Has bitmain got new website ? I cant seem to load his old page. Google then redirects me to Bitmain Asia ?

I am still being redirect to: http://bitmaintech-asia.com/

His old page was loading slow, but is now working normal on my end. The website you are being redirected too, I am unsure who/what that is. Maybe a reseller? The prices don't match the original Bitmaintech.com website either so I would use some caution with that site, unless somebody can vouch for it.

Yeah might just be very busy with traffic, strange that google redirected me to that site. I have only bought from Sushi or Bitmain direct website

Cheers

Ok guys I have asked this question before but got no response so I decided to show you what I mean:

Any explanation from the Antminer gurus why my NOT OVERCLOCKED Antminer hits these speeds?

I am not saying I am not happy but,
Is this going to cause a problem to my miner?

Please let me know.

Thank you Smiley

Look at the average rather than the current speed and it shows to be running at good speed. It will go up and down due to pool or even internet connection but as long as you are happy with the speeds and there is no x's on the chips then you are all good. Which chip sped are you currently on ? Just to double check 375 is default

214  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN]ASICMiner Publicly Looking for Potential Customers/Partners for New Chips on: January 29, 2014, 11:25:10 PM
Great news on the chips Friedcat, would be looking to join the team as a reseller for UK and other places.

Good to see you looking publicly for designers and company's to take on board as I'm sure people on here could come up with some pretty good designs.

That fit well into racks or stack plus PSU built in so just a 3 pin kettle would be the ideal future of bitcoin hardware delivery.

Plug and play would make the big sales - If you can get suppliers for each of the stages you will be onto a winner.

Keep us updated as always Friedcat

Nice looking setup, here is a question that has been bothering me for a while, Why pay £239 for a 1350W Psu when you can buy a budget 600w PSU for under £20 Delivered ?

I run all my ants blades with there own PSU. I take it I must be mad or something, fair enough it takes a bit of room but will it not be cheaper as the PSU will only be pulling what it needs ?

I have 5 ants in total so that's 10 600w PSU's.

Going to get a multi meter to measure what it is pulling all my miners are running between 205 and 210 Gh/s

Cheers

You don't want to skimp on the PSUs! Cheap PSUs will have very poor voltage regulation and ripple suppression, and will not be able to put out the power they say they can without either blowing and taking everything connected out, or if you're lucky just powering down.

Please spend 30 minutes reading the following for your own safety (potential fir hazards) and for your equipments health.

so you have 10 600w PSU's
so that lot will be pulling 6000w Max

i have 1 1500w running 4 Ant miners
hmmm i would who is going to win in the long run lol

That is not how switching power supplies function. Devices will only draw what they need. Using a 600w power supply with a 100w device does not mean you're pulling 600w at the wall. You'd be pulling around 125w at the wall with this example.

Well, I have been running my first antminer since november/dec and not 1 power outage and still going strong. The brand is Antec with 30A on the rail so my math dose me right that is pretty good if they are only pulling 125w each. I will know exact figure tonight when the multi gets installed.

Fair enough firehazard it's in a cooled environment max temp 8c cable from the extension is warm and has thermal cutout built in so the cables don't melt. I am going to run a second extension from power source 2 as currently everything comes from the 1 plug industrial wire and plug in use. With also laptop server connected and 1x network switch.

Thanks for the links will give them a read over

Edit: Each of my PSU have Dual PCIE 6pin and 1x 8Pin I have connected a few also with the 8 pin to help spread the load.

Well
i have 4 Antminer S1's running from 1 PSU

the PSU is a
Silverstone SST-ZM1350 Zeus Power Supply - 1500W Peak
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-315-SV&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=2464

its pulling 1380w at the plug

No heat issues at all

All the miners have been OC'ed to 375.

and its been running like that for 2 weeks now

is 500 U1s a good deal at 22btc?

what are these sold for individually?

seems only 1 coupon per order..

also wrt xxxxxxx's - both rigs are between 175 & 185.  i found adding a fan on the back blowing in adds about 5-10 Gh (not OC'd)

thx all

Correct me if I am wrong but the price for the 500 Ants needs to be updated still so please hold off as the price has now been updated since the 2.2BTC Ant S1

Also with the wait for next dispatch the 8th.

I hope bitmain opens an online customer service based chat or ticket support would be a great way to take the company forward as the have the product, price and delivery they just need the customer service to match then they will be the best all round ever Bitcoin mining company Smiley

I see many order already flooding into the Bitmain wallet....  Shocked
