201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin co-operation on: February 09, 2015, 07:20:52 PM
I have seen a lot of altcoins developers do this. Maybe they should work on reviving some ideas from old alts and use it in their coins.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think..... on: February 09, 2015, 07:20:01 PM
Gems if the chat app starts to go viral then it will explode up in price taking BTC with it.

You should hope for an app in the first place, before hoping it goes viral.
203  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Bitdicing.com - What do you think I can get for it? on: February 09, 2015, 07:17:44 PM
I just feel that not a lot of dice sites go for the name directly, only dicebitco.in did, but  most of the others have their own different name.
204  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin WesternUnion like service on: February 09, 2015, 07:16:27 PM
Seems remittance services are on a rise in asia and countries like Philippines.
They have some really nice services for these.
205  Economy / Gambling / Re: tips for score exact on: February 09, 2015, 07:12:43 PM

207  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Another MtGox happening right now in China! 500 mil.$ lost. Prepare for a crash! on: February 09, 2015, 07:09:07 PM
Topic's title needs to be changed. This is not about an exchange like MtGox but a company which was selling dubious investments, ponzi-like somehow related to BTC.

The op seems to be anti-bitcoin. He is directing it exactly like what serves his purpose.
Maybe you are right , or maybe  he only wants to buy some cheap bitcoin (I don't know).

he is actually right. it seems op has also been fuding on the speculation thread,
208  Economy / Speculation / Re: FAKE news: "3 billion HKD lost" in Mycoin.hk bitcoin exchange runoff on: February 09, 2015, 07:04:20 PM
I'm not sure this story will turn out fake, but I'm pretty confident it has been over-exaggerated with the reported losses.

If the figures were true the bitcoin exchanges in China would have re-acted more violently which in itself is a sign that they are not taking the story seriously.

Its actually not fake news, but the story involves fiat, and is just simply related to bitcoin. The loss was incurred in fiat, and the company was relted to bitcoin.
209  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 09, 2015, 12:00:52 PM
Itīs hard to keep track and not to be confused with all those big bitcoin scams and frauds that appear almost weekly.

And even the fiat scams! http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/scam-alerts
It boggles the mind!
 Smiley

But that doesn't gets fiats value down
210  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What if bitcoin was PLAN B by the Goverments? on: February 09, 2015, 11:20:43 AM
Bitcoin isn't their Plan B. They would never introduce something they can't control.

If inbcase it was a government project, then they would definitely have a way to control it.
211  Economy / Gambling / Re: Money Laundering In Bitcoin Gambling Sites on: February 08, 2015, 06:22:17 PM
i think somebody have tried this method some time ago, but we don't know Tongue
but, like other people said, just use mixed/shared coin service to launder your coin
or an exchange (but can be traced)
and if we launder bitcoin (in huge amount) in gambling site, we have a chance to get scammed

I talked about that with bitmixer : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=415396.msg10097131#msg10097131

It is safer with a mixer than a casino because no logs is kept with a mixer while the casino has the information that links the 2 addresses.

I think even mixers have to keep some form of information, incase a legal issue arises.
212  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What if bitcoin was PLAN B by the Goverments? on: February 08, 2015, 06:20:14 PM
Dont worry... Government(s) wont work together. They'll compete each other.

It could always be a one sided government conspiracy.
213  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Another MtGox happening right now in China! 500 mil.$ lost. Prepare for a crash! on: February 08, 2015, 06:19:32 PM
And this almost explains that Op is lying: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=948826.msg10390228#msg10390228
214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Explaining blockchain to newcomers on: February 08, 2015, 06:17:42 PM
Oh man I hate it when people who are technically-declined ask me to explain Bitcoin to them. I can never seem to find the words to explain it to these types.

Best to just tell them what it is, rather than the details of how it works.
215  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Another MtGox happening right now in China! 500 mil.$ lost. Prepare for a crash! on: February 08, 2015, 06:15:42 PM
I hope this doesn't have something to do with FonziePonzie.
500 Mil USD being on that exchange is absurd

217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ★★★★★NBA/SOCCER/TENNIS PICKS (16W/5L)★★★★★ on: February 04, 2015, 06:24:23 AM
Parlays are becoming such a problem now days. I always get one or 2 losses even with games where I am getting the odds of only 1.1x .
Lost a big bet last night when I placed a live bet on a game for Under 4.5( at 1.06x) , at half time when the score was 1-0 .
The game ended 5-0 :/  .

219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ★★★★★NBA/SOCCER/TENNIS PICKS (16W/5L)★★★★★ on: February 03, 2015, 10:25:15 AM
I am planning to make a parlay out of the tennis bets. Can you provide 3 out of those which would be good for the parlay ?

He did mention he was sure of all bets so making on any is safe.
220  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: January 30, 2015, 08:52:55 PM
Yes, that name exists. Gotta email them for password recovery (expect some serious questions / validation methods.) GL.

May I know how did you check it exists?

Not sure. Sealsdeals.info might help, but its not working for me now(last I tried it months back, so not sure if the search feature is still working.
Bitcoinpokerblog also might be one option, but you need to register there first. or maybe what dave23 said

How is the player level on Seals with clubs compared to pokerstars?
I play mostly tournements on stars, are the players on SWC weaker or stronger?
Well, that would be hard to answer considering tournaments on Stars having a big field of players, but I think tournament players are similar almost on all sites.
The field obviously becomes tougher if you go for the big buyin tournies like the BIG BTC on sundays, but mostly its similar to stars.
