Hi, i just noticed something weird

pool.q2c.cc is showing block 83134 found, with 65+ confirmations.

On the blockchain explorer, block 83134 is found presumably by a mpos pool,

http://qbit-chain.com/block/000000001543b14433001a8efa59e447348696231e3330e5c2b89a17d71313d1

I did not receive this payment in my wallet, but i received later ones on the same pool.

Who do you think is right here?

I used to mine on pool.q2c.cc before, there has been many of such similar discrepancies before. I believe that such blocks should be 'orphan blocks' instead of it being indicated as mined by the pool. I've previously told before the pool operator krecu.

POOL.Q2C.CC I NEED YOUR POWER!!!

@krecu I'm mining at your pool and it seems I haven't received the payout for block 78395 which was found by the pool. I've received all payouts before and after just not 78395. Could you check it out?

My address in the blockchain.
http://qbit-chain.com/address/GV3HHpDCGKDv2b4f8jQCX1AEDgy6VScTai

Edit: Just noticed another block 78522 which hasn't paid out. This is getting serious, there maybe more blocks that haven't been paid out in the past.

Dear community I need help in test new p2pool http://46.36.218.180:9372/static/  fee 1% (for test)

Pool works good, but I work with new GUI and need more miner. Please connect if you can do!!!

How connect with miner:

minerd -a qubit -o http://46.36.218.180:9372 -u YOUWALLETADDRESS -p X

I'm currently mining in this pool, I understand its new but I find something quirky about it. There's so many of these "Stratum detected new block" coming out but there is not that many blocks (sometimes none) being mined during the same period. I have the wallet debug window open to compare. Feels like its "slowing" down the miner client. Is it a bug?

Finally managed to compile in linux QT. Follow these steps.

1) git clone https://github.com/eCoinSource/eCoin

2) cd eCoin/src

3) rm -rf leveldb

4) git clone https://code.google.com/p/leveldb/

5) cd ..

6) qmake

7) make

Cool ./eCoin to run.

210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] cudaMiner - a new litecoin mining application [Windows/Linux] on: January 21, 2014, 04:33:15 PM
Hi Christian, I recently just git clone the source and compiled in ubuntu 13.10 x64. My gpu is a GTX 570. Everything compiled fine but running to mine litecoin (scrypt) I got this error:

GPU #0: GeForce GTX 570 result does not validate on CPU (i=5456, s=0)!

Below is the execution config.
./cudaminer -a scrypt -o stratum+tcp://hk2.wemineltc.com:3333 -u <worker> -p <password> -l F15x16 -C 1 -m 1 -H 2 -i 0

Is it a bug or some wrong config?

I upgraded to v8.55 wallet on my linux pc. Now keep getting this error after about 20mins of mining.

Error Message
------------------
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::exception_detail::clone_impl<boost::exception_detail::error_info_injector<boost::lock_error> >'
what():  boost: mutex lock failed in pthread_mutex_lock: Invalid argument

I haven't had this problem with v8.54. So what's wrong?
Would you please try changing 128 in init.cpp line 541 to 1024, recompiling and running once more? (I am the one to blame for this crash)

Ok so I'm still getting the same error after making the mentioned changes. What now?
Would you please tell if your system has number of cores not power of 2 and what it your usual hpm there?

My cpu is i7-2600k running on all 8 threads. Approx. 4.12 hpm.

Thank you, my theory was that the bug was caused by uneven distribution of thread time on slow machines with real number of threads > number of cores. Seems like it did not stand. Nevertheless, would you please try latest commit on your hardware (just make sure to backup your wallet.dat before that)?

Currently running the latest commit. Been over an hour seems fine so far.

Would you please try changing 128 in init.cpp line 541 to 1024, recompiling and running once more? (I am the one to blame for this crash)

So I changed the code and recompiled and started the daemon (gen=0).

When I run ./bitcoind getinfo I get this: error: {"code":-1,"message":"ReserveKeyFromKeyPool() : read failed"}

When I try running ./bitcoind getinfo again I get this: error: {"code":-1,"message":"CDB() : can't open database file wallet.dat, error -30973"}

Is my wallet.dat now corrupted???
On the bright side, if you had any values there, they can most probably be recovered by pywallet.

Ok, I suppose I'm very lucky. Just transferred all my mmcs to another wallet before all these issues happened. So now new wallet and mining again. Will see if any issues happen again. Thanks reorder.

It is currently block 639
