Thank you for sending us your username and email address. After investigating, we discovered an abusive pattern involving players from the same country as the OP who engaged in the same behaviors (making first deposit and instantly playing specific game provider and/or game). Almost a thousand players imitated those same actions until we detected the suspicious activity and took actions to prevent this to happen again. We will share below evidence from internal gameplay records so that everyone can understand what was going on.




According to our T&C, 10.6 and 13.1, respectively: "The Operator reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found", and "If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or we have a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your Member Account, or withhold payment of your winnings, and in extreme cases, your deposits, and apply such funds to any damages due by you".

This is TrustDice team. We looked into this case as soon as we can.

Fortunately, following the name 'jimdemeray', we have been able to locate a KYC case, in which our KYC service provider strongly believe that the authenticity of the documents is in doubt. And after examining the documents and cross-referencing with what we know about this user, we agree that this judgment is reasonable and well-founded, and there is a likelihood of identity fraud involved.

In accordance with our T&C 4.6 and 13.1, we closed the user's account, and have offered a full refund of his deposit, out of good faith, instead of confiscating the entire balance. The user has so far rejected the proposal.

In our investigation, it also came to our attention that he has been actively making statements about us that are untrue and defamatory on multiple platforms. We'd like to respectfully point out some of his claims are completely false, as many Bitcointalk community members can attest to:



We would not want to argue with any user. But we have to respectfully doubt if he ever chatted with 'other players found on different forums and communities' as he claims. We keep a close eye on all relevant web spaces, and we have not yet come across a forum where a large number of users have grievances against us. If you know of such a place, please kindly let us know, as we would be happy to attend to it. Otherwise, we respectfully dispute this baseless claim.

With regard to the case itself, we in general do not discuss about KYC issues in public for privacy reasons. And if we are to discuss about any KYC case here, we will have to provide evidence from our internal system that will inevitably disclose the following private info of a user, to the public:
- the country of residence
- the visiting IPs
- password of a TrustDice account
- the email
- wallet addresses
- device id
- browser version
- operating system

Please understand that our internal policy prohibits us from publishing the above information in public. But since we are committed to transparent and meaningful communication with the Bitcointalk community, we can ask the management for an exception under the following conditions:
- the user notified us by email that he has given us the right to publish his private information;
- the Bitcointalk members in this thread overwhelming agree that it is a good idea to post such private information in public here;

We are glad to see the OP has received his withdrawal and the issue itself has been resolved, without we seeing this thread at all.

In the meantime, for the sake of maintaining an open and transparent line of communication with the Bitcointalk community, we have looked into the communication matters involved here, as it seems to be what got the OP banned:

Fortunately we have located our chat history with the OP. We found the OP was abusing the Live Chat function. Specifically, he repeatedly harassed the CS team with the same message, and started a total of 13 conversations with the same message simultaneously:


Such behavior, as serjent05 has pointed out, violates our T&C and subsequently got him banned.

We do allow our CS team to ban very abusive users because there have been cases of extreme individuals behaving badly towards our CS team. In fact, one of them once sent a d*ck picture to our CS girl, so we have to have certain measures in place to protect our employees.
