201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: November 10, 2019, 04:21:16 PM
I make a lot of money every month based on margin trading, the year that keeps the profits of some coins. Besides, the bonus programs with attractive money always make me unable to give up the Crypto market
The average person involved in crypto is due to a large income and wants to double his money,
I think that is a very good reason for everyone.
This is a true statement for people that joined in a hype in 2017. They joined cryptocurrencies because they were amazed by big profits. But now, what is the reason that people still joining cryptocurrencies even the price is not booming? I think that people are now more educated and they would like to join cryptocurrencies because they understand how critical is the situation with banks.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CMC and coingecko on: November 10, 2019, 04:12:54 PM
Both are useful tools but CMC is more popular than Coingecko! Coingecko has something unique features like Exchange trust score, ICO review and many more but CMC only has token price chart, trading view and exchange rankings which also have in Coingecko! But CMC has some strong rules to get listed there where any coin/token project easily can get listed in Coingecko, that's why it has more coins listed than CMC! To me, this lot of token listing is a drawback in Coingecko!
This is true, Coingecko provides you more information about cryptocurrencies and also on Coingecko you will find also more coins, that are not listed on Coinmarketcap.
But, I am used to use Coinmarketcap website, like most people here and that is why I use Coinmarketcap more often (everyday)  Cheesy.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie trader be like on: November 09, 2019, 06:18:21 PM
without a plan anything can be detrimental , trader needs a lot of lessons including planning and patience not only that mate a trader must also have a deep understanding of the situation or conditions that are in the price pattern ,experience is more important than so you will not fall as you have occur
Agreed. People see trading as something what can be done by everyone. What is difficult on trading right? And after that you see statistic that around 90% of traders are in a loss, while only 10% of them are in a profit. It it because these 10% people are educated? Of course!
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Makes a Successful Crypto on: November 09, 2019, 06:07:56 PM
People see successful crypto project as a project that brought them a lot of profits. But for me successful crypto project is a project with huge and nice community, project that brings a real use case into the everyday life, project that is continuously developed.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think IEO is more legit if launch on big exchnages like Binance? on: November 08, 2019, 07:33:55 AM
I think it is a bit more legit if an IEO is launch on bigger exchanges. Because they know that it can be very hard to enter big exchanges and convince them that your project is very useful and insight of having a very solid future to get funds using them. What's you opinion on this? Do you think there are other reasons if they choose other small exchange platforms?
You can check the statistic how profitable IEOs on Binance are. And compare it with platforms like Exmarket or P2PB2B. You can be 100% sure that statistically IEOs on bigger exchanges are more successful due to that fact that big crypto-exchanges can choose only high-quality projects.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you sell a million dollars bag of crypto? Would you trust exchanges? on: November 08, 2019, 07:28:39 AM
I think that there is no problem with security of exchanges but big whales do not want to sell their Bitcoins transparently because they would be pushed to pay taxes. You know, rich people are not paying taxes.  Wink
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH block size increase on: November 08, 2019, 07:23:10 AM
Recently, I read a article which stated that the ETH block size would increase by 8x. If the block size increases than the number of transactions getting included in the block increases which in-turn increases the rewards earned by the miner.

My confusion was what is the rate at which this block size is increases? If it is for every 10 min then very soon all transaction will be less to the size of the block or there are chances of even blank block with only the coinbase transaction will be mined.

Please help me understand. Thanks.
I am afraid that next hard-fork coin will be created. Look in the past what happened to Bitcoin when the community discussed about block size increase.  Roll Eyes
Yeah, Bitcoin Cash thinks that bigger block size will solve the problem with speed of transactions and high transaction fees. But on the other hand bigger size of 1 block makes Bitcoin Cash more centralized because in the future the blockchain size will be too big to synchronize all nodes.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: November 04, 2019, 01:17:04 PM
If the company is legit and they allocate more funds to the bounty campaign I donīt have any problem to support them for a longer time.
But many companies misuse it and in the end of campaign they not pay bounty hunters, that makes me very very angry.

Ethereum’s Switch to PoS Will Affect the Whole Industry

The market capitalization of the 10 largest cryptocurrencies based on PoS, taking into account the future accession of Ethereum, is $25.8 billion. This is about 10% of the total market capitalization. Moreover, if we exclude the contribution of Ethereum, which is the only planning to switch to PoS consensus, it turns out that the capitalization of such cryptocurrencies is $11.2 billion, of which $6.4 billion is used for staking...

Is there any exact date when this will happen? I have heard that team plans to develop Ethereum 2.0 in the first quarter of the next year.
But for many people staking will not be avaiable because who really owns more than 32ETHs?
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Getting scammed on: November 03, 2019, 10:21:45 AM
I got scammed by this project called temtum. Signed up for their bounty months ago, posting for their campaign, filling up 2 kyc forms and pushing for its deadline, and now they are telling me i didnt pass it. It is not only me who encountered this. Hello Richard Dennis.
You are not the only one who has been scammed by bounty managers or team that run a bounty campaign. They do not understand that bounty hunters is a community and this community could harm the project if someone cheat them.  Cool
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs really DEAD or simply cleared a path for better projects? on: November 03, 2019, 10:16:09 AM
And you wonder? ICOs made a lot of harm in the market, they werenīt able to achive goals in 99% cases.
Maybe a few IEOs will keep up, but really don't expect a boom like in 2017  Cry. You can thank the greedy peolpe.  Smiley
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can an expert tell me how to identify a shitcoin (example: Insight Chain) on: November 02, 2019, 05:06:26 PM
Please, always use your brain when you are going to invest into such project.
Think about the use case, think about the team, if the team is skilled enough to achieve goals, think if they can overbeat competitors, think about it as an investment - will people buy your coins/tokens in the future and why?  Smiley
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest way to buy crypto? on: November 02, 2019, 04:58:47 PM
If you want only buy cryptocurrencies then we can say that all bigger crypto exchanges are safe and they will not cause you problems with buying, but the problem could happen if you hold cryptocurrencies on exchanges foir a long time. We have seen that even the largest crypto-exchanges bankrupt or the funds have been stolen.  Cry
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Inflation on: November 01, 2019, 06:20:37 PM
I do not agree with this claim: " Price drop and fee drop will drop hashrate. That'll make 51% attack cheaper."
Did you see that price drop caused also drop in hashrate in the history? I donīt.  Cool
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum in Numbers: What Has Been Achieved So Far on: November 01, 2019, 06:13:58 PM
The most controverse thing on Ethereum is the DAO hack, I know that many people donīt want to use Ethereum because of its history. It turned out that blockchain not as immutable as it is claimed  Cry.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Kakaotalk's Blockchain adoption Klaytn is growing well! on: October 30, 2019, 09:45:33 AM
Okay, okay, another coin created by company caused a big hype. But please tell me what is the purpose of this coin? What I can do with it and why I should invest?
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 32 ETH for staking?! on: October 30, 2019, 09:39:29 AM
When I read this information for the first time I was shocked, why they are going to make Ethereum centralized for big whales?
Okay now it is only 5000$, but if Ethereum goes back to its ATH then the price for participating on staking will be around 40 000USD! I think, that it is not a good idea.

219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What exactly decentralized mean? on: October 11, 2019, 06:56:06 PM
When we say something as decentralized then it should be on its own, many cryptos were not decentralized even they claims to be.I am not sure about what type of decentralization you were asking about because you are calling website names not the cryptos which decentralized thing might differ.
Almost every cryptocurrency needs a core team to be created, but after some time this team should leave the game and let community to manage the project. Just like Satoshi or Charlie Lee did it.  Cool
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my house for buying altcoins need your help on: October 11, 2019, 06:50:05 PM
How old are you?  Cheesy Why donīt you invest into Bitcoin? You donīt see that Bitcoin is still the most profitable cryptocurrency? Other cryptocurrencies are cool, but probably not worth a house  Cheesy.
