201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins You Think will Grow on: March 15, 2018, 08:37:02 AM
There are a lot of Altcoins that will grow.  I have an eye for the new token ZNX, the eSports Platform is very appealing since young and old alike love eSports tournament especially if the player comes from the locality where they reside.  Take DOTA for example, it is seldom that as a family we could gather together in our living room to watch an ongoing tournament that involve players from my country.  ZNX token future is to hold tournaments that uses the token in all its financial interaction for 350 million people as calculated and the demand would be high once the tournament starts.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All Alt Coins are a scam. on: March 15, 2018, 07:02:45 AM
Scam is a negative word that can generally never hold true.  Alt coins are alternative coins to bitcoin created so that funding of a specific project can be track and evaluated.  The government has taken measures to regulate the creation of alt coins to prevent deceit and non disclosure of the crowdfunding sale.  There are alt coins that do not meet their soft cap that resulted to the folding of the project that are sometimes interpreted as scam. There are existing alt coins that are priced value and can be found in the coin market cap.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: March 13, 2018, 06:22:27 AM
Of course I read the whitepaper.  The whitepaper answers the three important W's (Why, What and Where).  Why is the token created, What is the tier and Where is the location of the headquarter.  These three questions simplify your decision if the ICO is a good investment or not.  Reading the whitepaper can give you an abstract regarding the project viability in the future.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you think younger generation is more open to technology? on: March 06, 2018, 06:24:08 AM
Yes, they are quite open to technology.  The younger generation especially those that belongs to the millennials are quite educated when it comes to the cryptoworld.  They are good advisers when it comes to selling your altcoins.  Why do I say these?  These young people have created a life in the internet and they spend so much time in the computer playing eSports  and at the same time chatting with their cybergame friends until 2 or 3 in the morning.  At school, they cannot live a minute without opening their social media accounts.  They are always the first to know what is happening in the crypto world. They do conference chat in the internet to finish their thesis.  They are quite adept that they could find a way to withdraw their alts without paying much gas and could explain well to us old people the language of crypto.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Analytics for crypto on: March 06, 2018, 06:04:50 AM
There are so many websites that could provide reviews for crypto but real analytics are really hard to find.  The prices are so volatile and there are other factors that can affect a crypto project.  For me, the acceptance of a crypto by a wider audience is a guide that it is doing well.  Especially if it attracts investors who believes in the project platform that keep his investment safe.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Can ZNX token give more color to eSports? on: March 05, 2018, 06:32:37 AM
I love a good game and I am very enthusiastic of the Zonex project.  I have faith that the creation of ZNX token by Zonex could stir more excitement to eGamers and eAudiences for tournaments with its new eSports plaform.  I am overwhelmed by the prizes that the future tournament can give and for the contribution it can create in making our eSports better.  It has given different age generation a chance to be involve in eSports in their eagerness to win the future tournament. ZNX token will also open the window of opportunity to impaired person.  We have paralympic sports in the real world then we can have paralympic eSports cyberathletes too.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥TEND Bounty Campaign🔥 –– 💸Up to 860'000 Swiss Francs💸 –– 🚀TEND Token Sale🚀 on: March 03, 2018, 01:55:48 PM

208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN - Bitcoin W Spectrum - Proof of Stake / 9% - Roadmap to Zerocoin/Maste $BWS on: February 28, 2018, 05:22:09 AM
I hope you can provide an abstract or whitepaper so it can give me a clear vision of the project.  But I do find the project very innovative.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some one used my username on bounty on: February 27, 2018, 11:32:45 AM
I have not experienced that you can used the same username.  Maybe it is not truly the same because there is a capital Letter or a period in between.  In bitcointalk forum, you can not register with the same username and you have a password that protects you.  It is also a requirement that the ethereum address is shown in your profile. Anyway, bitcointalk forum has a board that could put sanction on the use of the same username.  Why not report it to the board forum for investigation.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with the rewards you received? on: February 27, 2018, 11:23:21 AM
I sell my reward tokens when I know that the price is more than the price mentioned before the end of the ICO.  Usually tokens after the ICO dip downward because it is diluted by the issuance of tokens to the bounties.  I have experienced that a token I received cost $10 before ICO ends then dip to 5 and later 3 when the token reward was issued to us.  Now it only cost 2.5$ and continue to dip downward.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you join ICOs that requires KYC? on: February 26, 2018, 06:19:53 AM
I join ICO that requires KYC if I find that it has a promising project that could give me a big return on my investment in the future.  We always do research before making an investment in ICO and KYC is always a pre-requisite whenever we join ICO's crowdsale.  ICO investment is always a risk and KYC goes with it.  However, I am hesitant in joining free airdrops that requires KYC.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe in ICO Ratings? on: February 26, 2018, 06:03:04 AM
I believe partly in ICO ratings.  There are ICOs that gain a good rating from websites but is never accepted widely by investors.  Ratings may give a partial good impressions on ICO but I still have much faith in how they follow their road map and the appeal it can get to be accepted as a new token.  There are ICO that gets a low rating at the beginning but pick up as it proves that its new project concept is viable and acceptable.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Earnings on: February 26, 2018, 05:25:32 AM
I am just a new participant in signature bounty campaign and quite happy to receive $1/2k. I only joined in the last four weeks of its bounty with a rank of a junior member in bitcointalk.  It takes at least a month to receive my reward and it is worth the wait.  Right now, I am happy enough looking forward for my next reward that I will be receiving in the future as a signature campaigner and slowly learning the other bounty campaigns.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is hodling alts dangerous? on: February 25, 2018, 02:30:50 PM
Why should holding alts be dangerous?  There are altcoins that are considered as good investments and the road map is a better guide when to hold and sell your alts.  Nothing is definite in the world of cryptocurreny and its volatility can give us a positive or negative impact in our investments.  Just keep playing with investments that you can afford to lose.  Investing beyond our means could lead to a bigger problem that could put an imbalance on our resources.  Remember that trading is gambling in a different platform.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in ICO or buy BTC? on: February 22, 2018, 04:27:18 AM
BTC is a less risky investment compared to ICO because it is a listed coin and known in the market.  ICO maybe risky but offers better ROI because there are bonuses that goes with the purchase.  Take the case of TND, it offers 20% discount on the first 3 million and gives you security in your investment by using the Ethereum blockchain. As stated in the abstract paper, "TEND uses the Ethereum blockchain to run its application and to tokenize (i.e. convert and certify) the client assets. The Ethereum technology establishes absolute confidence in the traceability of the co-investments and ownership is recorded on the decentralized, tamper-free ledger."
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with the rewards you received? on: February 22, 2018, 03:50:24 AM
It truly depends whether I sell or hold on to my reward tokens. I sell my reward token when I see that the price is quite good in the exchange and store it into ETH or BTC. Sometimes I see that the project is doing good while monitoring its roadmap and that is the time I hold my reward tokens.  I always see to it that I have my dream vacation with my family whenever I convert my rewards into cash.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the Token from Airdrops got value someday? on: February 21, 2018, 05:10:12 AM
Not all token from airdrops has a value in the future.  The project should reach its soft cap in a crowdsale to be listed in an exchange or else burn out.  You may monitor the progress of your token on ICO watchlist websites and in the twitter account of exchanges.  Token that are listed in the coinmarketcap.com has dollar value and here you can find the available markets or exchanges to trade the particular token. Just keep on monitoring your airdrop tokens.  Never surrender on them because there are even shit coins that unexpectedly become valuable in the future.
218  Other / Meta / Re: how merit works? on: February 21, 2018, 04:41:57 AM
Merit is part of ranking up in bitcointalk forum aside from your activity post.  To reach a member rank, you must have ten merits and meet the required activity posts.  I considered merit as little unfair because merit is not usually given by readers of your posts. As part of a signature bounty campaign,  I always passed the approval of my bounty lord and was given stakes as a reward but always forgot to give me merit for a good posts.  For me, merit is more of asking from friends or worst begging to have merits just to rank up.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm very disappointed with myself. on: February 20, 2018, 09:03:23 AM
I was disappointed with myself when I sold my XMRG for a mere 50 cents in order to learn crypto trading. My friends keep teasing me of how dumb I am and what a poor trader I was, because of all the token I have in my wallet it was XMRG I played with.  They told me that XMRG has a future to be valuable because it was selling at 2 dollars. But it was just a moment of disappointment because I have my last laugh of relief when it loses its value down to hardly a cent.  I got ETH secured in my wallet because of that mistake. It is truly hard to figure out the value of altcoin and there is always a possibility of making a wrong speculation...a plus or a minus Smiley.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH beat BTC someday? on: February 19, 2018, 02:49:43 PM
I do not think that ETH will beat BTC someday.  This two coins can just compliment each other.  Each has a unique feature that could link network transactions in the internet but BTC has a greater advantage than ETH.  BTC is accepted as a digital currency in a wider network that could easily be exchange for a monetary currency.  ETH on the other hand is a convenient digital currency to convert new alt coins especially ERC20 tokens. Converting this new altcoins needs gas or gwei in the form of ETH.  However, ETH still need to be converted into BTC in order to exchange for monetary currency in some countries or network.
