Boki gave Allen his information for the GAW suit, and Allen flipped out and posted it all over the intertoobz along with that rant. And here I was all concerned about Joe Mordica not being trustworthy enough to be involved in Bitlend.  Well I think you summed this up quite well, just another scam this time with a guy pretending to be suing GAW, but not one document served to the courts. |

maybe the way to go is pay for some big hash for a few hours and then pay for a lot lower amount for a longer time, get your best share rate up and then run for a few weeks with a lower hash rate.

I don't think any of the so called shills have any worries unless they were payed employees and had control over what the company was doing.
Only about 5 or 6 people that I can think that should be worried. These are the ones whom may need to face the music after the SEC finishes their investigation.
Josh, Carlos, Jonah, Joe, Eric and Dan all must of knew what was going on to some extent and I think some of the emails that were leaked showed this.
I imagine some of them are singing like the birds in the hope that they will get a slap on the wrist, now considering in how inept Josh is you have to ask who the real players are.

Outside of the Crypto community very few people have heard of any other crypto currency other than BTC. If BTC fails the whole of crypto will more than likely follow suit, the 2 waring sides need to get over themselves and solve the issue.
At $200 mining BTC starts to become very unprofitable and even more people will leave Crypto for good.
The trades that caused the crash yesterday were less than 1% of total market cap, if around 5% of coin holders panicked then BTC will more than likely fall below $100, after that more people will panic BTC will then be worthless and so will all other Crypto's as none of them have the fiat trading power of BTC and most can only be traded for BTC.
With the stress tests last month and now the attempt to fork BTC any main stream adoption will be put further back for any decentralized coin. Maybe a coin like ripple XPR that is centralized may end up the winner after all, this attempted fork shows that anyone can fuck with the coin.

It is a shame the DEV's have gone missing in action as BitBean was starting to create a community I believe that could of grown, most coins were staking and the trade levels were fairly good. Oh well I suppose that's how it goes.
