Still going strong guys, still old fashioned jackpot, but it works with the good old fashioned double trouble.

I updated the rules and games terminology for you pigki, it now includes the jackpot feature you just created.  On the other hand, while typing this, I see that the 3 "first" jackpot rounds for your bonus offer have already been created and you (or someone else) has already paid one out.  It seems as if your site is getting popular, I congratulate you on your great site Cheesy
212  Economy / Gambling / Re: Run your own INSTANT PAYOUT GAME On Bitcoinduit.com [Last Man In Jackpot In Dev] on: August 04, 2011, 08:50:15 AM
Can I keep that matching .5 on hold?  Waiting for last man in jackpot to roll out before I start one.

Sure thing.

Regards,
Jonathan

Just to say thanks to jonathan for his matching .5.  Great site, and very good response to questions.  My game is at http://www.bitcoinduit.com/game/viewRound.php?id=GoodOld_DoubleTrouble and while waiting for an officially supported jackpot feature, I am manually doing one that is 6.4% of all deposits.

Game JUST started, bump
214  Economy / Gambling / Re: Good Old Fashioned 2x Double Trouble, courtesy of Bitcoinduit.com on: August 04, 2011, 06:16:00 AM
I wasn't planning on doing anything special, was just making one similar to how it used to be when these games started as double trouble.  But, since you ask and its a very valid point, a jackpot of 80% of my fees (6.4% of the total deposit) will be given to the person who deposits the most throughout the entire round.

To clarify:

-Jackpot given to person who deposits the most (so use the same address)
-It will be 80% of my fees (6.4% of the total deposits because the 10% fee - 2% for bitcoinduit site = 8% for me and 80% of that is 6.4%)

Thanks for asking and bringing up the idea, so everyone, keep on reinvesting and this'll be great.
215  Economy / Gambling / Good Old Fashioned 2x Double Trouble [Now with JACKPOT .2528btc] on: August 04, 2011, 06:04:09 AM
Starting a new bitcoinduit.com game:

It'll be 2x your deposit with a minimum of .2 and a maximum of 1.0.  The game will end after 24 hours of no deposits. Just like the old fashioned double trouble games that we used to have.

The game will start in 25ish minutes from time of post at 6:30am forum time.

Edit (feature added):
-Jackpot given to person who deposits the most (so use the same address)
-It will be 80% of my fees (6.4% of the total deposits because the 10% fee - 2% for bitcoinduit site = 8% for me and 80% of that is 6.4%)

Jackpot currently: .2528 BTC

Is there any place that actually explains what bitcoinduit is and how it works in principle? I couldn't find any. The "game rules" link on the site just links to the beginning of this thread but the thread opening post doesn't explain the rules at all, as far as I can see.

Good idea. Here, let's start writing it up. All game rule descriptions will be placed on the "rules" page and on the first post of this thread. I'll match 0.5 btc bets in each persons new rounds for their assistance in helping to describe the game.

Game Rules

Game Summary:

DDR1.  Sure, I'd love to work something out, I'll send a pm
219  Economy / Goods / Re: WTB DDR Ram on: August 03, 2011, 12:35:03 AM
How much total/ what capacity per dimm are you looking for

1gb/dimm would be optimal, up to 4 gb if really cheap, but otherwise just 2

i have 2gb gskill for 3.5btc

Would you accept anything lower? or 3.5btc only.  Optimally, I'm looking for someone with this old ram laying around and wants to get rid of it.
220  Economy / Goods / WTB DDR Ram on: August 03, 2011, 12:01:11 AM
Does anyone have DDR Ram from some old computer or otherwise that they would like to liquidate at a reasonable price?
