I'm not worried about the Escrow person, but the person receiving it. What is stopping them to say they never received the coins after I send them out?
How could I prove that they were sent to the person/address (buyer)?

If you use an Escrow between buyer and seller, what proof does the seller have to show to the Escrow holder in case the buyer says they never got the coins? Not like we have a blockchain to show what went where, no?

I have a bit over 100K I could move for the right price, but I sure as heck am not going to get scammed on this forum  .

I believe it's not cheap to get those licenses because most likely they need to pay for experts etc. But no worries, they have a lot in the pipeline on all fronts - and development stands never still. They are hard-workers! It's safe to say that it won't be boring. ;-)

What he is saying (and I tend to agree with) is that he doesn't trust an escrow much more than the users posting offers.

I don't know anyone on here in real life, so I'd never trust anyone enough for that lol. I've seen to many people on here using multiple accounts to leave themselves feedback and such.

Is it really that hard for an exchange operator to handle this code?

The buy and sell prices are totally out of whack.  The buyers want to buy for .00003 bitcoin which is under 2 cents and the legitimate sellers want to sell from .0001 to .00055 which is 6 cents to 35 cents.  Who will budge?
