. But until now the banks still do not recognize the bitcoin currency they do not accept it so they need to convert the bitcoin to philippine money to accept it at the bank.
210  Economy / Speculation / Re: NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!! on: January 16, 2018, 06:42:45 AM
you're right! this is the right time to buy bitcoin currency it's better to buy bitcoin now and just hold it and wait until the bitcoin price increase then sell it to gain profit. anytime the price of bitcoin can be increased again so it should not waste the opportunity to buy bitcoin in a low price.
211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I need an opinion on rejecting a job offer or crypto on: January 16, 2018, 12:51:46 AM
I have opportunity in overseas job around 1000 usd. but my mind now not in a stable manner.

please guide me whats the best option doing crypto currency on the home or move to the job overseas?
i suggest you grab that opportunity because you can earn bitcoin no matter where you are. but the job offer is only once so you should not mind because the right decision is obvious.  if i where you I am not refused to work overseas because I can help my family and my own family that way. if you work hard you will be double your income because as you work in the actual job you also earn bitcoin online.
212  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin has defeated gold on: January 15, 2018, 12:19:24 PM
Bitcoin: $1260/BTC
Gold: $1241/xau
Well, I can not believe that the Bitcoin prices has crossed over gold sooner than I expect. I thought the process would be finished in April. Wow, Bitcoin is truly worth and everyone who has sold their Bitcoin has made a huge mistake. Nothing can stop Bitcoin right now.
you're right when you say that the bitcoin value is greater than Gold but it does not matter how long the bitcoin lasts. while the price of gold is not fading since then the price of gold is really big. so we know that the time will come when gold will lose the price of bitcoin.
213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: January 15, 2018, 06:31:05 AM
For me the best resources was a signature campign and skills because if you are a member of a signature campaign you need to use your skills to achieve the need of a campaign manager thereby paying bitcoin as a salary. I suggest you not rely solely on gambling, mining, faucets because the risk is higher than the signature campaign.
214  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Price will go up or down? on: January 15, 2018, 12:04:34 AM
Hello every one , today bitcoin price is already @ 14724$. Where should it go from here? where i will go , it goes down or up?
If it will go up, how high it will go? and if it will go deep how low it is?
Can any one tell me where the support and resistance level?
no one knows how much the price increases and how much are being deeper price, As of now the price of bitcoin is getting down it's because of the panic selling in the market is even worse. if it continues the bitcoin price will fall again and it is possible to increase altcoin prices.
215  Economy / Economics / Re: How bitcoin can help for working abroad specially OFW on: January 14, 2018, 02:14:57 PM
Bitcoin/Coins.ph are so many way to make our life easier specially for OFW.
*They can use it to remit a money for their family in Philippines in a very convenient.
*Bitcoin is also way to earn extra money by using earning some satoshi or faucet.
Please share more on how bitcoin can help.
I agree with what you said that sending money to the Philippines really helps with coins.ph. but about the faucets, I can not say that the faucet is a big help to earn satoshi or bitcoin because it is slow to make profit on faucet you should wait a few weeks before you get a little profit and sometimes the faucet site is a scam site. I suggest you to apply on signature campaign and if you are accepted you will be much more able to help your family because of the bitcoin from signature campaign do not rely on faucets.
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Increasing Bitcoin supply on: January 14, 2018, 09:52:43 AM
I am asking this question for my knowledge as I don't know the real fact as a newbie, We know that Bitcoin has limited supply compare to new altercoins, As the supply is not too big, Bitcoin price has become very high, My question is ,Is it impossible to increase the bitcoin supply mining new bitcoins further more ?  Thanks in advance
I can say that's right, it's possible that bitcoin prices rise due to mining, and also the reasons for the bitcoin price will go up is the growing of numbers of investors, demand of supply, and holders.
217  Economy / Speculation / Re: What price of BTC will make you sell it? on: January 14, 2018, 06:45:29 AM
I bought my BTC at $12 300. And will sell it at $250 000 with my pleasure. If it drops - I will not wait after $10 000. And you?
it's good to you, that is one of the best strategy to make profit, but for me we have defferent target brother, If I invest in a large amount of bitcoin, I will not wait to reach the highest price of bitcoin because of the bitcoin price stable on 14,000$ sometimes drop into 13,000$. so even if bitcoin price reaches 15,000 $ I'll sell my bitcoin immediately, it's okay even if the profit is small. i suggest you to monitor the market chart o price time to time so you know when to sell better.
218  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: should you advise me to buy bitcointalk account? on: January 14, 2018, 02:36:48 AM
Hi guys I've been around for long time but haven't used this forum before. But I jave deep understanding about cryptocurrency I was mainly hanging out on some online groups and chats.

I see that the higher the rank is the more money you can get by advertising here. I was looking here to buy maybe an account here so I don't have to wait months. Seems that accounts are not that much expensive either if we take into consideration that you can get that money back within a month or two from forum.

Things I don't like and which are stopping me to buy: don't know if anybody will do an escrow, that account could be hacked, account can be linked to some bitcoin address and saler can sign message and reclaim account back. I mean there is high risk involved and on the other hand I see some users like Luda adding negative feedbacks if they spot that account is bought....

Would you advise me to try to buy an account?  If so please tell me how can I do it safe so I don't get played from saler and don't get negative feedback please

Thank you in advance
it's better not to buy an account for at least while you are waiting for your rank to become higher you can get more lessons about forum, bitcoin, altcoin, signature campaign, etc.  here in the forum. Buying a bitcointalk account is not prohibited, just beware of scattered scammers so you will not be victimized.
219  Economy / Economics / Re: Which crypto-currency do you prefer? on: January 13, 2018, 11:23:26 AM
At the moment I prefer Bitcoin, but I am looking for an alternative. Can anyone suggest me some alternative cryptocurrencies except Bitcoin ?!
P.S: I'm so sorry if I post this in the wrong board but I don't know what is right board for this question. If I post this in the wrong board, please move it to the right one, thank you.
same here it's because bitcoin is the king of all crypto currency, Bitcoin is better known than other crypto currency because most signature campaigns bitcoin they give as a salary to the participants so i prefer bitcoin to all who want to suggest about which crypto is good to buy.

Canadian Entrepreneur Seeks to Recycle Heat Generated by Cryptocurrency Mining

A Canadian entrepreneur has sought to recycle the heat generated through bitcoin mining by growing plants and fish suited to the temperatures produced by cryptocurrency mining rigs by utilizing an aquaponic system.

Canadian Entrepreneur Recycles Heat From Cryptocurrency Mining to Grow Food
Canadian Entrepreneur Seeks to Recycle Heat Generated by Cryptocurrency MiningBruce Hardy, a Manitoba-based entrepreneur, has sought to repurpose the heat produced by his bitcoin mining rig to produce edible plants and fish that are suited to the temperatures generated by cryptocurrency mining equipment. Mr. Hardy owns and operates 30 mining rigs, which are housed in a 20,000-square-foot building situated in the Rural Municipality of St. Francois Xavier, Manitoba. The heat produced by the miners is then circulated throughout the building, and used to grow edible plants and fish.

Approximately 800 Arctic Char are raised in a large fish tank located on the first floor of the building. The water that the fish are raised becomes highly rich in nitrates – and thus comprises an excellent plant fertilizer. With the press of a button, Mr. Hardy is able to remotely pump the nitrate-rich water to feed the lettuce, basil, and sprouted barley fodder which is grown aquaponically on the floor above the fish. “It’s all connected, much like Earth,” Mr. Hardy told local news. Mr. Hardy is also the president of Myera Group – a company that seeks to develop innovative and sustainable systems for food production.

Mr. Hardy states that he has mined bitcoin for approximately two years. After initially investing in large-scale air conditioning to cool his mining rig, Mr. Hardy states that he realized the heat produced by mining could be diverted to be used for agricultural production. “When bitcoin came, they were an excellent proxy for what a server could do in terms of emulating heat, and whether we could use that heat for agricultural purposes,” said Mr. Hardy.

The Reeve of the Rural Municipality of St. Francois Xavier, Dwayne Clark, has spoken in support of Mr. Hardy’s project, stating “From what we’ve seen so far, it looks like a popular move for the community. It’s already cleaned up what used to be an eyesore for a number of years.” Mr. Hardy also attested to the benefits reaped by the local community through his operations stating that “The revenue from those bitcoins has helped me to keep staff on, it’s helped me create these displays so we can show people what we’re doing in agriculture innovation.”
