We decided to translate our texts about Freewallet scam to other languages. We noticed that there are Freewallet scam victims who live outside English-speaking states. That`s why it might be useful for them to stay in touch with there neighbours. For example here we prepared some materials for Russian speaking community. Texts in other languages will also appear in several days.

We resolve all kinds of issues no matter if they are discussed in public space or not.
That's a lie! I can show dozens of complaints where the issues never were resolved https://freewalletreviews.org/freewallet-full-review-and-explanation-of-this-scam/ Similar comments may be found on various websites! So, yes, the only way for most people to get back their coins is to send public scam accusations. Otherwise no one will even know that such issue occured.

Are there any users from Australia who were scammed? If yes, then I advice to make a report here https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/report-a-scamGood thing is that you have an oprion to allow the government to share your report with other authorities and private structures that work on stopping fraud.

I talked with some editors of sites that published Freewallet advertisements. Some agreed with the arguments, others ignored them. Apparently they received compensation for advertising. And someone even tried to jump off the topic, claiming that scammers are the owners of Freewallet io, although it is obvious that most of the complaints relate specifically to Freewallet org.

Freewallet is doing these same scams regularly.
Well the good thing is that today I see much more reviews about Freewallet scam on sitejabber, Reddit, Quora etc, then earlier. Every website that notifies Freewallet also contains some negative reviews. That might help to decrease the number of the victims.

New story from another victim of Freewallet scam

If you know any other online services that are working to remove scam projects, please, let me know. It's really important if people will be able to make some actions against scammers.

Don't worry! Sometimes it takes time for reviews on review platforms to appear. Administration may check and approve them later. Thanks for your actions!

But the crypto community should keep reporting and take down this dangerous app for new crypto users. Now is the time for the crypto community to show solidarity, and remove from the crypto world anything that is harmful to the crypto community.
That's true. AppStore moderators aren't Freewallet clients. So that it may be hard for them to understand what KYC scam is. That's why we have to send them our reviews and materials about this sort of fraud. It is also important to send abuses to other authorities, including:* NameCheap.com (domain registrar of Freewallet org) * CloudFlare (they help Freewallet to hide real IP's) * ICANN * NFIB and local police aithorities. It's also important to post your complaints everywhere!

Right now Freewallet reviews on Sitejabber is one of the sources where new potential customers may find advice to use or not to use this app. You can see that it's reputation there is poor. BUT! Freewallet administration pays for positive comments. So that many newbies may be deceived. If Freewallet stole your assets, please spend several minutes to fill your complaint there: https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/freewallet.org
Thanks!

Post your complaints and stories about Freewallet scam on sitejabber. The owners of Freewallet org spend a lot of money on advertising. In particular, they massively post custom reviews and laudatory comments. One such site is Sitejabber.com. If you look at all the reviews published there, you will notice many flattering comments in which the “client” praises the application. And this is clearly not true. But there are also dozens of complaints from victims of the Freewallet scam on sitejabber. We contacted the resource administration with a request not to advertise the application. And our complaint was heard. Administrators have published a warning about the presence of custom reviews on Freewallet. We encourage you to leave your comments there too! https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/freewallet.orgPost your complaint, tell about your complaints against Freewallet! Demand that this application not be advertised anywhere and under any circumstances!

I don't understand what is the task in this thread. Is it some other Petition? Can't find a link to it. I never used Apple Store, so probably if I write them, they won't understand what is my issue...
Here is a simple instruction: https://realreviews.info/remove-freewallet-scam-from-app-store/It will take 5-10 minutes. But this gives us a chanse to remove scammers from AppStore, so that they won't be able to find new victims. Thank you!

A fraudulent company like Freewallet is still continuing its activities, the government is not taking any action against them, if the government had taken action against the frauds, then those involved with Freewallet would be in jail now.
On August 1, 2023, we filed an official crime report addressed to NFIB. This request is registered under number NFRC230806087223. At the same time, we created a petition calling for an investigation into the actions of the Freewallet administration. The petition is available at the link https://chng.it/hJhZVYp5Wy and has already received more than 30 signatures, mainly from victims of the Freewallet scam. Unfortunately, NFIB ignored both of these appeals. Moreover, a short response was received from the agency’s employees that “Home Office Counting Rules set out the circumstances under which we can record a crime and on this occasion the matter you reported to us cannot be classified as a police recorded crime.” This situation led us to file a complaint with the Independent Office for Police Conduct. Unfortunately, this measure did not lead to the start of an objective investigation into Freewallet’s actions. British law enforcement officers are ignoring requests, and thereby covering up scammers!
