I think that even though the main address displayed in your wallet changed, coins sent to the old address will still be credited to your wallet, you shouldn't worry.

Well, so just withdraw coins that you have accumulated on FaucetBOX.com on this address and then transfer them to your new address using traditional Bitcoin transaction.

Coins can only be withdrawn to the address they're accumulated on. If you lost the address, then yes, your coins are gone.

In the meantime you can try logging in after an hour and/or from different network, so that captcha isn't required.

1. try setting $display_errors = true; in your config.php file. Do you see any more meaningful error now?
2. if not, you need to check your web server's error log
3. make sure you have no syntax errors in config.php file and that you're using PHP 5.4 or newer.

But it's the main purpose of backup codes. They're the only thing that allows you to disable/change your MFA method in case you lose your phone or email access or whatever.

Even with that feature blocked, hacker can use backup codes to get one of your API keys and use that to slowly drain your balances.

EDIT: also to know that someone has access to your account, you can enable Login notifications in your Security settings.

Most faucets just set their safety limits too low. What ragi reported was an one-time error on our side that extended the 30-minut window to 6-hours window that's now fixed.

We do what we can to minimize the risk, but the attack comes from many different IP networks (we assume it's a botnet), so if you have the same password on FaucetBOX.com and on other sites, you should change it as soon as possible.

Even if you're not worried, I still recommend enabling MFA to everyone. Even the most basic one that uses email to confirm logins and withdrawals. It's too easy to screw up somehow with a password. Simple passwords, using infected computer to login to FaucetBOX, using the same passwords on other sites are the most frequent reasons people get their passwords compromised.

Also never store more than you can lose on FaucetBOX.com (or any other service, be it payment cache, a web wallet or an exchange).
