Karena pertanian, kehutanan, perikanan dan pendidikan dalam manajemen pengelolaannya tidak tepat sehingga membuat keuangan untuk menggaji pegawai dan karyawan di bidang tersebut juga tidak bagus dan membuat makin melorot tiap tahun. Padahal sektor tersebut merupakan hal yang paling banyak ditekuni oleh rakyat Indonesia dimana seharusnya menjadi hal yang lebih tinggi dari sektor yang lain. Ya tapi bagaimana lagi, ane pikir bukan juga salah kelola dari pemerintah atau perusahaan, tapi karena mudahnya sektor tersebut untuk dijadikan pekerjaan sehingga berpengaruh juga pada payment.
mungkin kalau perkebunanan yang masih berhubungan dengan pertanian dan kehutanan gajinya lebih besar. terutama perkebunan kelapa sawit. buruh kasar di kelapa sawit yang tidak membutuhkan ijazah gajinya pun bisa sampai 5 juta. itu sudah ada mess nya tempat tinggal nya plus kebutuhan makan di tanggung. artinya gaji bersih bisa hasilkan segitu Ya tapi resikonya gede juga, apa lagi sekelas buruh yang mungkin hanya tamatan SD, soalnya ane punya temen yang bekerja sebagai buruh kelapa sawit, kerjanya itu bisa siang malam kalau lagi panen, malah kalau tidak panen, dia juga akan bekerja untuk ngangkat barang-barang berat di pabrik sehingga pekerjaannya tidak ada habisnya, tapi gajinya ya gitu-gitu aja. Masalah lainnya, banyak yang tinggal di mess perkebunan yang jauh dari keluarganya. Malah ada yang 1 bulan sekali baru bisa ketemu sama anak istri soalnya jarak antara perkebunan dan tempat tinggalnya butuh waktu 12 jam lebih, karena minimnya transportasi akibat buruknya akses jalan ke perkebunan. |

ya sebenarnya ane juga ragu gan, apa lagi bitcoin itu dibuat memang identik dengan mining yang sesungguhnya (POW), namun ke depan semua bisa terjadi, apa lagi jika nanti semua bitcoin habis semua ditambang dan hanya menyisakan miner yang mengkonfirmasi transaksi, mungkin perubahan ke algoritma POS akan lebih baik. Namun kalau melihat ke belakang, bagaimana susahnya mencari suara 50%+1 pasti akan banyak yang menolak perubahan tersebut, terlebih jika miner tersebut sudah banyak habis modal beli alat miner yang harganya bisa ratusan milyar.
Ada satu hal yang cukup menarik dan masih menjadi misteri, yakni pada saat supply Bitcoin habis di mining, dimana subsidy block menjadi 0, maka insentif yang diterima miner hanya bergantung pada Fee Transaksi. Diharapkan pada saat itu terjadi, nilai fee transaksi (yang mengacu pada value bitcoin saat itu) bisa menopang sumber daya mining (profitabilitas tidak minus), namun jika yang terjadi tidak seperti ekspetasi, maka dengan mahalnya perangkat mining dan biaya operasionalnya, bisa menyebabkan terjadinya congestion di jaringan Bitcoin, imbas dari banyaknya node mining yang tidak ingin merugi. Nah kalo situasi itu yang terjadi, kemungkinan akan muncul sebuah proposal (yang mungkin saja opsi untuk merubah mekanisme konsensus) untuk mengatasi permasalahan congestion di jaringan Bitcoin. (wacana ini merupakan spekulasi pribadi terhadap kemungkinan didepannya nanti). kalau ane pikir kemungkinan besar terjadi kedepan adalah akan makin banyaknya token-token ordinal yang dibuat pada jaringan bitcoin sehingga akan menambah penghasilan miner jika nanti semua bitcoin habis dimining. Yang pastinya jika token tersebut di pasar makin banyak yang berminat, dan membuat harga melambung, atau semakin banyak yang pakai. Kalau cuma hype saja, ya biasanya tidak bakal bertahan lama dan hanya habis saat ini saja. Atau bisa juga nanti ada penemuan energi baru semisal pemanfaatan panas bumi atau ada pemanfaatan air yang bisa digunakan untuk bahan bakar baru dalam proses mining. |

Untuk saat ini penurunan BBM tidak ada efek sama sekali terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, kecuali pemerintah mau membuat aturan lain seperti menurunkan harga barang dan juga dalam hal tranportasi menurunkan harga angkutan. jika harga pasar tidak diturunkan maka sama saja.
Sebenarnya ini masalah klasik yang harus segera di atasi pemerintah. Namun ya tidak hanya pemerintah tapi juga butuh kerjasama antara pengusaha kebutuhan pokok dan transportasi dalam mengatasi masalah bersama. Soalnya kan pemerintah (misal) sudah menurunkan BBM, seharusnya pengusaha secepat kilat juga menurunkan harga barang kebutuhan pokok dan angkutan supaya perekonomian tetap berjalan. Yang terjadi sekarang malah tidak, BBM sudah turun, namun barang masih tetap di harga semula, yang akhirnya timbul inflasi dan daya beli masyarakat semakin menurun. |

Itu hal yang lumrah, apa lagi dia itu newbie, sedangkan yang senior-senior di sini juga terkadang sama, jadi setelah bikin thread dan bikin-bikin pertanyaan, lalu ditinggalkan tanpa ada tanggapan apakah dia sudah paham atau belum duduk persoalannya. Seharusnya dari awal dia tidak bikin thread, cukup baca-baca dulu di pinned post di atas, lalu setelah ada pertanyaan teknis baru dia bikin thread. Ini jadi kebiasaan buruk, banyak newbie yang baru gabung bikin thread kalau dia masih baru dan butuh bimbingan, padahal itu tidak perlu, karena kita sudah paham kalau namanya newbie ya orang yang gak tau apa-apa, pasti akan banyak bertanya dan harus mengexplorer forum lebih banyak.
bisa jadi juga kalangan newbie, cuman ingin mencoba bener tidak ya kalau bikin thread, ada yang nanggapi. atau hanya penasaran saja bagaimana caranya bikin thread seperti yang lainnya. jadi asal bikin dan bikin topik yang sebenarnya hanya membuat board menjadi banyak. setelah bikin lalu di tinggal deh tanpa tau apa itu sebenarnya komunikasih dengan thread di forum. seharusnya tidak begitu untuk melakukan pembuktian, karena akan menambah banyak thread yang tidak bermutu. Bisa juga nanti akan sia-sia kalau banyak yang report spam, seperti apa yang dilakukan oleh Estiawan Nasution, dia ini newbie, namun banyak direport spam karena thread dia itu tidak bermuatan apa-apa, hanya artikel dan terkesan mementingkan ego dengan naruh namanya sendiri di thread, biasanya yang seperti ini tidak akan bertahan lama, karena tidak ada bentuk komunikasi antara member dan pembuat thread yang jadinya akan membuat thread dia sendiri terkesan tanpa ada tanggapan. |
