203  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: October 28, 2016, 02:33:27 AM
For me no best investment strategy except we split our investment at some place/way.
because each way have plus and minus, if 1 way fail, we have other way to get profit.
it's like my trading strategy, not focus at bitcoin only.
204  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: October 28, 2016, 02:19:25 AM
I know there are many big players who manipulate bitcoin price and make huge profits but can we the bitcointalk members also form a cartel and let bitcoin price never fall?is it possible that we manipulate price as I am sure most of bitcoin users visit this forum

the problem is bitcointalk is not a central organization, bitcointalk is only forum, each mmember can make pump analisys and dump analisys, it's diffirent with pump group, he is a real organitazion to make market rise or fail.

we have more way to invest our bitcoin like holding, trading, loan, gambling, hyip , buying hardware mining, buying cloud mining contract etc.
i have more experience at all of them, and for me the best way is having a real mining hardware. it's more secure, we can selling again our hardware after reach of investment.

208  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to manage money? on: October 24, 2016, 02:24:50 AM
today is digital era, we have computer and smartphone.
for me the best way to manage our money is using our smartphone/computer, to write any transaction, invest, saving, buying a needs, having fun etc.
so we will know our saving, our investing etc. and we can manage "the best proportion of our needs"
209  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin and how it is in different countires on: October 24, 2016, 02:21:23 AM
in my country bitcoin is not yet regulated. but you can use it as payment processor, no tax becasue not yet regulated.
in other place of my country, some tourism use bitcoin to pay anything, and more merchands avaible, but the volume transaction is still small.

210  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Safe Wallet Options on: October 24, 2016, 02:18:19 AM
this is just my opinion, for me the safe wallet is where we can acces to privekey, and where we can backup and restore our wallet with easy step, at this case for me mycellium, jaxx wallet, electrum wallet is some of the safe wallet, im use it whituout any issue, if i can't acces to my wallet, i just put the privekey to other wallet, then send it quickly.
211  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: October 24, 2016, 01:50:56 AM
if all people use bitcoin, it's not diffirent with other currency, just use it like normal currency.
in fact nowdays, bitcoin used by more than 50% of people in internet, so in digital life bitcoin is very popular.
also bitcoin is the strongest currency in last 5year.

Financial Inclusion Fund Leads $5 Million Investment in Bitcoin Startup Coins
"We've been quiet for a long time, but it's not because we're not running."

Launched in 2014, bitcoin startup Coins has focused on promoting financial inclusion in Southeast Asia. Armed with services in the Philippines and Thailand, Coins garnered early interest from major merchants while signing up more than 500,000 app users – yet, it hasn't been public about its activities since 2015.

That might soon change, however, as Coins has raised $5m in funding from an impressive array of global investors to further develop its mobile wallet and supporting services such as remittances and bill payments.

214  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-10-8]Belgian Law Enforcement Agent Arrested For Buyng Weapons From Darknet on: October 08, 2016, 01:08:16 PM
A total of two different warrants were issued fro Thomas V. of Charleroi Belgium. Keeping in mind how he was part of a security and intelligence group based in Belgium, these charges are quite severe. One warrant was for illegally importing weapons, whereas the other carries two charges of attempted murder.

According to several sources, Thomas V. planned to assassinate the two boyfriends of his ex-girlfriends. With the number of weapons confiscated during the raid at his house, he could have armed a small militia. The fact he also ordered explosives from the darknet is only making things even more complicated.

What is very disconcerting is how a law enforcement official decides to purchase weapons and explosives from the darknet. While it is true these people know exactly how the deep web works and what they can do to hide their tracks, that does not mean they will not get arrested eventually. Thankfully, this happened before significant harm was done by the Charleroi agent.

Unfortunately, law enforcement officials do not have the best track record of dealing with dark web platforms. During the Silk Road case, not one but two law enforcement agents stole bitcoins during the trial.  Now that other agencies are turning to the deep web to buy illegal goods, things have taken a turn for the worse.

217  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: October 08, 2016, 11:59:55 AM
Reference now bitcoin market, quit working full-time bitcoin is more risky, I will choose a part-time job, so I have much money, I am satisfied。

it's good to use bitcoin as part time job if you can manage your time.
but you must spend more energy to doing both of them, i spend arround 8hours for realjob and more than 5hours for part time job.
218  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-10-03] Bitcoin Can Buy You a Biometric Data Skimmer on the Darknet on: October 03, 2016, 01:52:56 AM
Passwords are old school. Biometrics is the new-age security solution that is being implemented rapidly across organizations and devices. Almost all the latest smartphone models come with a built-in fingerprint sensor these days. Biometric data is considered to be the most secure form of authentication as it belongs to an individual and can’t be changed. The very advantage of biometrics can soon turn into a security nightmare.

An investigation conducted by Kaspersky Labs has unearthed increasing availability of biometrics skimming devices on the darknet. These devices, capable of skimming victim’s fingerprints can be easily bought from at least twelve sellers against Bitcoin payments.  In a statement, a security expert from Kaspersky Labs Olga Kochetova says,

“The problem with biometrics is that, unlike passwords or PIN codes which can be easily modified in the event of compromise, it is impossible to change your fingerprint or iris image. Thus if your data is compromised once, it won’t be safe to use that authentication method again.”

According to Olga, the easiest way for someone to gain access to biometric data is by accessing modern passports and visas. These documents have biometric data of the holder embedded in them and anyone with access to these documents can easily steal the information.  While most of the biometric data skimming devices available on the darknet are for stealing fingerprints, especially from ATMs, there are few who are allegedly working on devices that can illegally capture data associated with palm vein and iris as well.

219  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-09-26] BTCUSD Price Technical Analysis – Descending Triangle Pattern on: September 26, 2016, 04:52:01 AM
BTCUSD has formed lower highs and found support at $594.75, creating a descending triangle pattern on its 1-hour time frame. Price seems to be on its way towards testing the triangle support from here.

The 100 SMA is below the 200 SMA so the path of least resistance is to the downside. Also, the 100 SMA appears to be holding as dynamic resistance for now, with the longer-term 200 SMA closer to the top of the triangle.

RSI is pointing down and moving south so BTCUSD could follow suit. However, this indicator is nearing the oversold area, which suggests that sellers are getting exhausted and might allow buyers to take over, possibly leading to a bounce back up to the resistance near $600.

220  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: September 26, 2016, 02:51:12 AM
I would choose a  safe btc wallet, because it is more  secure and also simple to use, from  my point of view.. In addition to this,  you have more  control over your funds,  because it is decentralized.

if you choose wallet bitcoin because secure and save
your wrong, bank still is good about secure and save this compare wallet bitcoin

bitcoin is more safe than bank, when we have wallet of bitcoin it's like we are have our own bank.
so we are the manager, no people can touch our bank, and no people can froze our money too.
