Evan, I just want to say, it was a pleasure to meet (most) of the core team, you guys are driven, focused, connected and highly mobile(willing to travel from as far away as Panama!) this shows how dedicated and professional you all are, I have the utmost confidence in you and am proud to be classed as a peripheral part of the team. The next year of development will be even more astounding than the last one and the last one was pretty damn astounding ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

hahaha.. xmr people getting really desperate now. glad i sold em 2 weeks ago. nice presentation ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) What took you ?! Trolls or no trolls, there is a ton of coding work to done by Evan and the team over the next few months to bring evolution to fruition in a number of stages. The whole design is being rewritten from the inside out ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

What a high troll pressure! WOW! You mean "pressure" as in a hedgehog leaning on a bear ? Yes, hahah. But obviously goal is to revert new users from DASH. Firing from all arms. So sad... I would be dead against DASH handing flyers out at a MonXXo talk, especially one that looks like my kid made it, talking about a dice game. So unprofessional...... and whats hilarious is that they can't even see that. He embarrassed himself by huffing and blowing about stuff he didn't understand, while Evan cool as a cucumber patiently answered all his obvious leading questions. One person that was getting riled was Otoh, I think he wanted to go and have a little mano a mano chat with him but it didn't happen in end ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

You mean the api just applies to a single node ?
The bitcoin API are tools that you can use inside a program you are writing. Like if you are programming a bitcoin wallet you can use the API to generate addresses or whatever. I am guessing that the "decentralized" API would be like using a web API except instead of accessing a single server you are accessing the dash network. I am still not sure exactly what that means though. I think he said the API came from 10 nodes at a time and they would all have to agree.

Gonna be PC here. This is a Monero representative passing out leaflets. I had to post 'cause it's still causing me belly aching laughs! I figure everyone could use a good laugh. That's the closest to greatness as that poor slob will ever get (Evan is in dark blue shirt ;P )
Some proponent ≠ Monero representative. I think I've already stated this numerous times before (e.g. iCEBREAKER), but you don't seem to get it. But you gotta admit, it's really hilarious that the first real-life dash event immediately turns into an exact copy of the bct thread, complete with an analogue version of a troll. It would be even funnier if it turned out to be one of the regulars here :-) Did I miss it? What did I miss? Am I too late? Believe me, the resemblance was uncanny ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fimg.pandawhale.com%2Fpost-29999-Comic-Book-Store-guy-gif-The-F-GvMS.gif&t=663&c=D17IGLyvoXMIkg)

There's some minor issue with the budget this month, I think we need to manually push the finalized budget through. Can everyone with masternodes use this to vote? mnfinalbudget vote-many 889434069cf006fa7acba96e8b823d416ed2809ea5abdc6d762df9cf56d98740 "main" : { "FeeTX" : "86d32ec608f0643293a3b90cc6e2318a141b1ed636ca21bacb3f104905ba0113", "Hash" : "889434069cf006fa7acba96e8b823d416ed2809ea5abdc6d762df9cf56d98740", "BlockStart" : 348936, "BlockEnd" : 348942, "Proposals" : "public-awareness,core-team,electrum-pt-2,website-pt-1,Tennis_Reimbursement,foundation-pt-2,liquidity-provider", "VoteCount" : 183, "Status" : "OK", "IsValid" : true, "IsValidReason" : "" }, I'd look into it more, but I'm sitting in the airport lobby in Amsterdam... kind of busy ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) yes works for me ! 16:04:53 mnfinalbudget vote 889434069cf006fa7acba96e8b823d416ed2809ea5abdc6d762df9cf56d98740 16:04:53 successEdit: happy amsterdam ! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Nope, I get ' Error voting : Finalized Budget not found!'. Nope, they don't and I get about 750 kh with mine on standard (don't want to overclock, it's also my gaming and 3d drawing video card. Can't afford another, LOL.
make that 66 days per Dash, and 180 years per masternode ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

I don't know, I just keep hashing away with my 5750, lol. Not doing much, and the coins are trickling in so slowly, it's funny that I'm wasting electricity on it, but I have other things running, so no big deal.
The Wolf optimizations don't work on the 5750-chipset is different, I have a 5850 somewhere and the quickest I could get was 1.5 megahash. a amd 6950 at 2 megahash gives me 0.04 Dash per day, so you're looking at around 0.03 Dash per day, and 1 dash every 33 days. You could play nicehash solo lotto and try to find a block and win ~3 coins or nothing ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Edit: funny how they investigate the cryptocoin exchange ASAP, but leave out the gold/silver crimex and bankster HFT programs skimming the entire planet's stocks out the loop. Cognitive dissonance or what.
![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.evilenglish.net%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2015%2F07%2F60064858.jpg&t=663&c=FQgmRdmv-JBVMg) +1, not that I trust any exchange that's not completely transparent with its crypto holdings but law enforcements activities in crypto are looking more like the inquisition than the rule of law, Charlie Shrem and DPR where more like witch burnings than appropriate penalties. Whether Cryptsy have done anything wrong or not, this looks like stamping on the small fiat exchanges to take them all out, with the aim of only leaving 3 or 4 major exchanges that can be controlled and monitored easier, it is not an acceptable option to have too many heads of hydra. Extroplating to the end game scenerio, the only safe place will be a decentralized market/wallet/message and fiat system. People who don't know what Mccarthyism represents, need to read up on their history. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.theblaze.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2014%2F03%2FMcCarthy.jpg&t=663&c=Grj1tq8HJdXWBQ)

Thanks for the heads up, and once again they are halving your withdrawel requests and its 0.5 Dash each time. Rumour has it there is a large whale who is making a stand at 2 USD / ~0.0084 XBT.
Not a rumour, Otoh has placed the dollar order on Cryptsy of around 21,000 Dash(posted way back, about it) He will be happy to mop up the dumpers, and has been known to keep topping the order up on previous occasions and always kept to his word, I dare you to dare him ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

We fit all 4 requirements. Question is, how many other alts out there really tick all the boxes? (with the caption coins,I would say litecoin fails at number 2 and ripple fails with 1 and 4) Number 1- Decentralization : The alt-coin needs to be absolutely decentralized in order to gain the trust of investors Number 2- Innovation : an alt-coin should aim to offer something new to its users, otherwise there is no point creating a replica of a prominent cryptocurrency which is already established in the market. Number 3 – Activity : The development team must keep in touch with its community through forums and must answer all the questions. Number 4 – Transparency : People behind the alt-coin should reveal their identity. They must let the community know how they can contact them whenever its necessary. https://www.digitalcoinsexchange.com/blogs/which-alt-coin-is-the-best-to-invest-in/

I still think www.dashminer.com is the best custom miner payout and totally stable, although the gap is narrowing. Its now a 3 horse race ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I got bored and left a while ago - my horse is gonna fall behind sooner or later. Unless I decide to come back to it at some point. But, I get better odds when I bet on outsiders, and they are more fun too boot ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

in May, a quarkcoin/qubit .exe was realised on cryptomining-blog, but the X11 part was left out, this is meant to be part of it. The file does appear to trace back to russian blogs. Btw, the new .bin file alone will not work, you have to use the whole package for speedup.
