My thoughts is in line with what you have said, assets should be bought when there are low in price and sold when there are high in price. The Best time to buy altcoins especially those that are low in price is now because with little Satoshi you can get them in quantity and coverts it again when there appreciate.

I dont think that there is a need for government to accept or support bitcoin. Bitcoin is a currency of individual. And the features of bitcoin of anonymity and decentralisation is a hurdle in government accepting it. But these make bitcoin what it is. I dont see a need of government accepting the bitcoin.

You should invest some amount in trading of altcoins and hold some bitcoins to sell them in future because the price of bitcoin is increasing and in coming days it will definitely give you a good profit.
