You should also ensure the card is properly cooled 'cause it's hot as hell.

The best solution for you regardless of clocks is to properly uninstall your current ATI drivers via http://phyxion.net/Driver-Sweeper/Driver-Sweeper/ in safe mode.
Install ATI 11.5b Hotfix drivers + ATI SDK 2.4 and use phoenix+phatk miner with the following flags:
VECTORS BFI_INT FASTLOOP=false WORKSIZE=256 AGGRESSION=13

If help is needed with configuring miner feel free to ask in PM

How do you guys measure your power consumption?

205  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: best rate for mh/s from single card? best rate you've ever gotten including oc? on: June 10, 2011, 06:56:27 PM
going to be building a mining rig soon hopefully whats the best card for mining? im thinkiing the 5870 and then upgrading to the 5970 black edition later anything better?
also whats the best hash rate you've ever gotten including oc?

475MH/s, 5870@1060,368

WOW man! How?

What are the flags, miner, os and drivers?
206  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: best rate for mh/s from single card? best rate you've ever gotten including oc? on: June 10, 2011, 05:34:00 AM
450Mhash from an ASUS 5870 @ 975MHz Core 900MHz RAM
Damn, you're fast!

What flags, kernel, OS, SDK, Drivers are you using?

Thanks

I have enough parts/rigs arriving later today to start a pool on my own.
Will finally take pics of my rigs and upload.
I have some rigs offsite though, won't be able to pic those until later.
Look forward to finally showing the forum what I'm packing. Cheesy

Looking forward to see your final "cluster")

According to http://blockexplorer.com/q/estimate the next difficilty would be MONSTROUS 2269081.63275582!!!

I hope there is a mistake somewhere...

This happens all the time after difficulty jumps. It is due to the way it's calculated. Give it 12-24 hours to readjust - then you'll see real estimation. Also, if you noticed total hashing power is displayed as >7Th/s which is nonsense. We "only" have about 4.5

Calmed me down a little))

how does that work? what I see is 771795.76943028

Uhhhh! Indeed it is O_o
I sware it showed that number!
211  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Difficulty = 567358 on: June 06, 2011, 12:46:15 PM
Well, that is not my assumption! These are rough facts taken from http://blockexplorer.com.

Just noticed that before difficulty increase the network total spped was ~ 5.7 Thash/s and now it is ~ 7.5 Thash/s!!!

What are those machines that do such a huge influx to the network? Or is it again a calculation mistake?

Waiting for HD 7990 with 6400 ALUs! Roll Eyes

at least it did not jump to +78.1% like the previous time!

Thanx.

that is sad(

thanx! great soft!

will there be free updates?
217  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: = ClockTweak = win32 command line clock/voltage tweaking tool on: June 05, 2011, 07:27:33 PM
Hmmmm.

I did not think it would work!

I can set the mem settings for those cards as low as 302 MHz
218  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: hashkill - testing bitcoin miner plugin on: June 05, 2011, 07:02:16 PM
Hi!

Will there be a version for WINDOWS users?
219  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: = ClockTweak = win32 command line clock/voltage tweaking tool on: June 05, 2011, 06:35:09 PM
My cards are 3x GV-R587UD-1GD and one ASUS HD 5870 TOP!

It does not want to change the voltage settings on any of those my cards.

It does not want to change the mem settings on some of those Gigabyte cards.
220  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: = ClockTweak = win32 command line clock/voltage tweaking tool on: June 05, 2011, 07:17:38 AM
What are all those GPU adapters?
