201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 19, 2022, 02:10:18 PM

Head to head is not always a benchmark for predicting a team that will win, but it's only natural that many of us are favorites if chelsea can win over brighton today, because chelsea performance this season was quite good and quite consistent before being defeated by manchester city last week.

I also wrongly predicted their match, and bet on the team that I judged for being in the top 3 of the standings.  Turns out that's not a very good guarantee.  Seeing that the result was a draw, it was enough to disappoint me even though if they were to attack more, only 2 goals could not be scored.  It's a shame, naturally the results with City are also far from expectations.  Chelsea missed the opportunity to catch up on points with City.
202  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [DISKUSI] Perkembangan NFT di Indonesia on: January 18, 2022, 06:06:10 PM

203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 18, 2022, 05:05:30 PM
Barcelona does have to issue players who receive big salaries to improve their current financial condition. After countinho left for Aston Villa, there's certainly a bit of leeway for Barcelona, but for team improvement this season, actually requires good quality players. This is a dilemma for Barcelona as a team known for spending expensively on players, having to let go of their best players slowly.

Another rumor, their young players Riqui Puig, on AC Milan radars, maybe this is good chance for Barca  Grin
I know that they already sent Coutinho to Aston Villa and Griezman to Atletico Madrid but there are still many unused or useless players who cost them a lot from salary. One of such players are Dembele and as said because of overpaid salary, it is challenging for Barcelona to find clubs that can accept to partially pay salary for such players, in a bought transfer or loan.

Puig can be a future of Barcelona so how do they want him to go?

There are many reasons that Barcelona can use not to extend Dembele's contract, has he not submitted a very high contract value?  whereas on the other hand, Barcelona hope he extends his contract with a smaller number due to financial problems.  Instead he increased his value, and reportedly he also has an agreement with Juventus.  Isn't this like his own plan to get out of a club whose finances are not doing well?
204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the next big industry move? on: January 18, 2022, 04:16:32 PM

Unfortunately, they are trying to regulate even decentralized services, but as far as I understand, they succeed very poorly, since it is easy to “pressure” an organization, but it is difficult to “pressure” a large number of people. I can assume that the authorities will try to maintain their monopoly position by offering users competitive services (like CDBC instead of real cryptocurrencies), I hope most people don't fall for this trick.

CBDC was created because of the concerns of regulators with this decentralized system so that they created similar but not the same things to fulfill their interests.  The gambling business is inseparable from the very large number of transactions.  Tax objects gather in one place with the aim of spending it, when gambling businesses find it difficult to implement KYC due to the concept of decentralized crypto then they offer CBDCs to replace and kill other cryptos because they are natural competitors.
205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 18, 2022, 03:31:54 PM
Brighton and Chelsea will play today. My favorite is Chelsea. They will definitely win this game. In other words, they have to win. They don't want to lose points. They were playing very well until recently. Now is the time to play well again for Chelsea. I expect good football in this match.
Chelsea and Brighton have met 13 times and Chelsea have 10 victories in these matches. 3 matches ended in a draw. Brighton has no more wins. If they beat Chelsea tonight, they will get their first win. This year Brighton is playing a not bad game. Maybe they can get their first win tonight.

It's difficult to beat Chelsea, and in this respect Brighton are far different from the ability of their opponents.  From the data you just show, their chances of winning are 10: 3, it's already very disproportionately logical.  Even if you can win, it's just luck.  Yes, although that's not entirely true.  If you bet on Brighton then it is very risky even though the profit is definitely bigger with a big risk too. I suggest to bet Chelsea for the safe choice.
206  Economy / Economics / Re: 2022 Savings and investment plan on: January 18, 2022, 02:34:58 PM
Controlling finances every year for me is a bit difficult, without investing and trading money will not spin.
You dont have to take risky investments if you are not in a position to. Playing safe is possible in the market but your returns might not be too high. To play safe, buy low and sell high, but choose some proper points. Save money every month and cut down on costs that you can possibly eliminate.

You know what I have learned from the last year up to now? Don't panic. That's the main lesson that gets me through trigger-happy selling.
Both trigger happy groups are at the verge of collapsing when the market goes in the opposite direction, this can and must be prevented by placing orders only after choosing a proper entry or exit point respectively.

The psychological condition of an investor greatly influences his decision to invest.  If you really have a lot of time to manage your portfolio, I think being a trader is the most profitable position than investing in the long term and only expecting value growth and the worst option is to cut loss when it doesn't fit the criteria.  Don't be time-blind and ignore all the signs.  Long-term analysis is also very decisive, don't hold long term on shitcoins that we don't know what the project is.  The worst condition is like SQUID coin.
207  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is for everyone but not everyone will be for Bitcoin on: January 18, 2022, 01:32:26 PM
May I join the "fuck shitcoins" bandwagon? I do not invest into them all that much but I still hate them because they make it so hard to make a profit and convince other people to join in. People see them either making a ton of money and consider it a scam (which they do look like one) or they see people losing it all and they think it is a scam (which most of them are).

So, shitcoins are actually the reason why crypto is not adopted faster in the world right now. Nobody says do not create brand new stuff, there are tons of coins and tokens that gets start and become huge, things like sol, matic, avax are all "new" when you look at it, even cake and uni is not too old. These are all 2-3 year old coins and they have risen to top 10 levels. So I have to say that there is a room for new projects, just not the shitcoin ones that barely get any traction.

I agree with you.  I really remember the journey of some new coins because I invested from still price of 1 USD to hundreds of USD.  However, Shitcoin undermines people's trust to engage and invest in crypto.  Regarding the thread that was made that not everyone is for Crypto, it's actually not entirely true, especially if it is associated with limited capital to invest.  I am one example, I even had 0 USD to be able to get a few USD from the crypto market.  At least there is a will and intention to develop is the key to success in the crypto market.
208  Economy / Economics / Re: Buy Crypto Or Have Fun Staying Poor! on: January 18, 2022, 07:17:20 AM
We already see that the financial markets don’t care about covid. So I don’t think the fed is going to reverse their decision. With this we should see inflation go down within the next year or so.

If you say the financial markets don't care about Covid, you'd be wrong. The financial market in this case is banking, especially the central bank said that their policies are focused on economic stability during the pandemic, but in my view they are doing the opposite, such as printing large amounts of money. Capital market conditions also had an impact due to the pandemic, companies in the medical sector experienced a significant increase in the value of their shares, so it is hoped that ordinary people do not need to save in fiat.
209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 17, 2022, 04:17:11 PM
Because what Chelsea did was create two barriers in front of the goal. This makes it difficult for any team to score a goal. For me, Tuchel only tried to defend and eventually try to counterattack.

I think Chelsea had the ability to do more, but they just didn't create almost any danger for Man City. If Chelsea couldn't do it, how are other clubs going to do it? Of course there may be suppressions, but at this point they will be difficult.
I think that Liverpool are stronger than Chelsea this season, so it shouldn't be seen as the only club that can take on City in the Premier League. Moreover, after the defeat, Chelsea let up Liverpool at the second place, and Liverpool played one game less than Chelsea. In any case, the only thing left for Chelsea is to fight for second place with Liverpool, maybe Tottenham will try to join these teams, but as we saw in the cup matches, Chelsea confidently beat Tottenham.

I saw Chelsea's match against City who were only able to defend but their defense was still penetrated with a goal from Bruyne.  City are indeed very clever in pressing their opponents to lose, their consistency puts their position at the top of the standings.  But what about their toughest opponents Liverpool and Chelsea?  Chelsea has proven unable to survive in front of City yesterday while Liverpool are still preparing a strategy to be able to beat City in the coming month.  If you look at the previous Liverpool were able to hold on to a draw with City and this time they have a chance to win the match.
210  Economy / Economics / Re: U.S. Contemplating Isolating Russia from SWIFT Banking System on: January 16, 2022, 05:12:58 PM
If Russia gets cut out from the SWIFT,how the Russians are going to get paid for all the goods they are exporting and selling to the rest of the world?Gold, fiat cash or Bitcoin?Nah,Bitcoin is not an option. Grin
I don't really think that Russia and the western world will go to war for Ukraine.A war means that both sides will lose and nobody is going to win.Putin is clearly bluffing against the west, because he doesn't have a plan B.
What's the plan B for Russia?Becoming China's puppet state and main supplier of fuels and raw materials, eventually becoming more and more dependent of the Chinese?
I think that Putin wants to keep all options available and he will agree to negotiate with the western world.

Indeed, the current state of relations between the two countries is very hot, due to the political interests of their respective countries. I do not think that Russia really wants to go to war with that country, because the war that will be carried out will not have a significant advantage and become an obstacle for their country to develop further. The economic conditions during the pandemic are also not good, especially at this time the alternative payment is still not perfect even though they have planned to find an alternative system for the threat posed by the US. Ukraine itself is quite sensitive to the condition of Russia which increases its war fleet. In fact, again, it is a personal Russian affair, it is natural for a country to strengthen its defense and security.
211  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID has driven Americans to bank $1.6 TRILLION in savings on: January 16, 2022, 04:36:57 PM
but the real reason for this current savings debacle is very simple - record low interest rates, quantitative easing, and tons and tons of repos.
All the more reason not to keep money in fiat savings. Pay down your debts, pay into your IRA/match your employer's retirement contributions, buy bitcoin, buy stocks, anything but leaving your money as fiat and getting hammered by inflation.

The main impact of this pandemic issue is the inflation. However, the economic conditions due to the pandemic have not completely improved. The difficulty of getting a job with social restrictions imposed and the costs incurred for health are getting bigger, both borne by the state, companies and even individual communities have become issues that support the multiplier effect of the current economic system.

People's psychology to save and save in the form of fiat is an absolute mistake, how can you not? I live in a country with a pretty worrisome economic past, when the economic crisis hit and systemic, the value of fiat became worthless. I myself convinced myself to take out all my fiat savings and convert them into Crypto, Gold, and Property.

Fiat is available only for basic cash flow needs that cannot be replaced. If there are still people in our environment who survive by hoarding fiat money, they need to be educated about the worst impacts.
212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 16, 2022, 03:54:29 PM
I think it's just an exaggerated rumor from the media. We know how Barcelona's finances are right now and you may have to admit that Haaland is not a priority for Barcelona to sign if they haven't found a solution to his financial problem. Even though Barcelona would love to have a player like Haaland, they don't have the ability to sign him.

Currently Xavi has quite a lot of young talent in his team and must be put to good use to compete with other competitors. Barcelona have also just signed Ferran from Manchester City so Xavi will have a good option for his team. Even so, I would definitely support Barcelona to get some top players but it's hard to see them being able to compete with a team that has good financial strength like Real Madrid, or any other Premier League team.

Mbappe's transfer conditions have not yet been completed, whether it will end up moving to Real Madrid or staying at PSG. His own behavior, he wanted to move to the giant Club. However, it is undeniable that Mbappe also does not want to disappoint PSG because he feels indebted. So far, the offer that Real Madrid has made can be said to be large, but PSG argues that the initial capital to buy Mbappe has not been covered, this is only an excuse to keep Mbappe. It's just a matter of time, it's impossible for Mbappe to be disappointed and disappointed.

If Barcelona buy new players, it seems very unlikely. Their financial condition, which resulted in not extending the contract of their favorite player Messi and ending up moving to PSG is not a common issue. Are new players willing to be owed by Barca because they can't pay? I don't think so.
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 16, 2022, 02:56:05 PM
They have Bruno, Tominay, De Beek, Fred, Sancho, Rashford, Greenwood and I see Tominay can play as a defensive midfielder. But if a team rely on a defensive midfielder to protect their defense system, it is wrong. Something seriously wrong because one player can not protect a whole defense system. Other players have to contribute to create pressure on opponents and reduce pressure or risk on defense system. Issues with Manchester United are not only in that position but also in their whole system which looks to be very weak, not united and broken.

Man United's game in the first half was actually quite good, and Ronaldo's absence did not have a significant impact at the beginning of the match. Bruno managed to execute passes from his team very well, so Man United took the lead early on. But in the end they played off guard to let Aston Villa equalize. All his teams were lulled by their temporary wins at the start, it's natural for Bruno to be frustrated with the results they should have won if they weren't careless from the defensive side.

The interesting thing after this, it was Westham who were defeated by Leeds in the first round. In their match Leeds were much more aggressive than Westham, but was this really a strategy from the start to let their opponent take the lead first? However, Westham should be superior in terms of their journey so far to reach 4th place. Don't be like Man United who were beaten by a lower team and Westham who are currently against Leeds.
214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 15, 2022, 04:52:19 PM
It has to be said - City is too good this season. They are on another level, after a slow start they look unbeatable in recent months.
They did not give anything to Chelsea today, they were in full control of the game.

The difference now is a huge 13 points in front of Chelsea, 8 points in front of Liverpool if Liverpool wins both games in hand. I'd say that they cannot lose this with 16 games remaining.

After a few months, City is playing very well in every game. Chelsea alone is difficult to beat, although it is not certain they will be winners in this league but the signs are very clear. Liverpool and Chelsea will have to go the extra mile to beat the points City have accumulated so far and this is difficult but not impossible either.
215  Local / Trading dan Spekulasi / Re: Robot Trading, Menjanjikan Profit, Benarkah? on: January 15, 2022, 02:44:49 PM

216  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [DISKUSI] Perkembangan NFT di Indonesia on: January 15, 2022, 02:36:01 PM

Seeing the slightly improved market conditions at 43k USD for some people, this is a recovery period or just a form of psychological provocation for holders and traders to be able to play with it.  Who is the holder of the most money who can set the pattern of profits on various sides.  Meanwhile, the penny holders are silent and the team monitors from afar and prepares all alternative options to resolve the problems that arise.
218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 13, 2022, 03:02:38 PM
Arsenal will have to fight with other clubs and I hope that they won't fuc* it.

West Ham, Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham make this race is very competitive and crowded.

If the basis is because of their performance last season, I also agree but now their performance is different from yesterday.  They have played very competitively to get to their best position.  Even though they are far from hoping to win this league at least they have played very well to be able to advance to the Champions League.  Currently City, Chelsea and Liverpool are at the top but it has not been ruled out that they can be eliminated as well with various supporting factors.
219  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: Elon Musk memulai pumping DOGE lagi? on: January 12, 2022, 11:41:14 PM
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: January 12, 2022, 10:48:06 PM
The match between Tottenham Hotspur and chelsea has ended with score 0-1 for chelsea victory, chelsea have secured themselves to the final with a 0-3 aggregate win against tottenham today, rudiger goal in the 25th minute really has destroyed tottenham in second leg match, for final chelsea have to wait for the match between arsenal and liverpool later.

To be fair, we must admit that a more logical result of the match would have been a draw, but Chelsea advance to the next round absolutely rightly. It looks like luck is coming back to them and I hope it will help them in the next match with City. I would not want the EPL intrigue to die so early.

It was seen that their game in the match was very slow at the beginning and they were very careful to see the movement of their opponent.  However, Tottenham was defeated by a goal in the first half, so they continued to be depressed by this condition.  The change in the pattern of play was seen after the first half, they had played fast enough and attacked Chelsea several times and failed until it was Chelsea who walked towards the final.
