There are many many reasons 1.Many users eve dont understand how market works ,there are new in crypto and decide make ICO ,2.Some projects even dont have 100$ and want make all project with investors money so set big softcaps,3.Market situation. 4.Many users dont umdrstand which is ICO is scam and which one legit and i have see many good projects cant rise money ,when scamers rise milions and go.

It depends from many factors so what projects you join how much of them fail ,how much rised enough money ,market situation as in bear market its more dificult rise money so if this market would go them ICO have problems so one of can make that 1 btc even more others no its very specific so lets wait and hope for good.

As everything regulation has 2 sides too bad and good ,good is we would have less scamers and more profs. save investimnets and invesotors and bad side is with regulations and KYC we have problem with main concept of Bitcoin anonymity so dont know which is more important first or second but i think without regulations we wouldnt have global adoptation.

At this market situation i can suggest DeepOnion as a good coin for a long term investiment,i think its still cheap for this moment realy good working team and working product ,already started code rebase to add RSK contracts ,lighting network and etc. and i am sure many coins even from top 50 havnt more usability than this one.

Not all i dont think you are if you say this then you dont understand anything and havnt looked at history of ICO do you know one of first ICO s was ETH so what is it trash too?no and if you look will find more projects done afther ICO es ,yep we have many scams and fail projects but it happens becouse many users even dont understnad what is ICO start it.

Becouse we need institutional money come to crypto and one of ways do it, are etf and bakkt yep maybe afther this general users would have problems as wall street would try control everything but at this moment i personaly dont see any way more money come to crypto market ,and we need legit BTC than now.

If company already has money for MVP its good but i dont think you need look at all ICO es like scamers ,yep we have problem when many ICO es set sofcap 5 mln and we all now its very dificult to rise but when you say no matter which idea you has if you havnt money then dont start, dont you think with this way we would be in 19th century (i mean technology).

Coin can be cheap becuse its gem but people dont know about it so it can be really great investiment for you as a example i can suggest DeepOnion ,and coin can be cheap as its died one so you needt buy it as you wouldnt sell it in future so if you want buy any cheap coin then try find more info as possible its importnat.

And how you have done it ? what type of posts you have make to get rewrderd by other users , afther merrit system i have problem with ranking and not just me but most of users ,i tried write good posts but havent rec. any merits for that and now if anyone can send me merits if its possible i would be grateful for that.

There are some airdrops i mean when project gives 100$+ then maybe it can be done but when projects make airdrop and users get somthing 2-5$ then its funny and wrong as a marketing strategy noone would do KYC for 2$ it doesnt even worth your risk for sending your personal information to project,sometimes devs must think what they do.

If it would happen then they ust remove ban which means we can see long bull run but afther all China gov. has done i really dont belive them if India and China start to regulate btc then we can say BTC adoptation really started and it can be world currency like USD and other an even somthing like gold i belive.

All have done mistakes like this, you are not alone and its normal its life and you cant live withhout mistakes so i have bought monero when BTC was 8.5k$ thought its good time to buy as soon we would see bull again but it wasnt right ,it was start of bear market so its normal we have this situation we learn from our mistakes.
