Even if a person sees it negatively, you can always ask them to look at it more closely.
Most people avoid interaction with people labelled as scammers I can't blame them though. But the point is people with negative feedback from untrusted users arent marked as scammers. When the feedback is from another user who is marked a scammer anyone with half a brain will know to disregard it. Very true. And in worst situation, people wanting to trade with OP will just ask to use escrow, and OP will get some positive trust after the successful trades.  |

It keeps saying the last message sent from your IP was less than 360 seconds ago. OVER. And OVER. AND OVER. AGAIN.
We have all gone through that period and can understand it is kind of annoying, but the system is there to prevent people signing up new accounts to spam the forum with posts and PMs. Just open another tab on your browser to do whatever you want, and come back to bitcointalk to make your post after 6 minutes. When you try to post before the end of the 360seconds period your post is not published and a new 360seconds period starts And so you shouldn't rush to make your post. As I said, just open another tab to read some news or watch some cat videos, and come back afterwards. |

The username does look very similar to "theymos", and so whenever you receive a PM, you should pay attention not only to the username but also to the activity and trust score. You should be able to notice the problem very easily then. |

I don't think there's any foolproof methods with games of chance. If there was casinos would be out of business. If you check the page carefully, you will see the kelly criterion tells you to never play in games with negative expected value.  |
