201  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [TRADE/SALES] Cardsmiths Currency Series 1 Trading/Sales Thread on: February 19, 2023, 08:16:28 AM
I'm trying to put together the crystal sparkle set.

Here are the CS cards I still need:

1,1A,5,6,11,14,19,20,21,25,28,28A,37,41,42,45,46,47,48,49,51,52,53,57,58,MR2-MR8

Here are the CS cards I have to trade:

2,3,7,10,12,15,17,18,26,30,31,33,34,35,36,39,40,50,55,59

I also have a base 28A I could trade, and some holo #1 cards.

The only CS hard I can help with from you needed list is #37
Let me know if you still need that one

i have plenty of cardsmiths goodness for sale.  will take btc equivalent.

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_dkr=1&iconV2Request=true&_blrs=recall_filtering&_ssn=mrstacy&store_name=collectiblestoenvy&_oac=1&_nkw=cardsmiths.

ebay makes international shipping pretty easy as they handle everything.   Use coupon code 10OFFPLEASE at check out to save more.

Added some additional cards to help complete your sets.  Also an odd error where card stamped 159 (instead of 149)
That’s definitely an odd error, could you please post what card that was on. It would be almost impossible to track all 149 cards to make sure the print didn’t run over, but it’s something that will stick in my mind.

It is very surprising that a few true MR holofoil still have not been found

I know this is series 1 but we are seeing a lot of different error cards appearing, a couple is ok, too many shows Cardsmiths need to get the shit together before printing series 2

@JUPITYR, Do you have any information available on the QA process these cards go through before release? I couldn’t find anything on the Cardsmiths website.
Can they guarantee by way of a QA check that all base and MR cards come in all the gemstone varieties?
Were all MR cards printed in HF? (I believe this is a relevant question due to the meta-rare CS mix up)

NOW I find out about these, AFTER they are sold out.  Sheez.  Sad

Are there any other crypto-currency related trading cards out there???

You can still buy these

Better looking cards imo, they have a good following here from a few dedicated members

I’m looking for the following CS cards.

#46 Ethereum
#44 BitConnect
#53 Litecoin

I have HF and CS cards for swap OR I would be willing to pay slightly above market value.

I am also looking for the following CS MR cards:

MR1 Bitcoin
MR2 DogeCoin
MR6 DogeCoin
MR7 and 7A Ethereum
MR8 Year of the Ox

Thank you for taking the time to read this post!

The MR8 "Year of the Ox" does not come in CS
No crystal sparkle MR cards were supposed to be made, they were a mistake

If thats true. Where are the Holofoil MR3, MR4A,MR6A, and MR7A. Does anyone have them?
Good point, I can’t remember seeing any of those in HF either
This MR4A is listed as holofoil, but looks more like CS to me:

207  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN/INFO] CARDSMITHS - CURRENCY SERIES 1 TRADING CARDS on: February 12, 2023, 09:48:51 AM
I'm interested in the Shiba Inu CF. PM me with your price offer Wink They seem not as rare as the rarest 1/1 Onyx refractors, but maybe pretty close to that rarity, on par with ruby-gold-sapphire refractor rarity I'm guessing. I've seen a few CF Tesla cards up for sale. I may or may not have snagged one.
My guess of the odds of pulling a CF card, would be about 1:144 (2 in every 3 cases) maybe less. This is just a guess based on the pack odds of finding the meta-rare (1:124) and redemption cards (1:96)

They were first advertised on eBay for around $1000, but as time has gone on and more have been found, you can get one for about $200 now.
The Shiba Inu CF card does seem to be a little more rare than the Tesla one, but I have seen a few of each.

@JUPITYR, I want to order a few more boxes but Australia has been removed from the list of countries when estimating and/or calculating shipping costs,
Do you know if they still shop to Australia?
Are you able to ask them to re-add it, would go through another seller but I know Cardsmiths offer Afterpay services

I have a shiba inu  5000.  Going foil card wanted to more about it ? If any one can help

It sounds like you have the Shiba Inu cold foil (CF), there is no known odds for pulling one of these but they are considered very rare.

Great thread, I have always loved the BTCC products.

All I need to do now is copy the details from the OP to paste it to my "Dear Santa" letter later this year  Cheesy

215  Economy / Collectibles / Re: What crypto coin/wallet/product are you most eager for? + Bonus Question below on: February 02, 2023, 05:27:51 AM
Interested in seeing what 1Hodlclub and BTCC release this year, I don't know what if any they have planned,

My favorite collectables are not coins, more slabs - BTCC titanium blocks and of course Kialara

BTCC stopped producing physical crypto items in 2018
Thats a shame, just about everything they released was beautiful.
I took a crypto break for a few years, so still catching up.

I will change BTCC to Cardsmith Currency cards, series 2  Grin (hopefully, series 1 sells out soon and we see series 2)

These are truly a beautiful coin/chip. With 45g of pure gold and a limited run makes these highly collectable.

If you were to auction this, what would the bidding start at?

I'm looking for card #1A. Will pay above fair market value. Also looking for most holos and some CS, at fair prices.
It looks like you would need to pay above market value for a 1A base card, one sold on eBay last week for just over $60 USD  Shocked
