201  Economy / Gambling / Re: WORLD CUP ♥♥♥♥ Nauro's Guaranteed Picks wait for you !!!! on: February 13, 2015, 07:42:48 AM

before you charge something, you better provide a good statistic of winning record first id suggest, otherwise no one gonna trust your pick

I think he had a previous thread with good picks before. But haven't followed that much, so don't know the latest stats
202  Other / Off-topic / Re: TV Series Recommendations... on: February 13, 2015, 07:16:19 AM
The continuation of this season of Suits has been surprisingly good IMO.

I think the first two episodes of Better Call Saul, have also set the stage for a pretty entertaining show.

Can't wait for the next episode of Banshee, I don't know why I like that show so much...but I do!

Would have been better if they had extended the breaking bad by reviving him Tongue
203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Many Bitcoiners are Mentally Ill? on: February 13, 2015, 07:13:29 AM
I'm glad at least some of the trolls are still putting a good effort into making well written, entertaining posts. I like the way this one goes right for the self esteem! Very acidic.

Cheers!  Grin

Whats the point of visiting the forums if you don't see these kinds of posts.
204  Local / Off-Topic (India) / Re: I hate politics on: February 12, 2015, 09:06:42 PM
But just for fun lets see what you opinions are to the poll.

With Mr Modi being so tech savvy as he is, I do think he'd be more open towards adopting Bitcoins in India.
On the other hand Bitcoins can really be used to fund some anti social stuff and I think AAP would be the party that would be generally against such a decentralized currency.

Congress is hopeless, they dont believe in arming Indians with guns or Bitcoins for that matter... I wonder if rahul Gandhi is on this forum, or is he sleeping again ?  Roll Eyes

I wonder how would AAP respond to the concept of bitcoins. The currency of the common man Tongue
205  Local / India / Re: Kolkata Bitcoin Meetup - March 1, 2015 on: February 11, 2015, 08:54:10 PM

Nice initiative. I'd urge, each & everyone in and around Kolkata should attend this meetup. Once a few people show up, more will join. Try to reach out the engineering college communities in Bengal.

Adding an online google hangout stream is always a good idea. Even in the Delhi meetup last year, we had 6 people on google hangout and only 4 people who showed up in the physical meetup. Anyone know where is subvolatil these days ?
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ★★★★★NBA/SOCCER/TENNIS PICKS (29W/12L)★★★★★ on: February 11, 2015, 08:51:27 PM
Any tennis bets for tonight ?
Here is mine: Grigor Dimitrov to win . I have bet a coin on him.

Oh damn. Seems he is down 0-3, in the first set itself.

Looks like something worth trying. Thanks for the list.
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin’s Value Is Increasing Despite Price Instability on: February 11, 2015, 06:00:32 PM
ACtually depends on who looks at it. Some people relating the price with its value think the opposite, which is probably the wrong mindset.

What if the bank can never cover any deposit ?
213  Economy / Gambling / Re: I am leaving guys. :( on: February 11, 2015, 05:55:24 PM
What a bummer man that's a lot of coins gone. Gambling isn't for the faint hearted and only 1% of players actually win.

That statistic is actually bullshit, just saying.

I wount even touch the topic of how smart is it to play -ev games like dice, but keeping your entire roll on the gambling site (or exchange, for that matter), is not super smart as well.

Yup and makin bets of size of your bankroll is not a good move. Sorry for your loss Watoshi.

216  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you have a coinbase account you may want to check this post. on: February 07, 2015, 12:05:25 PM
Heard that they block accounts linked to gamble sites.
Another reason why to drop them
217  Other / Off-topic / Re: Brutal force PDF on: February 07, 2015, 12:04:29 PM
I have tried a lot of times, but never found any way to actually do it.
Brute forcers take days, and do not guarantee results.
218  Economy / Gambling / Re: turn 0.01BTC into 1BTC on SatoshiMines in 2 hours! on: February 07, 2015, 12:03:07 PM
Why don't you test your own money and get 20 btc by tomorrow?

This. And you should lock this thread if you don't want a negative rep.
There is no sure fire way to win in gamble.
219  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I "protect" my wallet on: February 07, 2015, 11:58:43 AM
The best way for me, is to back up to a cold storage for large amounts.
For smaller amounts, you might keep it on a multibit wallet, but if you aren't sure of your computer, then using localbitcoins or an online wallet is fine too.
but any amount over 1 BTC should be moved to cold storage
220  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin Casinos on: February 07, 2015, 09:42:50 AM
I'm looking into how this is done do i need to code this or have this coded ?
is there any source code available?
any idea how this works would be nice

Please forget all this ready-made casino scripts out there. If you are seriously interested in running a Bitcoincasino, you'll need to pay designers and programmers to do so because without knowledge operating such a business would be very silly.

I would second this. Even after launching something, you will have to make sure no one can use exploits on your site to take advantage of the site.
