Right now, there are a lot of news on the media in which people claim to be Satoshi Nakamoto. I remember watching a video in which up to 10 people claimed to be the "real" Satoshi Nakamoto (the creator of bitcoin). However, I don't know who they are and don't want to know them because the real Satoshi Nakamoto wouldn't be argued about when he decides to show up. No one will tell you; you may even have that feeling that this is him. Also, we can see that there's no signs of the real Satoshi. We don't even know his real name, age, country of origin, complexion, etc. But there's one thing I'm sure of. Just like they say Nothing is hidden under the sun. One blessed day, whether Satoshi decides to show up or not, we'll all know who he truly is. No matter how discrete it is kept, be it in the next 30 years, we (the world) will definitely know who really built bitcoin.

🤦🏽♂This is a project I had plans to look into. I remember a bit asking if it were possible and I firmly said yes. Behold, someone discovered it before me. Anyways, let's celebrate it cause it's quite a good thing. Sometimes we may not have the mobile data or network connection to come online and make the transaction. So it's a cool thing to see this.

Fantabulous! It's a cool thing to have high school students get involved in this. They'll be more zealous and will understand what the government and banks have been doing before they make wealth so they can know the best way to store and manage their money.

Of course!! I've been trying to prove this point on my thread but maybe I wasn't elaborate enough or something. Here's the thing; Coronavirus = Quarantine = More attention on the internet = New users discovering the advantages of bitcoin and other altcoins = New users adopting it.

This actually made me smile. It's cool to see such energetic post regarding the upcoming bitcoin halving. Honestly, I haven't seen one before. It's my first time, and I can't wait for it as a lot of people keep talking about you. See you on the other side ☺

Ummm.... Seems like you're kinda mixing up the words.... I wont point at all of them but this one We Are and must fight against financial freedom
Seems to be odd. We aren't fighting against financial freedom 🤷🏽♂. We're meant to fight for it, win it, and enjoy it.

Here's one thing. We need to make the government understand the advandltage of bitcoin over fiat (I know you'll say that they are aware already, and that why they are playing deaf ears) but then, that's almost the only way. No matter what we do, if all government says that they do not want bitcoin to he used by their citizens, bitcoin would fall and break to pieces because it'll have a lower demand. In summary, I believe the government have more power than we do. I don't even think we can win this in a protest. We need the government to cooperate too for bitcoin to bloom better. Amen

It's quite possible and obvious that we can tell who the world richest (fiat) people are. However, I think it's not possible to tell when it comes to bitcoin. This is because as you said, most of the top wallets are that of exchanges, hence, it is practically impossible to tell, considering the fact that they are bitcoin addresses without any information on who owns it.

From my diagnosis, the 0.1 bitcoin actually exists in 13PcbKjLBjVUYcSevYELQDc1pLDm6Bb9Di. I'm sorry for your loss. However, I am not sorry. When copying and pasting a wallet address, you're meant to look closely at what you're doing. When I copy a wallet address (for my little $20 transaction), one of my modes to check if it's OK is checking the first and the last characters of they correspond to that of the source. It could have been better if just a character was tempered with but here, you copied a whole different wallet address and send a whooping 0.1bitcoin without caring if it's destination was right.

I think I saw a comment referring bitcoin's comeback to be at $10k. However, I believe the comeback is already here. I clearly remember telling my family and friends to buy and hodl bitcoin if they had some spare money for that. It was just some weeks ago when bitcoin was around $4k. They didn't listen to me even tho they had spare money. I believe it was mind blowing for them when bitcoin added $3k to it's worth. As for me, if I bought it about a month ago when it was pretty cheaper, I would be selling it by now cause volatility isn't a trusted friend.

Sorry about your loss. But what will really tell if you really messed up or not is your reaction after this; how cautious you become. Someone like me, I'm very careful about what I do and where I do it. I hope that this would teach you a lesson so you would investigate more before sending a second of your time on any site. Sorry anyways.

Yes, that's cool. I remember creating a topic about it and posting the video on how it works here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5226816. I knew it was at Lagos but... I didnt know the exact place. Neither did I know who brought it into play. Thanks for giving out those information. 🙂 Exactly! Something made me confused for a moment, I knew I read somewhere about the 1st ATM in Nigeria months (apparently only weeks) ago. But is it the same one I knew from the thread you've linked us to? Because otherwise it would be pretty unfair for that guy from March to be the 1st but not take credits from anyone for it. The ATM from the March thread looks very similar to the design on the Blockstale official website ( https://blockstale.com/) though. Congrats, Nigeria! Yes, it is the same thread I linked (I hope that wasn't wrong for doing so). I actually don't know which is the first but I believe the one I posted is the first. However, let's forget about which is the first or not and celebrate the progress!!! 🎊 🎊 🎊

It's quite difficult to reject fame, otherwise I'd say he's alive. I don't think he is dead otherwise I'd say he's dead. So, my head is stuck with this mixed thoughts about him. But maybe, he's alive out there, somewhere he isn't called or known as Satoshi. I just really hope that he's seeing what greatness his idea and effort has yield.

I don't think it's actually possible for blind person to access bitcoin without someone's help. Unless he/she uses some sort of voice command. There's this feature I saw in my phone, it's called tailback or something like that. What it does is to read out anything the user clicks on. And it is available in almost all android phones. I recommend this for a blind person who wants to access bitcoin on his/her own, however, it won't be easy.

Well, It isn't really as you say it. This is because even tho we don't have to make physical contact when making payments for stuffs, how do we pay for little things? Things like the bread you buy in a nearby store, etc. To me, if we want it, we have to promote bitcoin so people can know more about it, start using it, and we all can enjoy it.
|
|
|
Now it looks likely it will never reach its all time high anymore. I enjoyed reading this statement cause you said "It looks like". Actually, bitcoin as I believe will go beyond it's all time high even if not soon but then, is bitcoin all about the money? Or an idea created for making payments?
