Australian Bitcoin Expo Anyone?
Are we going with the name Graet proposed? Incredible World Of Bitcoin (or iWOB for short)? If so, I have a little demo graphic now: Does anybody realize that the registration of interest form isn't working? The above link yields a page with the following response: Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="Off"/> </system.web> </configuration>
Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/> </system.web> </configuration>
Could we have somebody fix it or nix it please? Ah damn, will do.

From the 'Alternative Cryptowhatevers" board
Sorry to say but CoinHunters (noagendamarket in IRC)....
This true? Afaik it's RealSolid. RealSolid is Coinhunters, I thought. Same guy behind SC? RealSolid is SC, yes. RealSolid=Coinhunters=NoAgendamarket? Just trying to get everything straight. I guess what I'm confused about is why the topic says he left the forums, when he's still active as Coinhunters. Now I'm even more confused. Nooo, noagendamarket is noagendamarket. RealSolid is Coinhunters.

So he expressly asked for his account to be deleted?
Yes.
|
|
|
Ok, people are making alot of assumptions around here about noagendamarket, first off he left the forum voluntarily.
Secondly, people were thinking that nam was Bruce, because he ran bitcoinmedia, that of course, is not the case.
He left the forum and gave over all bitcoinmedias assets to someone else, because he had enough of it all.
That's it. Stop your trolling.

With bitcoin client 0.3.25 beta on debian, all I had to do is cd into the directory and send ./bitcoin to launch the client.
How do I launch Bitcoin Client v0.4.00rc1 on debian?
Download the source, ./configure && make -f makefile.unix bitcoin && ./bitcoin

If it's going to be a casino how about seeing if they'll stage a game using some sort of physical bitcoin tokens rather than chips as a publicity stunt?
Nice idea shads. My Nephew Andrew, is one of the head croupiers at Crown, so I might ask if he can pull some strings. sweet as

why shouldnt i There's just way too many out there today for you to make a profit. You'd have to have something revolutionary to attract a large enough userbase.
