Knowing stuffs about this new technology is a skill and being able to use that knowledge to your advantage by earning money is even better. I am glad that I entered this world because I knew things I didn't know before and it enlightened my mind about the things I thought were right about cryptos. Also, it opened doors for a new source of income which helped me a lot.

I know that there are many kinds of alternative coins existing today, but is it better to have that many coins instead of having just a few? What are the benefits and harm in having that many alternative coins?
It is better to have many coins in your portfolio because that lessens the risk of loss and opens doors to more profit. As much as possible, avoid investing in few coins. Always look for new coins with high potential. Do some research on good coins. Invest. Hold. Once the whole market rises, you will gain more profit.

There are some rumours that the prices would get down again for one or two times before they reincrease to the level around before the latest year end and even higher. Can anyone here enlighten me and newbies like me, which is better to do if that really happens: 1) hold our assets and wait until the market got fully recover to start trading. 2) increase our capital to reduce the average price. 3) sell our assets with the assumptions to got deficit prives, and then rebuy again at this price. 4) others.
Any suggestion?
Don't listen to rumors. Observe it yourself. It is not reliable to depend on others opinion about the market because you are the one to take actions and you cannot blame them for your reaction to their opinion.

Are there any best time to trade cryptocurrency on any platform just like in Forex. If there is? What is the best time or day to trade.
Thanks in advance
It is hard to define the right time to trade crypto because the whole world trades. It works continuously. No one can really answer this question for you. The only solution to your problem is to keep track of your coins as much as possible and as often as possible to know when is the right time to trade.

How to win in a market situation like this? Be patient and do not panic sell. Hold your coins and know that the market is just undergoing a correction stage hence causing a really bad dump. This is the only way. You must not let your emotions take over your decisions to avoid mistakes and regrets.

In bounty campaigns, you wear a signature and then fulfill the number of posts required per week. You can earn money at the end of the ICO upon distribution. Despite of being a tedious job, it could be a good source of income for members with high rank because the equivalent stakes are high. However, this is not profitable in low rank members especially now that the system for ranking up has changed.
|
|
|
I no longer think that signature campaigns can give you a good amount of money especially if you are still at a low rank. It is difficult to rank up because of the new merit system and stakes are largely associated with your rank. You can try doing translation services of your native language or offer web designing and editing skills. Blogs could be a good source too. These stuffs I mentioned are not associated with your rank. You just need to have some skills however a portfolio is required. Oftentimes, managers accept those with existing portfolios.

Right now there are so many projects that use ICO, and each project has its own tokens, I am confused, what is the point of token ?, with lots of tokens emerging, will it be useful or just become garbage?
Coins and tokens are basically the same so do not be confused by these synonymous words here in cryptoworld. However, not all tokens have values. Sometimes these tokens decrease so badly that it becomes unvaluable. Nevertheless, all ICOs are free to create their own token.

So I started noticing a pattern. Everytime the market goes to the moon, the down trend lasts for a several weeks. Meaning, only when Bitcoin it's going to be at it's highest, the altcoins are going to be at the lowest point. Then, the money from Bitcoin will start going to the Altcoins, making them going up even more.
Have you noticed the same thing?
Indeed. That trend is perfectly normal. Bitcoin's influence in altcoins are extremely high because it is the pilot coin. All coins are very low in price these days because bitcoin is decreasing as well. Waiting for bitcoin's pump so that I could sell my altcoins. Can't wait!

I've always wondered how people make big money without effort. I've heard that airdrops can help me with this, so found several channels with lists of airdrops. How do you think it is worth starting? Are there any pitfalls in this matter? Any advises? Making money is not that easy. It takes a high rank and/or luck to earn that huge per day. That is quite impossible to earn on a daily basis unless you are some big time trader. Money in airdrops are also not likely to happen. Sometimes, coins in airdrops are shitcoins. Lucky you if you get a valuable coin.

Bitcoin is really falling these days. This maybe because of the market correction that is still going on. All other cryptocurrencies are dumping as well and people are worrying about it. It is best not to speead FUD so that people will be calm and will prevent doing stupid things.

Been inactive for awhile and I was pumped up to rank up my member status from Member to Full Member by increasing number of my posts. When it meet the requirements, I was surprised that we need additional Merits to rank up our position. I think it is really good to eliminate negative posts to help the community growing up. Now the question is how to increase Merit? Is Merit trading allowed?
Merit trading is fine as long as you give merits to valuable posts. However, it is extremely difficult to gain merit. I don't think this regulation will provide convenience to new members. It's kinda unfair that earlier members ranked up less difficult and the new ones won't be able to rank up as easily as the previous ones.

I just don't get why people aren't trying to push good projects more than they are trying to shoot down everything
Because some people think ICOs are all scams. Due to lack of knowledge about stuffs about ICO, they choose to stay away and avoid taking risks than doing research. Still, we cannot push people to believe to something they don't want to believe in the first place. It is their own preference. If they don't want to be educated, let's just let them be.

I think you are on the wrong thread. This should be posted in Trading discussions. Anyway, to answer your problem, trading is buying coins of your preference at a cheaper price and then waiting for it go up a bit within a day or week to sell it. You gain a few profit from waiting a few days. Voila. That's it. The endless cycle of trading.

I will share some tips on choosing a good ICO, the following tips:
1. Look for the most recent ICO, whose followers directly booming.
2. Note the type of project, choose a project that you think is different, and can be useful for many people.
And Remember!, any type of project if there is no promotion certainly the project will not succeed, therefore you as a bounty participant do not just work in formality only, you should really think for the promotion of projects that you share in social media work effectively, so you must make surethat every post about the project, the post should really be seen by your people/followers in social media.
Choose an ICO with a good working product, a credible team/developer, a presentable white paper, a nice roadmap and a trusted handling manager. These are the things I consider most of the time. If you want to make extra sure, go to icobench and look for that ICO name. It should be listed there with nice ratings.

Maybe the crypto markets will never develop. It is a possibility! I don’t want to be gloomy but this industry has a lot of negative media and big investors do not take it seriously. In addition, Most of the ICO’s are professional cons
The dip has been around for quite a while so I don't blame you for thinking that way because no one can really predict what will happen to these cryptos. But let's have faith! The market could be still in the correction stage. All my coins have also dumped and since January I have not yet sold any since it is low at price. ICOs are good investments just make sure you invest a good one. Keep hodling.

Haven't tried investing my own money since I don't have enough money to invest. I started joining signature campaigns and it has been almost 3 months since the day I joined this forum and until now I haven't tasted the joy of earning. Lol. But I am currently in a bounty campaign and patiently waiting for it to end. The money I will earn from this will have allocations. I'll leave a portion of it as my initial money for investment and the rest will be used as a financial aid for my studies.

Not for us. It won't offer anything good to ordinary people using bitcoin and trading cryptos. It will just reduce the amount of money. The good thing about this is that it will finally be recognized by the government and an asset for economic growth. That's pretty much the positive side.

best bounty? what do you means? Bounty project? Or ?
I mean best ICO projects. How we can validate best ICO project Consider the following: 1. Working product 2. Platform 3. White paper 4. Team/Developer 5. Critic reviews 6. Handling campaign manager Yes. I included #6 because some can fake numbers 1-5 but once a trusted campaign manager handles it, most probably it is good and you are safe from fake ICOs.

It is the pioneer coin and of all coins it is the most popular and has the biggest market cap. Many investors put a part of their money into an investment that is less risky and bitcoin is the best option. Why? Simply because it already has built a good market reputation and a strong foundation among supporters.
