201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I became Independent Because of Cryptocurrency on: December 11, 2022, 08:04:04 PM
I know this is just silly story but I want to tell you that my bitcoin journey is not fascinating but here I want to tell.
In 2017 I started Bitcoin trading and also got skeptical in crypto. I lost too much much money but I got resilient. Cause I know that their is a future for me in this.
After late 2019 beacsue I took admission in university and now I am  independent and I do not need Money from my parents and that's good for me. I started making Money from crypto. I am And that was joy for me. Now I am making 100 dollars plus form crypto. That is enough for me.

Success always follows tenacity. Congratulations on your successful Bitcoin trading career and independence! The lessons you've learned so far have helped you become a better trader and thinker, which is why you're enjoying today.
My experience was comparable, but I started with bounties because I lacked the capital to invest in cryptocurrency. After realizing how pointless this was, I switched to signature campaigns, where I am paid weekly and can use the money for personal expenses.
202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Bitcoin is Islamic" -by Economist Bruce Fenton on: December 11, 2022, 03:16:47 PM
Everyone has their own viewpoint on bitcoin, taking bitcoin as as Islamic coin is the Bruce Fenton point of view not for all. And the adoption of bitcoin by the Gulf Region is just a prediction not yet reality.

I don't know why people are trying to link bitcoin to a particular religion. Can Bruce Fenton take his Fiat currency to be a particular religion in his country? Bitcoin is neutrality because nobody knows Satoshi, if Satoshi is anonymity bitcoin is also like that.
It simply refers to its legalization in an Islamic manner.
Some people refer to Bitcoin as being similar to gambling because some people are reasoning it as a ponzy scheme and some people without good knowledge are taking it as gambling which is why they take it as some religious leaders are making things clear. Islam has a big restriction over gambling because it was totally prohibited for every Muslim to gamble.
203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 10, 2022, 09:38:02 PM
This has been a bad year for Ronaldo, he’s lost his child, fallen out of favour at Manchester United and now Portugal are out of the World Cup. t is so sad to watch Ronaldo end his international career like this, winning the world cup or at least making it to the finals would have been the perfect way to say goodbye to international football. Portugal had a good outing in the world cup this year I give them the credit. It is so hard to accept the fact that even legends come and go I will definitely miss seeing Ronaldo in Portuguese colors.
Cristiano Ronaldo is a legend that has done so many good things and has keeping so many records both in club side and in Portugal. There is one plane truth that some people are finding it difficult to believe in this Ronaldo issue, you cannot enjoy your own time in football and enjoy others, it's time for Ronaldo to say goodbye to national team has he has done so much for the team,
204  Economy / Economics / Re: Only one way to save people now on: December 10, 2022, 09:27:19 PM
Crypto The world's economic problems can specifically be solved by Bitcoin. Fiat money and bank regulations, which cannot save the world but instead cause financial instability, are to blame. If you continue to hold fiat in your bank account in some countries, like mine, it will continue to depreciate as a result of small fees the bank assesses for maintenance and other reasons. Bitcoin has provided us with a solution to the issue by allowing us to keep our money in digital currency and profit from holding it when the value increases.
205  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Teachers deserve more on: December 10, 2022, 08:23:21 PM
Teachers are the cornerstones of every successful person, regardless of their line of work, because they impart to us the fundamentals of life and are skilled in dealing with children and students from diverse backgrounds and levels of upbringing. Some people are actually overshadowing their significance in society because they receive very little money from the government, which is against what should happen.
Because the government cannot pay teachers, some people used to believe that their reward is in heaven.
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 10, 2022, 07:37:09 PM
England and France match has started and I believe that the match will be very tough the way I'm seeing the match it might end up with penalty, because england is very good in football strategies or style, likewise France, because both teams are strong team and only thing that will make one to win in today's match will be plans and over curiosity to win, but i know that France will definitely win them even it enters penalty
France has already taken the lead in the 16th minute of the match and they are showing strength in their defence because England are attacking them more, and dominated the match. England might soon equalise the goal because they are really in the game more than France.
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: African teams at Qatar. on: December 10, 2022, 07:29:07 PM
Morocco win 1-0 vs Portugal which was unexpected regarding how good Portugal it played vs Switzerland.
This time, Morocco made history for the African continent and Arabic people. What impressed me is how fierce they were with the ball. They weren't playing a simple match, they were playing a life or death game! My respect Smiley
We Africans can be proud of Morocco because they are the only African team still competing in the World Cup. They are extremely fortunate because they overcame numerous obstacles and faced formidable opposition before triumphing. They have now become the first African team in World Cup history to advance to the semifinals.
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2022 Discussion Thread on: December 09, 2022, 08:56:08 PM

Argentina have broken the deadlock very early so Netherlands will need to take bigger risks. Argentina have great players Messi being in the first place to benefit from those opportunities. A 2-0 score would just end Netherlands' hopes easily.
Netherlands are now about to get their hope alive by scoring one goal in the game with almost 10 minutes remaining in the match, they have show some level of seriousness in the match and may turn things around just the way Croatia did and letter have hope of eliminating Argentina too.
209  Economy / Economics / Re: Have Satoshi dream failed? on: December 09, 2022, 08:46:57 PM
If truly we are all here to share crypto experiences then this is another one, I could be the one lacking the knowledge but I believe creating this topic will open my eye to better understanding.

Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin as the perfect P2P digital money but today people are forced to pay tax on their holdings. Haven't this make the whole anonymous and freedom dream of Nakamoto failed?
Perhaps the primary goal was to offer a potential solution to people in a small area, but the technology spread throughout the world and many people saw it as a means of independence for their income and personal wealth. Governments also joined the argument for its legalization, which is why they tax cryptocurrency users in some countries because the citizens benefit from the digital currency and have a legal obligation to do so in order for the government to meet their basic needs, which also include providing for them.
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will not become the world currency. on: December 09, 2022, 07:59:37 PM

So I don't think Bitcoin is going to become a fiat currency.

Due to its inability to function as a fiat, bitcoin will never become one. Government controls our wealth in their banks and keeps an eye on how we spend it. Because of regulations placed on fiat currencies, they are accepted by all governments as a form of exchange. Many people worldwide are attempting to accept Bitcoin as a form of exchange similar to fiat because it offers a different way to manage our wealth and increase its value by holding it as it might increase over time.
211  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: As a newbie I stay off shitcoin and it paid off, Bitcoin is the king. on: December 09, 2022, 02:31:22 PM
After I started my Bitcoin holding journey a few months ago,
At that time, my close friend Sam! also have some capital he want to put away in cryptocurrency, and I advised him to buy Bitcoin instead of an altcoin. But instead of him to have a long-term potential mentality, he was looking for a quick profit so he filled up his portfolio with shitcoin, while I went in on a single portfolio of Bitcoin and when the unexpected of FTX hack happen the whole market in shamble and his altcoin portfolio have dropped above %800+ but my bitcoin holding still maintains some level of stability.

This gives me more confidence in Bitcoin and newbie who are looking for long-term holding should hold more bitcoin, in their private wallet to avoid exchange, but your knowledge to always have a good entry price.
Greed makes some beginners fall in crypto investment, just because they want quick money and thinks that Bitcoin can not go more two times its value, and they believe that Altcoins will go more than 10 times its price if Bitcoin price pump again not knowing that Bitcoin is the king and will always remain the king. Investing in bitcoin have no risk as far as I am concerned because of the trust I have for Bitcoin, and I am taking this bear market as the right time to place my investment, because its a perfect time for me.

213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Bitcoin is Islamic" -by Economist Bruce Fenton on: December 09, 2022, 01:18:29 PM
I remember an article declaring Bitcoin halal. That's something I understand, as it basically allows Muslims to use it. Bitcoin being Islamic, however, sounds as if there's something specifically Muslim to it, which isn't true. It's like appropriation of Bitcoin by one religion. I am happy that Muslims can use Bitcoin and that it doesn't go against their laws, but people of other faiths and atheists can use it just as well.
In my personal view, trading Bitcoin is simply the buying and selling of a digital asset, which almost everyone in the world does. The difference is that people buy and hold Bitcoin while they wait for the price to increase by two or even three or four times the purchase price, which is just as normal as the profit or gain we experience when buying and selling other goods. Bitcoin is authorized and lawful.

The main reason why dem kick against the cash withdrawal limit na because of the forth coming election. 215  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading and investing, and still very broke.why? Is it spiritual? on: December 08, 2022, 06:09:08 PM
I sit-down to wonder why traders who are consistent in trading and also investing still remain very broke despite the effort they put to erradicating poverty, but it still seems like there is some sort of unforseen and spiritual forces controlling the physical.Or should it be foundational curse from the forefathers affecting the present circumstances?or is it that the poverty is inherited? Or is it a gene or chromosome?.These are questions that that I tend to ask.
Some traders actually lead very comfortable lives despite their persistent trading attitude. Perhaps the people you are referring to as constant traders who are still broke are losing money every day in trading and are perpetually broke because they lack adequate knowledge and background about crypto trading. On the other hand, they might be accumulating their profits and not want the general public to see how wealthy they are.

217  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Create wealth first before the use of bitcoin on: December 08, 2022, 11:39:36 AM
I have always come across people giving stories to promote bitcoin or give awareness of bitcoin in rural areas. It is a very nice job to tell people about bitcoin because it is the major currency in the world.  In this rural area how can bitcoin be used when majority of people in the the town are battling with poverty,  and how can bitcoin be used when majority don't have access to Internet.  I think people in rural area needs to be financially stable first before knowing bitcoin.
The awareness in rural areas is actually very good, there is no limit to learning, and you must not be in urban or developed place before investing in bitcoin. Investing in bitcoin is a choice, everyone can do that regardless of your location if you actually knows everything about it, and you have basic knowledge about how the blockchain works then you are good to go. I can be in a rural are and have interest in Bitcoin then, I will just go out and look for network then place my investment.
218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nigerian government set to tax bitcoin and crypto transactions on: December 08, 2022, 11:28:07 AM
Maybe the government want to use that strategy to know if government can also benefit from Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in the country before they can make it legal for the users to have full access to it. I guess, there are some countries that imposed tax to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency users in their countries but the users are not enjoying it like El Salvador country that made it free for their citizens. If the government will make it legal in the country by tax users , it will really help Nigeria government to tackle this high inflation that is affecting the country.
That is exactly what the Nigerian government wants, as they will impose tax on any cryptocurrency investor. They want to use this method to begin profiting from cryptocurrency.
The government of Nigeria may decide that accepting it and profiting from it is preferable to outright banning it and having the public use it, given that the public is already using Bitcoin despite the ban that took effect in February 2021.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: December 06, 2022, 07:54:57 PM
There is much more pressure on Barcelona than on Real Madrid. If Madrid don't become champions this year, no one will be upset about it. Madrid has achieved many great successes nationally and internationally in recent years, which have built up a substantial buffer for a few years. And are also still active in the CL. Barcelona should actually become champion, or at least win the cup. But the national championship is more highly regarded than the Copa del rey. At the moment it is equal between Barcelona and Madrid, but if 1 team falls out of shape, the backlog can quickly add up.
Barcelona changed their coach and some players due to pressure and poor performance, which is why Xavi was given a chance and money to sign sime players. But even so, things haven't gone as planned as they were eliminated from the Champions League group stage, which is very bad for a team like Barcelona. If they really want to win the title this year, I hope they can add some strength to the team by adding more players. If not, Real Madrid will still win the trophy.
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: African teams at Qatar. on: December 06, 2022, 07:45:21 PM
Congratulations to the Atlas Lions of Morocco for making Africa so proud and for being the only African team to get to the quater finals in Qatar. History has been made again today as Morocco has become the second African team to defeat a world-class team like Spain just like Cameroon did to Brazil, and Tunisia to France but that wasn't much discussed because they were unable to make it to the next stage even with the win.

Big heads up to the Moroccan goalkeeper Bono for his bravery and for making those beautiful saves today in the game I believe the players are happy after his performance and the entire team is proud of him.
The World Cup this year had some unexpected results, one of which was the Morocco game today. Morocco is a very good team that has improved since the last African Cup of Nations, and they have now made history by defeating Spain in the World Cup knockout round in Qatar in 2022. The fact that Morocco is the only African team still competing is undoubtedly a great accomplishment.
