Those websites are all legit mate but they listed that ico to advertise to their website because they have been paid by the team at that said ico. They have been rated good because of those people who think are legit. I think you should make your own research compare to going that site for an ico list because not all of them have the power to be successful

Actually mate, this is the reality of altcoins. As there are so many altcoins that exist now in many exchanges, they have many different kinds of ptojects which many of them are not reliable. We can say that some them are worth on holding but many of them are lack of power to increase prices in the future. 69 eth is a huge amount to invest in or to hodl. You hace so many option what to do mate.  First, hodl that amount of eth untill it will pump. Second is, participate in ico, there so many good projects there. Third is you can do cycling it like trading.
