Ну вот и я таки дождался, разблокировали вчера поздно вечером, сканы не отсылал, задал только вопрос о причине блокировки и методах ее снятия.
Ответили кратко "разблокирован" и все не извинений ни причин блокировки... мда, russian сервис.

Тогда подождем, я аналогичное письмо им отправил... тем более что за договором все равно ехать еще надо.

само конечно ничего не разблокировалось, надо теперь перется к опсосу договор брать.. гнилье этот киви, а кое-кто рекламировал его... какой он типа хороший стал 

не понравилось то что не резервируется сумма, вот так вот ввод начнешь btc и средств хватает, а пока ждешь подтверждение хоп и уже кто-то увел деньги и сидишь потом со статусом "в обработке", не порядок это, если уж btc полетели стоит подумать над резрвированием. :\
  Так что цвет ни разу не гарантирует автообмен, может уже сто человек сидит и ждет подтверждениия и общая сумма в 100 раз перекрыла доступные средства.

I can mine Trusted Blocks?
In a way. Once someone else has mined a Trusted Block you can mine a replacement for it and most nodes will use your replacement instead. Currently the mining pools no longer accept the replacement so you can't make much money this way.

It's common problem, if you have similar problem try to use your e-mail as user name, sometimes it's help.
And they can lock your account to identify you, if you refuse to do so, they takes your coins.

It's obvious fact. Strange and shitty client, not working transactions... SC will drop in price by 4-5 times by 5 next days like a GG/TBX/LTC and finally die. But... it still profitable now.
